I am not there for one day and so much happens! Tne last two parts were awesome! Jai and bani being so bold iwth each other. I missed you, hope to see your next part up soon.

Chapter 12:

Bani stood, feeling quite awkward, next to Jai. She knew perfectly well how these dances went, where the guy put his hands around the girls waist and she put her hands around his neck, but for some reason, some nagging reason, she couldn't do that with Jai. He himself ignored his racing heart beat, and hyper active pulse, and placed his hands firmly, yet gently on Bani's lower back, indicating that she should put her arms around his neck. Without looking into his eyes, she hesitantly extended her hands around his neck, careful not to get to close to him (for fear of losing all control over herself, and melting to the floor).
"Mrs. Dixi—"
"Call me Bani!"
"Bani, actually, what I wanted to talk to you about—"
"Getting the business position right? You think that because we know each other, you could take advantage of that and try to get me to pick you right?"
"NO WAY! God Bani! What kinda of man do you think I am?!"
"Oh!" (very sheepishly for her uncontrolled outburst)
"Let it be, actually, it was something else, but now it's very hard to say it. Let me just say though, your looking rather exquisite tonight…You have earned yourself a few good men who would try to get hold of you after tonight" Jai informed Bani, looking down a bit, to her shalwar kameez.
Bani instantly grew self conscious of her deep cut Shalwar, and also, she nervously watched down to see how much was visible right at this moment, from where Jai stood. She burned with humiliation, realizing it was a tad bit too low (not really revealing, but you know these Indian girls!). She moved a hand away from Jai's neck, and tried to pull up the shalwar a bit, but was stopped by Jai.
"Actually Bani, if you don't mind me saying, leave it like that! I know this is probably very uncomfortable, and may come off as being rude or disrespectful, but you look gorgeous just like this! Don't do a thing to it!" Jai mumbled, before he could stop himself. Bani's eyes grew wide, and a bit of anger seeped thru her veins, but she rid it in a second, when she realised he was trying to be polite and not rude. She decided to let that one fly by. Jai smiled when she dropped her hand and then returned it around his neck.
"Mr. Walia?" Bani asked. He voice was cracking under her internal pressure of being this close to Jai, and she tried hard to compose herself.
"Haan Bani?" he asked curiously. She always sparked curiosity in him.
"You know now, we are business rivals, despite your friendly reputation with mummy papa. I think I should leave now, before people start talking" she said in a fake hard tone, Jai appeared to be shocked for a minute, as that bit of info sank in, then he nodded and allowed her to pull free of him. He too, was becoming highly intoxicated just standing that close to Bani. He knew he truly loved her for some reason, deep down, even though they didn't really know each other. He felt that it was more than a physical attraction, but he was too much of and egoist at the moment to realize this, and hence he kept pushing the fact the he had accidentally said what was in his heart to Anjali and Roshni.

Tarun was having a good time torturing Roshni on the dance floor. He had noticed her loathing stares at Jai and Bani as they danced, and had put two and two together. Every time she tried to go over to them, he would pull her into a dip or swing or some other crazy dance move, pretending to be filled with passion for her. He really enjoyed seeing those ridiculous expressions of hers.
When she was really fed up of it, and had seen Bani walk off on Jai, she too pushed Tarun away, and flew over to Jai,
Tarun laughed deeply, and walked over to Bani, who stood huddled in a corner by herself. (Pavi and Tanisha were now dancing with some cute men)
Tarun: "Kyaa huwa Bani? You look like you've been drained of all your bodily power!"
Bani: "What are you talking about? Mein… Mein teekh hoon!" Bani stammered.
Tarun: "Teekh hai, if you say so…"
Bani nodded, and Tarun, sensing she wanted to be alone for some time, left to go find some other cutie to dance with.

