Friends, sorry for going out abruptly yesterday night... I have been having a tough 2 days, actually cancelled going out on Sunday , which angered my husband... Yesterday, i got a "Royal Warning" and all i could do was log off and go to bed!!!😆

Anyway, friends, as you all know, we tried our level best to set things right. We did all things possible, spoke to them in the open forum, tried to speak to them thro PMs, tried to get them on chat... We were just not successful...

We saw things with a different view point and they wanted us to see their view. See, the point is we have certain rules laid out for all in IF... If members have certain rules to follow, even the Dev Team members have their share of rules to follow... Even me, being the Admin, need to follow the rules set in IF... So if at anytime, we go beyond the rules and the seniors give you a bit of advise, you all need to take it in the stride and work things out for the betterment of all. This is what we expected Khoo and Monika to do.. Unfortunately, they never did think about this at all. We will miss Khoo and monika too, no doubts abotu it, bcos we GMs been strugging day and night talking in this section by taking turns just to get them back....

Friends, we are trying out to get a New Development team here, but we will surely miss Khoo and Monika...

One request that we would like to make to all the members , is that, if ANYONE has a problem , PLEASE contact the Dev Team of the section or just send out a PM to one of the GMs/Admin.... We are always there to give you all a helping hand....

I just feel sad that the matter had to end like this...anyway thanks to the mods for having tried to get the dev team back...

I still would request all the missing members to pleassse come back and be a part of the forum....

A new day for our forum has started.

The past day's we were in turmoil, like never before.

Thanx to the decision of the globals, we can move ahead and become a parivaar again.

Though the price we are paying is high: we lost valued members.

When we give space to each other, when we are tolerant and do not unnecessarily complain, a situation like this should never occur again.

Let's hope and trust, our new mods will be stimulating and wise.

Myself I promise, like so many before me, to abide by the rules and to try and keep this forum peaceful and welcoming for everyone. Our virtual family.

Thanx to the global mods,Minnie, Princess, Priya and Sree, for all their efforts in three gruelling days and for their style of handling our problems. They did it for us!

Thanx to Monika and Khoo for their devotion and their huge contribution in the past eight months!

Now im getting some clue. So its members vs dev team situation with normal members revolting against dev team.

I dont know the exact story of this resignation prob, but i predict it is something like that.
I am no reguler member in KS now. But i somehow personally felt khoo to be a bit dominating from his/her posts. Although i have seen only posts that are kinda announcements, but i have felt a bit over ruling sometimes. Is it this reason members are fade up on them? and they resigned?
If it so, then its a warning for dev team that they can't be too strict.
Hey its a free and public site and we come for our sake and fun. So if members feel harsh they won't tolerate.
If khoo and monika felt they are not well received as mods then the decition to resign is good. But i will request them not to leave the forum. That will mean they think they are a complete failure which they are not at all. They have done so many wonderfull things here so they deserve something good.

oops i think i said things i shudn't be saying, i just dont have that right to say here.

i hope everything becomes well again.

A very big thanks to the Mods for trying their best to get the Dev team back. Hope Monika nad Khoo will come back to the KS Parivar when they are ready.

Hope all the other members who left because of this wil come back soon as we all need them here a lot. This is for MT, Methale, Lima, etc. Please donot desert us like this as we all love you guys and appreciate what you do. Please come back to the fold of your family who love, apprecaiate and miss you guys.

Thanks for the Post Princess and also for the patience that you along with Minnie, Priya, Sree and all the KS Parivaar Members have shown over the last 3 days!

The Moderators along with Khoo & Monika did their level best in trying to sort out the issue and whatever solution has been found in the end, seems to be the only one that could come out!

Let us all try and put the bitterness and hurt behind us and move forward together and keep the spirit of the Forum alive!😊
