Re: Solution + New Dev. Team

Hello Everyone!

As you all know, we have been facing an issue with the Kasam Se Development Team. Both Monika and Khoo have refused to return or talk about this issue with any of the Development Team members.

Therefore, we will do doing the followings:

Appoint new Moderators/Viewbies/Videobies for Kasam Se. Samy will still remain a Mod for Kasam Se. Until we find new team members, GMs will be helping Samy with Kasam Se. If you would like to help out if daily written updates or videos, please send a PM to either one of these Dev. Team members: Minnie, Priya, Sree, Samy or Princess. India Forums always welcome you, but in the end decision is on you and we can not force anyone to stay.
• Any more topics regarding this issue, will be deleted without a warning.

Now, that was the basic information. Here is the real solution for this issue.

1) Universal thread becomes a sticky - a simple,universal, welcoming thread. But please do not make rules for it......it makes the section to anyone who is new look bad and unfriendly,as well as make a whole section of members feel unwanted. This way,everyone is happy and in their own comfort zone,with no bindings.

2) Members are warned when they act out of line right away,warning meter raised with appropriate reasons clearly mentioned,and dev team contacted as soon as the problem threatens to spill out of control.

3) Members get to post whatever they want,as long as they are in compliance of IF rules and regulations. It's a free forum,with everyone having freedom to post according to their taste and interest,as long as they post within rules.

4) If a member bothers others,the member is tackled, the entire topic is not made a scapegoat. Topic can be locked only if they break IF rules.

5) Let us all be open to discussion and allow ourselves room for improvement.

Last but not least, Ram Kapoor has confirm his ID at India Forums during his interview, so we should not see any more posts doubting Ram or any other Kasam Se cast members.

Let's forget the past and move forward to have a blast😃.

Well. thanx for trying...... to get back monika di and khoo di... i am still
feeling bad but then again, we still need to move on in a way, i am sure
that when khoo di and monika di will be ready to come back they will...

Well, if worst comes to worst, and we need to have appoint new
moderators and viewbies and videobies,< i am sure for khoo and the rest
of development team, there respected positions will always remain!>

if there is anything i can do.. like maybe moderate for some time, i will do
so. to make this forum the place it was before all of the things happened..
because i am no good with updating videos and updates.. < i am a full
week behind india in kasamh se..!>

that is what GM's had assured.... that they need time to think and get to the solution.......

Hun, I think they decided a solution on one of the pages in the closed thread. Hence, the final decision was made.

Didn't your hubby wanted to back with the family? So we had to hurry up and make a decision so you could be with your family.