"Jai…What did she tell you? What did you all talk about? Why were you looking at her like that, and holding her so close?! Tell me Jai!" snarled Roshni, as she came up to Jai. Jai, who, till now, was staring at Bani, who was sitting in the corner, jumped, and faced Roshni.
"What are you talking about Roshni? Can't you just leave me ALONE…plz?!" Jai asked gruffly, knowing Roshni's answer would definitely be negative.
"Oh whatever Jai! Is this that Bani girl you were oh so in love with?" Roshni probed. Jai's facial expression at the mention of the name, and memory, sold him out. Nodding, Roshni walked off, telling Jai that he should make a move now, that Bani was alone, and after all, she knew Bani would just be another name on his list.
Jai had grinded his teeth at her comments, but took one bit of her advice, he proceeded over to Bani.
He was very nervous going over to her, he was remembering when he first saw her, when he was cleaning her bruises, when they ran in at the caf… He remembered it all, and he had a strong gut feeling she did too, after all, her bodily reactions just now gave it away.
"Are you ok Bani? You look stressed?" he asked in a deep, concerned voice. He had found a set directly opposite Bani, and was sitting there, gazing at her beauty, innocence.
Startled, Bani jumped a bit, and looked around wildly. She had dozed off with her eyes open, a trick she had mastered during her school days! Jai had known this trick only too well, as he still used it during lame board meetings and what not, and spotted it instantly.
Bani, blushed when she saw Jai. "Mein teekh hoon!" she quipped in a high pitched voice. Poor thing, the party was so lame, and she was so exhausted. She couldn't wait to deliver her thanks speech and get out of there!
"Well, you don't look fine! You look like you need some rest! Why don't you go up to your suite for a while? I'll cover for you for an hour or so!" Jai suggested, trying to be friendly.
Bani was a bit taken aback, but agreed to it. She got up and was about to walk off, when she fell back down in her seat. She had gotten a massive headache from no where, and her stomach was hurting. She hadn't eaten properly for the past 3 days, and she knew this was the reason.
Jai stood up, as soon as he saw what had happened to Bani. He grew immensely worried, and went to her side. Taking her hands firmly in his (for support), he held her and led her up to her room, after asking her where exactly it was located. Only 6 people saw him taking her upstairs, Priya, Tara, Riya, Pavi, Tanisha and Roshni. All were in their respective corners, eyeing Jai and Bani the entire night, for their own individual reasons.

Thank you Tiff!! You are a dear! let's see what happens now. i am expecting yu to make full use f yur weekend. Great part. 👏 👏

hehehe, aww don't we remember those days now in this time of crisis!! ugghhh, wasn't that a beautiful epi, where JW blew RC off and told BW that he was waiting for her and stuff?! And then he sang for her!! and danced with her!! and then, when bani picked out his clothes for him (was it for the sangeet) and she was actually ahppy and smiling, and he was soo concerned that she had almost burned herself with the deya!! aaaaaaaawwwwwwwwww i loved that episode!! well, those parts anyways!!! oh foh, that dumbo ekta mai!!..welll anywayssss,,i'm now writing part 13!!! will be posted in a while!

Chapter 13:

Jai managed to get Bani's security pass from her, and took her into her suite. He helped her into her bedroom, though he was a bit hesitant at her doorway. He was going to let Bani go in by herself, but she had grown even weaker and really needed his support, so he just picked her up quickly, without looking at her, and lay her down on her bed, then ran out of there to her kitchen, to make some soup for her.

Bani barely knew what was going on. All she knew was that she had went from good to worse in a matter of a few minutes, and she was all over-heated, dehydrated and had a massive headache. She vaguely remembered how she came to her bed, but didn't bother to stress her brain to find out. She figured she was alone in the suite, so she just got up, put the AC on cold, and stripped down to her underwear (cute pink set!! Duh!!) and just lay spread-eagle on her bed! It felt really good, this was something she had not done since childhood. She had only barely pulled her dupatta over her stomach, but it didn't do much as it was very see-thru. Her hair was all over her face, she looked pale, yet really sexy! She could faintly smell something delicious, but she figured she was either hallucinating, or it was her neighbors! (Yea right Bani, do you know how thick these walls are??)

