hello everyone! thank you whoever replied/commented....and gave encouraging comments but since the ideas are starting to pop in my head I shall just begin writing.. so here's Part 10 OR 11 (i think 🤔 ) hope you guys like it

Walking home that night was like a mission for Jai and Bani. First of all, while they were on their way, Bani stopped by at a small shop to buy a "sumtin sumtin"..or you could just say that by the time they got home, Bani was practically a little bit drunk.
Bani: (not walking straight) Oh Jai! I'm soo happy today!! (turning towards Jai) Do you know why? Hmm? Do you do you do you?
Jai: (getting a hold of Bani) Okay, okay Bani. Okay, how about we go home adn talk when we get back, okay? Abhi tum hosh mein nahin hon. Alright? So for now, let's just focus on our task: Walking home safely.
Bani: (getting lose of Jai's grip) What task?! Do I look like a two year old to you? Hmmm? Tell me. Kya mein tumhe chotte bachchee dikhtee hoon??
Jai: (looks her up and down) Hmm, not right now. (a smile appears on his face) But you do when you're sleeping. 😉 😉
Bani: (smiles and hten begins laughing while talking) Did you know Jai, (gets closer to him) you (pokes her finger on his stiff chest)...(suddenly changes what she's going to say) hey, you have abs! I never knew that!! Wow!!
Jai: (looking down where her finger is at) Yes Bani, I have abs. (slowly retreats her finger) Now may we go home? Pata hain Bani, that's the third time I've had to say that in (checks his watch) less than half-an-hour.
Bani: Yes yes we can go, but you know, what I really was going to say was, (waving her hands up in the air) that you're choooo chweeet Jai! I love you Jai! I love you not this much, not this much, but THIIIISS much! (turns to Jai) Do you love me too??
Jai: (looks Bani in the eye) Yes. I love you too Bani -
BAni: Really Jai? (getting emotional) Phirse bolo..
Jai: Bani, I want you to know that I've always loved you. I've loved you from the first day of college. Ever since I set eyes on you, I loved you. Par mujhe pata tha, ke tum itne aasaani se nahin pitne walee. To mein tumhe jaan ne laga, samajh ne laga aur -
Bani: Oh no no.. (still drunk) I know where this is going! Hehehe...what a filmy dialogue Jai! Kya tum isee achcha naeen kar sakte?
Jai: Okay. I love you Bani! I love you not this much, not this much, but THIIISS much!
Bani: (laughs) You copy-catter! That's my line!
Jai: (crosses his arms) Fair square!
BAni: (gasps with her mouth open) Again!!! (playfully hits him)
Jai: (trying to block her attacks) Okay Okay, now can we go home??
Bani: (looks at the watch on Jai's hand) Oh!! Haan haan chalo calo... Now I'll just cross this street to our apartment and - (and a car comes zooming by but doesn't hit her because Jai catches her before)
Jai: Bani!! (pulling her back) Bani!! Watch where you're going!! You could've gotten hit by that car!!
Bani: (blinks hard) Oops.
Jai: Ab chalo, (Bani turns right instead of left) mmhmm..udhar naheen, idhar. (turns her left, but our Bani just skips along without holding Jai's hand and after a few steps Jai catches up to her a hand stops her in her tracks by holding her arm. )
Jai: Okay, this (picks her up in his two arms) is the only way it's gonna work.
Bani: (enjoying it) Ohhh wow!!! A ride!!! Yippee!!!!
And Jai takes Bani home just like that. Finally they reach the apartment, and Jai puts Bani down to open the lock. Bani: Hey, ride over already?? Hmmm...let's see, we can play ring-around-the-rosey now! Ring around the rosey, (going in circles) husha pusha hosey...umm, what comes after that? (alerts Jai by shaking his shoulder but he's too busy trying too open the lock that just won't open for some dumb reason) Jai!! Hmph! Okay, umm, husha pusha hosey, husha husha and we all fall downn!!! (falls down)
And due to this noise, their next door neighbour awakens and peeks his head out his door. Bani sees this and says, Bani: Hey!! You wanna play ring-around-the-rosey with me?? I have no one else to play with, come'on it'll be fun!!
