Could it be Jigyasa

I think it could be Jigyasa who is behind everything. I know it is a very far fetched theory but it could be true.Ekta Mayi has this uncanny habit of giving weird twist to the story and the person you least expect is actually the main culprit. Here is why I think it could be Jigyasa

•She never supported Jai to get married. One way or the other she prevented him to get married.

•She was lying dormant till the time Maasi came into the picture because she knew that Massi can bring J/B together .which was not a good thing for her. She never wanted JB to come close. There was nothing to be cautious about because Jaai listened to her

•Over the phone with Roshni, she tells her that she knows she is the main reason for her to be out of Jai Walia's life.

•The Park Road fiasco actually started gaining momentum once she was out of Walia Mansion and at Tauji's place .All the phone calls, all the people related to PR accident came into the picture after that.

•She clearly stated Ranveer that she wants the entire Walia property for herself and for her children and Bani's pregnancy is a bad news.

•She thinks to herself in the teej party that Jai will live on her terms once the entire Walia property is transferred in Ranveer's name

•The shooting on Jai, the news of his death the way Jigyasa was crying it was all phony. Remember if you are crying the loudest than you have something to hide. Either she did not wanted Jai dead or she cried the loudest so that everyone is convinced of her loss.

•She can bring on crocodile tears any time ,remember when Sahil and Rano eloped, the way she cried if front of Jai

•She works in a very twisted fashion; she gets her work done and makes the other person believe that he/she was the brain behind it. Even Ranveer is used as a pawn
•Remember Roshni telling Aditya that Jai's enemy is right at home working his/her way under his nose

• Somehow Bani knows that it is Jigyasa and maybe Bani knows about this whole property matter because of Raashi. Pushkar is definitely of picture in this matter

•Jigyasa and Roshni are working together on this but still working separately

•At the beach house she will have access to Jai and it being Tarun Sablok's place ,nobody will suspect her and also because she is Jai Walia's sister

I don't think Jigyasa will stoop so low as much as to kill her own brother. i thought her tears were real in the hospital when we got the news of Jai's fake death. She was so happy to see him later, remember how she talks to Jai after she meets him. I mean i know she is a vamp and all but i doubt she would want to kill her own brother. She definetely wants his property not his life. and if she really had to kill someone, she would try killing bani, cuz if there is no bani then there is no baby and the property will still be the Walia property and it would never go under Bani's name. so yeah it cannot be Jigyasa, cuz even if Jai dies Bani will get the property. Itz definetely someone we would least expect.

IT IS RANVEER. RANVEER IS THE CULPRIT. Right now I wont rule out that nuthead Bani either.

all fingers are pointing towards Jigyasa and she has a lot of reasons too, but i doubt that she would want to kill Jai!