Jai put the hot soup in a cute little bowl he found in Bani's kitchen. It was pink and had a piggy face painted on it! He laughed, as he didn't quite think such a hardcore business woman would affiliate herself with such child-like things, or be infatuated with the colour pink! (since everything in her kitchen was pink! The suite was various shades of pink, the curtains were white and pink, her wares were cream with pink bits in between, even her bedspreads were silky and pink!) He carefully placed the bowl on a tray, with a cup of juice, and proceeded to her room. He knocked gently on the door, and after no response, he pushed it open slightly, because he was worried if anything had happened to her!
The sight that met his eyes shocked him to his inner core! He couldn't believe his fortune, or misfortune! He saw a petite lump spread out on the pink sheets, dressed in absolutely nothing but, you guessed it, PINK undergarments, with a black dupatta draped precariously over her! The tray nearly slipped out of Jai's hand! He couldn't peel his eyes away, despite knowing that it was wrong. He was too enchanted by her figure, her curves, her beauty, her innocence, HER LOVE FOR PINK!
Jai stood gazing at her, watching everything, taking note of everything. He didn't know how long her stood there, but was shaken from his position, when he noticed Bani awakening. Grabbing up the tray in a proper hold, he flew out of her room and back into the kitchen, and began fiddling around as though he was only just putting the stuff on the tray.

Bani groggily got up off her bed. Everything was slightly spinning, making her really dizzy, but she got up despite that. She was semi conscious of her dress state, as she proceeded into the kitchen. She thought she had heard activity in their, and wanted to know if someone was there. She really wasn't paying attention to her nakedness, but she did pull the dupatta over her, figuring she was still wearing the shalwar.
She was a little more alert as she came near the door which separated her bedroom from the kitchen. The door was left slightly ajar, and she could make out a masculine shadow in the corner of her kitchen. Putting on a brave face she marched into the blinding brightness of the kitchen, and froze when she saw JW bending down over something on her kitchen table!

Priya stood at the base of the steps. She had seen JW, her current BF, going up the stairs with this Bani Dixit fellow. She acknowledged Tara's and Riya's presence at the party, as they had all come to know each other thru Roshni (one of her schemes to tear down JW). They had also known that Jai had been playing every single one of them, as Roshni had cleared the light for them. They had all come tot his party specially to embarrass Jai, and had just gotten the perfect opportunity. Signaling to Riya and Tara, all three women furiously headed up to Bani's suite.
Priya: "I can't believe this Jai Walia! How can he do this to us?! Who the hell does he think he is?"
Tara: "Relax yaar! We'll make him suffer, don't worry. He seems to really like this Bani chick, we can play a fast one on Jai… see how he likes a taste of his own medicine!"
Riya: "I like the way you think Tara! We'll definitely hurt that Bani chick, seeing that that's his most prized possession! Then, we'll hurt him! Now, let's be quick, go see what those two are up to, during the middle of this big party!"
Priya: "Oh yea! And guess what?! I even got a pass for Dixit's room! I told the hotel service that Ms. Dixit had required that I get a pass to her room, as we were dear friends, and that they shouldn't call and confirm this as it would piss Bani off that they didn't trust her friends"
Tara and Riya: "Wow! That's excellent! See who's the master of the show now!"
They were now at Bani's door.

Roshni saw the women heading up behind JW and BD. She had also seen Pavi and Tanisha looking on, but had figured the women were up to something, and she created a scene to distract Pavi and Tanisha, Then, smiling evilly, she flicked her hair and went on to the dance floor, keeping a good eye on the staircase.

