2)Forget about it as she feels guilty about not telling jai about sahil and rano.

3)Stay quite as she will remember what jai said, about not seeing her face again if the raaz comes out.

4) investigate once again.

5) Confess to jai that she did know about rano & Sahil.

6) Carry on as if nothing has happened.

7) break down in tears once again so loving husband can confort her!!!

sorry I got three things she will do.
she will investigate on her own, and confront Jai about it, anyways Jai loves her too much to let her go, and she feels that Jai is letting her go anyway-(per yesterday's india episode)
she will tell him about Rano and Saahil, but she comes to know that Ranveer instigated this.
Bani has a conscience she may cry but she won't compromise her principles.
