Part 9:
Bani is thinking about all that happened today, and about the shooter telling her something about how she won't be able to face Mr.Walia after she gets to know the real truth. She is confused, about why didn't Mr.Walia tell her the truth? What could be worse than him killing her mother? Or is it that he didn't kill her and is trying to save someone else? Who is it that he is trying to save? Whatever it is there is a deeper meaning to it and I need to find that out soon.
Jai just walks in and straight out goes and hugs her. Bani is just shocked to see Jai react like that. She slowly moves away from him.
Bani(trying to be cold): Mr.Walia, what are you doing? (remember this duffer still thinks Jai killed her mom and plus the whole divorce drama, even after what the shooter said)
Jai: Well I am hugging my wife.
Bani: Mr.Walia I am not your wife and please don't touch me again.
Jai just wants to play along with her since Bani doesn't know Jai knows the truth so he wants her to confess it herself.
Jai(in a really cold voice): Actually Bani you are right, how can you be my wife? You never cared for me all that you did was just a pretense to get my money.
Bani is heartbroken, and is trying very hard to not let any tears flow.
Jai(seeing bani's condition decides to make bani confess): Tumse achi to who roshini hai, use mujh se pyar hai aur who koi jhuta dikhawa nahi karti.(Roshini is better than you, she loves me and she doesn't hide it)
Bani is going into jealous mode now. She is trying really hard to be indifferent but can't come up to be.
Bani: toh aap usi ke paas kyun nahi chale jaate? (so why don't you go to her?)
Jai: actually you are right, after our divorce formalities are done I am going to marry roshini after all she does love me, and I am sure she will make me happy and care about me
Bani(she has had it): haan sirf who hi hai na is duniye mein jo aap se pyar karti hai, aur aapki parwah karti hai.(yeah, after all she is the only one who loves you and cares about you).
Jai is just looking at her thinking that he is close and continues…
Jai: haan Bani, Roshini se zyaada mujhe koi pyar nahi karta, aur na kabhi karega (yes Bani, No one can love me more than Roshini)
Bani(falling right into his trap): toh kya mera pyaar apke liye kuch maine nahi rakhta? Maine aapke liye apne aap ki parwah nahi ki, sab se bahut rude behave kiya, aap se divorce maanga aur alimony claim ki taki koi aur use aap se cheen na le, pati ke hote hue bhi mujhe apne pati se door rahna pada, itna pyaar karne ke baad bhi mujhe aap se nafrat ka natak karna pada, jab maine yeh sab kiya tab main har pal ek maut marti rahi lekin aap ko usse kya, aap jaiye roshini ke paas, sirf who hi aap se pyaar karti hai… (so my love doesn't matter to you? I didn't care about myself for your sake, behaved rudely with everyone, filed for a divorce and claimed alimony so that no one can take your property away from you. Even though I had a husband I had to stay away from him, even after loving you so much, I had to pretend to hate you, when I was doing that I was dying a new death every moment, but why should you care? Go to Roshini after all she is the one who loves you)
She finally looked up at Jai and saw that he had a huge grin on his face with tears flowing after listening to Bani's confession. She finally realized what she had done and couldn't look at him.
Jai: Why didn't you tell me this before? You know you are the only one I love, may be more than love, so why couldn't you come to me?
Bani: because I didn't want to hurt you…
Bani: I didn't want you to go through any trouble, I could not see you being broken knowing that it was your sister and your nephew who did this to you.
Jai: I would've definitely been angry with them, but it hurt me more when you were being cold towards me. All those things you said to me hurt me a lot. Even after that I knew you would never do anything wrong.
Bani: I know I hurt you, I tried a lot for you to hate me but I guess I couldn't do that.
Jai: Whatever you do Bani, I could never hate you.
Jai: and you thought that money mattered more to me than my wife? Did you really think that I couldn't take care of it or I couldn't get my property back? Did you think I was born yesterday and couldn't take care of it myself? Bani I didn't create the Walia empire just out of thin air so that anyone could take it away from me with just one signature.
Bani didn't say a word, and her tears wouldn't stop. Jai couldn't stand it any longer and just outright went and hugged her. A shiver ran up her spine just with his touch, she couldn't help but hug him back. It seemed like eternity till they finally broke apart after hearing the little cough. When they looked up it was Tarun and Ranveer standing at the door.
Finally ranveer decides to speak up
Ranveer: I am sorry Bani mami, because of me you had to go through the divorce drama and put up an act of your cold behavior.
Bani is just shocked that Ranveer knows about her act.
Bani: Lekin ranveer(but ranveer)
Ranveer: Don't worry Mami, just like you I was pretending too, I was the one who sent Rashi to you and that's why you kept getting information because I told Rashi to be with you, and then he tells her everything.
Bani is just stunned, all this time she thought Ranveer was after Jai's property but he turned out to be nice.
Doctor comes in asks Bani how she is feeling checks her and then tells them that she can be discharged.
Ranveer: Mami before we go can I ask you for a favor?
Bani: Haan Ranveer bolo.
Ranveer: Can we keep doing the act till we come up with a solution?
Bani just looks at him and then Ranveer says:
Ofcourse you and Mamaji can be together now, I was just talking about you and me, since I still need to find out some answers. With that he gives a killer smile making Jai and Bani Blush.
Bani: Ofcourse we can pretend!!! And about your mama I don't know I have to think about that. (She gives a devilish grin after saying that).
Jai is just shocked at his wife's witty reply, but becomes normal after seeing bani laugh!!! Then all four of them leave to go to the Walia Mansion.
On the way, Bani keeps thinking about what Arjun told her, she still cannot figure out the reason behind it. She tried asking Jai but he keeps on avoiding her question, and asked Tarun and Ranveer since they are the only ones who know for now but to no vail.
As soon as they reach home, everyone decides to put their plan in action(to send them to the farmhouse) since they are not aware of the recent happenings (they also don't know that Bani was in the hospital, since nothing happened and Bani is normal no one notices).
