Priya: (seeing that Bani is still fuming...) … Its okay Bani just chill…. It's a good thing that we are no longer bidding for that contract…..rather….. we can't bid for that contract at all……

Bani: Priya… tum bas dua karo….ki Viren jis deal ke liye gaya hai who puri ho jaaye….

Priya: Aur agar nahin hui to….

Bani: We will not give up this easy…. There has to be another way out….

After Bani goes Jai also is called from the party by Ranveer & Aaditya…. saying that there is an emergency at the office…..

Jai goes to office andcfinds everyone there…. Ranveer, Aaditya, Saahil, Jigs, Pushkar and Jai has brought Tarun with …..Tarun being his legal advisor….

Jai: Kya baat hai….how come all of us are here …. for this meeting….

Ranveer: Mamaji… There has been a takeover bid for the Walia Group….

Jai: What!... How is this possible….

Ranveer: Mamaji.. mujhe abhi abhi pata chala hai.. isliye maine saab ko bula liya hai..

Jia: Yeh harkat kiski hai … Ranveer…

Aaditya: … Aur kiski hogi… Ajmera ki…. Nikhil Ajmera…..

(The Ajmeras…. Let me brief you about them… they are what the Tatas are to the Reliance group…. an equally strong group…. as the Walia's … but they have one defect… they are mean… and have for long had their eye on the Walia Group….

The Ajmeras are headed by Nikhil Ajmera… a conniving…. Hard headed… womanizer with a brain as sharp as it comes… he is hardcore….businessman….. who takes overs businesses left right and center and the Walia Group is a thorn in his side as Jai Walia…. has successfully…. handled him time and again…

BTW, Guys…. I forgot to mention .. Nikhil is not conventionally good looking. But what he has ….he keeps it well….. he dresses to kill….. has loads of attitude… is polished…. Well read…. And women drool over him…. Lets say he is a nice package…

And when he wants to he can give any guy a run for his money…and he is as old as Jai Walia…)

Jai: First things first….this should not go out of this room…and no one….. I do mean NO ONE…. should know about except the people present here…...

Okay… so lets try to see ki use shares kahan se mile….. Pushkar…. What's you info….

Pushkar: Mr. Walia….. Ajmera ko.... shares…. Garware Industries ne beche hain….they were shport of cash….

Jai: Woh…. hamare paas kyon nahin aaye….

Pushkar: Actually…. Sandeep Garware aur Nikhil Ajmera…. Aajkal golfing partner's hain… I think it was a very well thought out plan…..

Jai: Anyways let's think …. forward… Garware se to Ajmera ko sirf 2% shares hi mile honge…..he already ahs 1% shares.. that makes it 3% … he needs another 4% shares to get a seat on the Board of the Walia group….

(Walia's have a rule that anyone with 7% shares can ask for a seat on the board of the walia group…)

Pushkar: Maine sare shareholders ki list dekh le hai….. Family ko chod kar hamare 35% shares aur logo ke paas hai…. Jisme se….Banks have 12%..… that leaves….. 23% shares with the outsiders… This means that after his 3% shares Ajmera can still hope to get the required 4% shares from the 20% shares in the market……

Jai: Small investor's ke paas kitne shares hain…. 3% right….

Pushkar: Right!... Ajmera… yeh saare shares nahin khareed kar sakta…..Kyon ki.. they are so distributed… he will have trouble tracing all the shareholders.. Also ,… isme se kuch aise bhi hain jo kabhi bechna hi nahhin chhate….

Jai: Nonetheless…. pick up whatever shares you can from the market…..

Ranveer: Maine saare bade shareholders se baat karle hai…. nobody is selling…. Particularly….when they know of our recent successs….par…..

Jai: Par what……

Ranveer: Hamare 5% shares kissi…Mr.Raman Kumar ke paas hain….

Jai: Ha ….. main jaanta hun… unke paas yeh shares kai saalon se hain….. there are more like sleeping shareholders….Itne saalon mein unki tarf se koi development nahin hain….

Ranveer: Maine unse baat karne ki koshish kari… par unka saar kam unke lawyer aur CA ke through hota hai….. unhone milne se manna kar diya……

Jai: I know….. I have tried earlier….

Ranveer: In saab me mujhe sirf …. Unke shares ki hi chinta hai…..Aaditya also agrees….

Finally they decide to talk to the lawyers to figure out if they can meet Mr. Raman….. to see if he would be interested in selling to them…..

They speak to Mr. Raman's lawyers…. But he refuses to let them meet Mr.Raman.. as that is what he wished…. All of them are very troubled…. but don't know what to do….
