As promised
Part 20
If I told you how much I loved you before I took my last breaths….would you be able to live one??
She watches, wrapped in a gown, from the window...tears pouring. Her hands reach out to his fading figure….yet grasp nothing but cold air.
As if in daze….she walks further and further outside…until the heavy cruel rain is cutting her skin, yet still she continues to walk on….not caring for the balcony rail that stop her steps….
She cries his name from her heart, yet unable to speak from shock…..says nothing.
His hands deep in pockets…he follows "sanjana" out...further and further deeper into the dark forest…scared for his love, yet not of death. A promise is a promise and he must abide by the rules….as his "loves" life is at stake.
She runs deeper and deeper, clutching the fraying fabric of her gown…not caring for the rough materials that touch her soft feet only needing him.
If death were to come….then it would take them both.
What sort of promise had he made….one of death how???
Mind filled with confusion, branches scratching her pale body…she runs on….halting his very steps….ignoring "her" who continues to walk on.
"Her" eyes dazzle, glad that her plan had worked….now "he" was all hers or was he really?? "A promise is a promise" she whispers to herself…
It was amazing at how when she had threatened the life of his love, he had he fallen to the ground agreeing….she still had many tricks up her sleeve one of them being the game of death, he had no other choice but to abide to her threat.
Feeling confident that he is following without protests, she feels no need to turn and look…oh but if only she had.
He turns around…only to feel her body hit his chest with a gentle thud, he observes her broken figure, turning around to see if "she" noticed anything….but she had not….
Looking deep into his hearts eyes, noting distress and confusion he says nothing…only pushing her wet hair from her face…. bending his head kissing her shivering body…..
He covers her with his jacket….picking her in his arms.... walking slowly away from "her" not caring of the consequences…needing to make sure of her (banis) safety.
If he left the world, he at least wanted to ensure her safety…still remembering his promise of "death" he continues walking, eyes set in bitter determination.
Now nearing their place of stay, he gently puts her on the ground….his eyes say all, yet still she clings to him….scared. They stay there in silence, allowing the rain to kill their already shivering bodies.
He kisses her head….and then kisses her all over the face…allowing his tears to mingle with that of the skis raindrops….wanting her with him….loving her solid touch…
The kiss is so strong so needy, it trails for minutes to no end….their lips rasp against one another in the solid cool of the bitter cold. His hold strong, pushing her closer and deeper into his chest…as their lips continue to caress.
Unable to explain the reason for his promise, yet knowing now that she would not leave him, knowing that the line "Till death do us part" held no meaning…it was if he died leaving her behind…. She would perish almost instantly.
A sudden noise makes them jump….their eyes widen in shock as headlights are seen…. a car is approaching, its driver looking mad.
Heading towards them...the lightening strikes, making the vehicle swerve and skid towards their terror stricken bodies… screams are heard….then only muffled silence….
Death did arrive….

P.S i have a feeling that i am loosing my readers, i know my ff is getting boring, but it had to be toned down due to the new rules.
Ah well am ending this ff soon...not alot of replies....and i feel i am loosing my readers.....chalo dhek the hain.....we'll see if i do...
