PART 6:
Jai was just exiting his room when he ran into Aditya.
"Good morning Aditya"
"Are wah Jai...aaj tum bahoth khush lagre ho?? Kya baath hai?
To which Jai just smirks and continues to walk down the stairs when he sees Bani scurrying away with the puja thali, as if she is trying to hide..
"Bani!"
Bani stopped in her tracks..."Oh my god, i wasn't fast enough...how am i going to face him without going red??"
She slowly walked towards him...
"Tum mujhe prasad nahi dhogi??"
She silently hands him the prasad all the while blushing crimsom and trying to keep her eyes averted from his.
But Jai on the pretext of taking arti came closer to her and gently stroked her cheek...
"Are Bani, mujhe bhi prasad do naa?"
Aditya said coming up behind Jai...
Bsni all flustered and confused quickly turned towards Aditya, while Jai quietly laughed to himself, having shaken his wife with the briefest of touch...
When aditya turned and headed for the dining table for breakfast Jai quickly caught Bani's hand before she could walk away and whispered "payback for this morning...don't worry there is still more to come 😉 " then he gently kissed her neck and walked away away leaving a stunned looking bani behind him...

At the dining table Bani was seated next to Jai as usual, a big mistake she thought to herself as the meal progressed....
It had started as soon as she had sat down...first she felt him touch her feet with his...but when she looked at him he was just deep in conversation with Adi...Then he had "accidently" dropped his spoon, and when he bent down to pick it up he had squeezed her knee...which obviously made her jump then she had to make up some lame excuse....which by the looks directed at her by adi, mausi and daadi they hadn't believed for a moment...and then she couldn't stop blushing...and all the while Jai just sat looking at her innocently but there was a soft smile lurking at his lips...
She thought back to what he had whispered in her ear earlier "Payback? More?....how much more?? I don't know how much more i can take, and what has gotten in to him today??"
then suddenly he winked at her when she was looking at him drinking her juice, causing her to cough...
"Are Bani...aaj tumhara dhyaan kaha?" he asked her innocently..
"aap...uh...?
"Maine kya, bani?" knowing full well that she couldn't and wouldn't tell the rest of the family what had just occurred...
"Kuch nahin...i don't know...i just drank too fast..."
"careful bahu..." mausi put in from the other end of the table..."Don't worry munna humari bahu is not used to being winked at by you while she is sitting in the company of others"
Jai turned to look at her sharply, "Mausi yeh aap kya??"
"Same as your massa!" she said shaking her head..."Don't worry...lage rao...acha lagta hai..."
on the other side of the table Anu, Sahil and Rano were in fits of laughter...and then began to sing "aankhon ki gustakiyah maaf karo..."