"Mr. Walia!! Aap? Yahan?! In my room?!" she yelled in panic and shock.
Jai froze, then, putting on a warm smile, he turned around slowly, nodding, but not looking directly at her just yet. "Haan Bani, mein! I was actually—" he froze again. He had just looked up and realised Bani was still dressed only in her undergarments and netted dupatta. He stared blankly, in shock, this time. His jaw dropped from his face, and he just stared. Bani was irritated by this, and started shouting at him for an explanation for his weird behavior.
"Um, Ba-ba-Bani…ummm" he fumbled lowering his eyes instinctively, but jerking his thumb violently at her abdomen. Bewildered at his strange actions, and a bit annoyed, she was yelling at him asking him what was he doing in her room, and looking down at the same time. Her strong, confident voice faltered as she looked down. He eyes were as big as oranges, and her mouth was all the way to her toes. 'Oh My God! OMG! Omg!!!!!' was all that cud run thru Bani's mind. Her head filled instantly with a cold sense of dread, and her body went numb, and suddenly all the heat drained from her body, leaving her to feel the intense cold from the blasting AC.
Jai, still with his eyes lowered, figuring Bani had just realised their positions, as her voice had become weak, began to answer her questions slowly.
"Actually Ms. Dixit (sorry, he couldn't help himself, figuring he needed to give as much respect as possible right now)…You were really ill downstairs, and wanted to come to your room and rest for a while. I was about to leave you and go, but u were really unable to make on your own. I thought I would make some soup for you, leave you to rest and send one of your friends to take care of you…but then, here we are!" he explained softly.
Bani was still dumbfounded, but soon found her voice at the end of his explanation. She figured since she had already started yelling boldly, and he had already seen her in her present lack of clothing, she might as well continue bravely.
"Well! That still gave you no right to be in my room without telling me what you were going to do! The least you could have said was that you were going to be in my kitchen!" she yelled, though this was a very pointless point, said in desperation to cover her deep embarrassment. She stood boldly, with her hand on her hip, glaring at Jai, who was still looking down.
"Um, Bani…Won't you change your clothes first?! Then we could…you could bash me all you want?!" Jai mumbled. But Bani didn't care right now for uprighteousness on his part. She knew she should really go and change now, but that would make her look like a chicken! (no bani, it wouldn't!!)
"Stop changing the topic! I'm sure you've already seen everything, so what's the point hiding now?! Uff! You men are so ridiculous!" she said heatedly. This time, Jai looked up at her. All he was trying to do was be polite, and respectful, yet she was treating him like some maniac she had never met before. He anger was growing.
"Listen Ms. Bani Dixit! I didn't try to rape you or anything!! I was trying to be polite, yet here you are treating me like some stranger! Like you have no idea who I am! I didn't tell you to march around without clothes, I was only try to help! But, you know what, forget that! Here's your stupid soup, hope you get better!" and he shoved the tray towards a stunned Bani, and stormed off to the door in great anger. Bani stood watching him, taken aback, looking like a lost, hurt puppy. She realised how dumb she was being, and really was ashamed of herself for treating Jai like this. He was only trying to be nice to her after all, he really didn't try to do anything.
"Mr. Walia, Wait!" she breathed softly. Jai froze at the door. He actually had a smirk on his face, as if he knew this would happen. He didn't turn around, but stood there with his hand on the door knob.
"Mr. Walia, won't you wait and make sure I eat the soup you made…and then leave me and go? I promise I won't bite!" she said, softly, looking at his back with tear drops in her eyes. Jai's heart soared, hearing this, but, "No I'm afraid not. I've been embarrassed enough, I'll send one of your friends up to you, so you might want to put on some clothes."
That last bit hit Bani hard. Crestfallen, and hurt she whispered, "If that's what you want." Her heart was bursting now, she really didn't want him to leave her, after all, wasn't he the same man that haunted her dreams every night?! She let out a soft sob. Jai's heart went out to her, how he wished he could stay with her, be there for her right now, but he figured leaving was the right thing to do, since they were at a business party after all, and people would be looking for them eventually. He turned the door knob, leaving Bani all flustered, humiliated and sad. Without looking back, or looking forward, Jai proceeded forward and knocked into something, or someone. Had he been listening to Bani properly, he would have heard her loud gasp when he opened the door.
