Jai walks into the room and sees Bani standing by the window. He stops and looks at her profile and thinks that how beautiful she looks in the soft glow of the moonlight that is streaking in through the open curtains. Suddenly he shakes himself - what am i thinking?? This is wrong...
He continues forward and realises that something is wrong, he questions bani as to why she left the party early and without him.
Bani doesn't answer and tries to turn away, quickly wiping away the tears that had fallen so freely a moment before.
Jai sees this, and concerned walks further towards her, gently he takes her by the shoulders and notices that bani has suddenly gone tense and that she has sudddenly gone breathlesss. This makes him want to bring her closer more, but he resists the urge, he needs to know whats wrong...
"Bani, please tell me whats wrong?? I can't see you cry like this...please, has someone said something to upset you?"
Then Bani gently pushes his hands away and backs a few steps away until she feels less threatened by the feelings Jai arouses in her...
"Bani.."
"Mr Walia, you shouldn't be here, you should still be at the party, after all its your neice's engagement"
"Bani i left the party to come to see you, right now you are more important, the engagement was done when you were still there, now its more music, so please tell me whats wrong?"
Bani tries to hold back her emotions but the more she tries the more the tears fall...
"I don't know my head...i think the drink.....then you and..and...roshni...the room"
Shocked Jai stares at her, suddenly he felt as though for the first time in his life what someone else thought of him really mattered, he needed to make her understand that what she thought was wrong, he doesn't have any feelings for roshni, he doesn't desire roshni as he has started to desire Bani...
He walks towards Bani again, holds her by her shoulders and gradually brings her towards him, she tries to resist, but his hold is firm. he tilts her face upwards until she is forced to look into his eys and brings his face near hers...
"Bani...nothing happened..."He whispers in her ears...then he starts to kiss away her tears... 😳
he runs his hands down her arms and brings her hands up towards him and kisses her wrists, he then pus them around his neck and gently picks her up in his arms and carries her towards the bed.