The next door neighbour just gets freaked out by her behaviour and closes his dorm door. Jai: Got it! Khul gaya! Chalo Bani..
Bani: No Jai, I wanna play ring-around-the-rosey. (sits down like a stubborn but cute child)
Jai: (smiles to see her cuteness) WE can play inside Bani, and I'll play with you too.
BAni: (a huge smile creeps on her face) Really?!! Yay!! Let's go!!
And Jai leads Bani inside, and too her room. Jai: (pointing to he clothes) Okay Bani, tumhara kapre yahan hain, tum pehen lo. I'll be outside. (And he turns to leave when..)
BAni: How come you'll be outside? Why don't you be inside?
Jai: (surprised at her response) Umm, well.....you know Bani, woh (but soon realizes she's drunk ) Okay, Bani? (turns around and makes her sit on her bed) Aisa karte hain ke tum bas so jao, okay? Come'on, lie down. (makes her lie down, tucks her in and gives her her teddy and turns to leave and when at the door)
Bani: (softly) Jai? (Jai turns around) Sweet Dreams. And sleep tight. Don't let the bed bugs bite. 😊 😊
Jai: (smiles) You too. Good night, (and closes the door behind him)
Bani really had a good night's sleep that night, but unfortunately when she woke up in the morning, her head was throbbing and felt oh so heavy. 9:30 AM Sunday Morning, Bani wakes up and comes out of her room to find Jai already awake and in the kitchen Jai: Good morning sleepyhead.
BAni: (rubbing her head) Morning.. (looks at the living which is pretty clean, and rice krispies squares on the counter. [rice kirspies are like these little bars which are made of rice krispies cereal and butter and marshmallows. you can have them anytime) Wow Jai. Tumne to nashta bhi bana liya?
Jai: (pouring out tea for the both of them) Yup. And I woke up early to make rice krispies for you specially. 😃
Bani: (resting her hands on the counter) Wow, I'm impressed.
Jai: (comes forward with the two cups and gives Bani a kiss on her forehead
here come the romantic scenes guys! ) Did you sleep well?
Bani: (not remembering getting drunk last night and how Jai said I love you and therefore is surprised at this behaviour of Jai) Umm, yeah. That, um..
Jai: (noticing her uncomfortableness) What happened? (puts a cup in front of her) You alright?
Bani: Yeah yeah, it's just, uh..
Jai: (getting the point) Oh oh, I see now. (Since Jai was standing on one side, and Bani was standing on the adjacent side of the counter Jai goes to where she's standing and puts his hands on her shoulders.) Bani, look into my eyes. (Bani slowly lifts her gaze while Jai's hands slowly slip to holding her waist and his forehead touching hers as now Bani closes her eyes softly feeling secure in his arms) I love you Bani.. I love you a lot Bani.. And if you aren't remembering last night then let me tell you. (Bani suddenly opens her eyes) Kal raat hamare beech kuch nahin howa. Okay, and to reassure you about that, I'll say it again, nothing happened between us last night that wasn't supposed to happen.
Bani: (as Jai starts kissing her forehead, slowly kissing her cheek, then nuzzling her neck) I love you Jai, I love you too Jai. But Jai, (softly) I have to go to college Jai....
Jai: (still drowned in the beautiful aroma of her hair) Do you love me or your college more?
Bani: Of course you, but -
Jai: No ifs or buts. We are going to spend the whole day together today. Okay??
Bani: (who's now apart from Jai) But Jai, it's only one class. Please??
Jai: (looks at her softly, then gives her a peck on her cheek) Fine. But if you're not back after that one class then I -
Bani: (puts her hand on his mouth) There'll be no need for that. I'll be back soon. (and Bani leaves to get ready)

i hope i din't make the romantic scene part cheezy...i told you guys i stink at writing romantic scenes...but i tried my best 😊 hope you guys liked this part
