see the article about divorce, http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=375796 i also felt the same when i remember the name pushkar filled in the husband's column will make problem for bani to win the case.

ohhhhh, i don't know whether it is a good sign or bad..?

she will get divorce but not alimony, and all her work will be a waste...!!!

Serves Bani right. How would any body feel when they learn their wife has another mans name as the father of his child and how will PIa feel when she sees her husbands name as the father of the child.
I am glad now that both sisters will be kicked in their butts. Bani never had much brains to begin with acting as Pia and getting married to Jai. That in itself speaks volumes. Pia was born brainless. I hope Jai finds a nice girl for himself and also I hope the lawyear falls in love with Jiggy. He will transform her.

I hate to disagree with you. As I believe, they will first clear all the other mysteries, just when things will start to get better between Jai-Bani they will pop up this Pushkar-Bani misunderstanding.
Also, I do not think Bani deserves to be treated like dirt. I mean how would u feel if you came to know that your husband or someone u love and trust was responsible for death of your parents, even if was accidental. She got humilated by Jai at all times, so if she is giving Jai a taste of his own medicine, so why this outburst?

I don't think Bani will lose the case. Jai himself wants to give Bani everything so there is no chance of losing the case. Jai would never misunderstand Bani, but might think that she will be happier with pushkar and try to move out of her way. But thatz about it. Even if they discover that Jai won't let his lawyers use it against Bani. I trust Jai that much. Jai is a fair man and would not do anything untoward towards Bani. But it will def. create misunderstandings in Jai's mind and he will be a duffer as usual. lol.

I hope the J/B divorce comes through, Bani gets all his property as alimony thus saving Walia Industries from the clutches of the evil duo. Then Tarun clears up the PR Raz and then there is a proper grand J-B wedding.

i thought about the way ekta always make the twists... i am not against bani.... and also not against jai also... he h ad too gone thru the self-punishment for those years when she spent her time unknown to the truth... wasn't her father more responsible than jai for her mom's killing..? she changed him to a loving caring person... and love will not take revenge... what i talked about the fathers name is a point that opposite lawyer can use against her... but most probably this is going to be a irrelevant mistake like they brought the mechanic in one scene and packed him off Bomaby to somewhere away

take are and relax, we are not against bani...

I too agree with you. I was just mentioning the point talked in the article given in MIL. It was not exactly my point to state here.
