Hi Everyone! My sincerest apologies to everyone.. I have not kept up with my committment in the last week to this fanfic and I am sorry for it. I have been trying to tackle a Philosphy course im taking this summer so please forgive me. Therefore to makeup up for my lack of writing I will be posting two fanfics a day or maybe more for you guys! Hopefully it will make up for you wait. Thank you for all the support and patience. This update is dedicated to Ziddi and Chandani two ppl whom I told I would get this up soon, but was not able to so this is to the both of you and I'm deeply sorry! 😊
The next morning we see Rano going to Sahil's room.
Rano: (knocks on the door) Sahil? (Rano steps in the room to find no one there) Sahil?! Kahan hai yeh laadkha?!
(Just then Sahil comes out with only a towel wrapped around his waist and a towel drying his hair, and just then Rano turns around).
Rano: Ahhhhh!
Sahil: (turns around) Ahhhhh! Get out!
(Rano runs out of the room and slams the door)
Rano: Main kithni befkuf hoon! Mujhey bhi dimaag nahi hai! Agar voh nahi tha vahan, mujhey andhar nahi jaana chaiyeh tha! (smacks her forehead) Main yahan se nikalthi hoon, varna Sahil se abhi baat karna akward hoa jayega. (Rano runs downstairs before she can even face Sahil)
Everyone is sitting at the dining table except Pia and Bani. We then see Pia come down the stairs in a pearl grey nightgown, and she says….
Pia: good morning everyone!
(everyone says good morning except Jai b/c he seems engrossed in a file for work. Pia sees this and says…)
Pia: Good morning Mr. Walia
Jai: (nods and smiles and goes back to his paper)
(We then see Bani walk in wearing a light pink sari with silver embroidery and she has two plates and she says...)
Bani: Yeh loh mausi aapka breakfast. Yeh loh Mr. Walia aapka breakfast. (She does this for everyone. Then Jai looks at her and smiles and says….)
Jai: Thank you Bani.
(Pia notices Jai smiling at Bani and she says…)
Pia: Di aapko mujhey bhi utah dena chaiyeh … main aapki help kar lethi breakfast main.
Bani: Tum? (Starts laughing)
Pia: Aap haas kyon rahin hain?
Bani: Pia tumey malum hai tum kabhi nahi jaldi uthi aur kabhi kahna bhi nahi bana thi. Tumey yaad nahi hai ke Mt. Abu main …
Pia: Mt. Abu main kya Di? Aapko kya lagtha hai ke main kuch nahi kar sakhthi? Main bilkul nikami hoon? Befkuf hoon?!
Bani: Mera yeh mathlab nahi tha Pia… par..
Pia: Par kya Di?! Dekho main sabh kuch kar sakthi hoon, okay?!
Bani: Pia main tumara dil nahi dukhana chahthi thi… main toh
Pia: Just forget it Di!
Bani: (Sad look on her face) I'm sorry
(Everyone is in silence and surprised at Pia's outburst. Jai looks at Pia and is now very angry after seeing Bani's face)
Jai: Tum kaisey baat kar rahi thi apni bari behen se Pia?
Pia: Voh meri behen hai, main jaisey bhi baat karon aapko kya?
Jai: Excuse me Pia, but mind your mouth. Ek baat yaadh rakhna Pia, Bani ki vaja se tumey kahin jaga mili hai rehney ko, varna tum sadkhon main batak rahi hoti. Aur uska dil tumney phir se dukhaya toh anjaam dekh lena. (Jai gets up and leaves without eating his breakfast).
Rano: Pia! Tumey aaj hi tamasha bana tha… aur voh bhi jab ke aaj Di …
Aditya: Bani kya Rano?
Rano: Kuch nahi uncle.
Aditya : Arrey main bhi tumara uncle hoon zara mujhey bhi batao
(We see Pia and Rano look at each other and smile and then decide to tell everyone what is going on)
In the kitchen we see Bani fixing up Jai's tiffin for lunch and looks kinda sad and quiet. Jai then quietly walks right up behind Bani and says…
Jai: Bani
(Bani turns around and runs right into Jai's coat)
Bani: Sorry…
Jai: Tum teek hoa?
Bani: Haan main teek hoon
Jai: Voh Pia ka dukh hua hai nah? Bani..
Bani: Mr. Walia main teek hoon (smiles).. Pia abhi nadan hai… koi baat nahi mainey uski baat dil par nahi li (smiles even wider now)
Jai: Bani… (Jai comes closer)
Bani: Ji (holding her breathe)
Jai: (realizes that he's really close to Bani, smiles and picks up his tiffin and walks away but then turns around to say) Tum bahut acchi hoa (smiles) See you at the Office
Bani: (lets her breathe out and shakes her head and smiles as he walks away)
(Pia watches all of this from a distance and a little jealousy is seen in her eyes again
At the office we see Bani in her work clothes sitting on the opposite side of Jai's desk with him there and working on the Mt. Abu project. When a mailman comes in with a courier.
Jai: (looking surprised and irritated at the same time) Kya hai?
Mailman: Mrs. Bani Walia ka courier aaya hai sir
(Jai looks at Bani with surprise. Bani gets up and signs the paper and takes the box. She opens the box and inside is a copper sari with jewelery and a little note for her on the top. Bani opens the note and it says "Shaam ko yehi pehna Di.") Bani looks up to find an irritated Jai ready to work.
Jai: Agar aapka gift opening session katham hogaya hai bani hum tora sa kaam kar lein?
Bani: Voh… (cell rings)
(Jai looks ready to kill)
Jai: Bani kaam aur personal business alag rakha karo.
Bani: Ji voh Pia ka phone hai ..
Jai: Le loh! But hurry up!
(Bani turns her back to Jai and picks up the phone)
Bani: hello
Pia and Rano: DI! GIFT MILA! Dinner pe pehna!
Bani: haan.. lekin suno Mr. Walia gusa hoa rahey hain.. main shaam ko kaprey pehen loongi baadh main baat karthi hoon
Pia and Rano: Lekin… (bani hangs up) We see both Rano and Pia nod their heads and smile at each other.
Jai: Phone katham… (sarcastically)
Bani: Ji
Jai: Ab tora sa kaam kar lain? (irritated look)
Bani: Ji
(We see them working and then we see Bani look at the clock and it says 7:30 pm)
Bani: Mr. Walia
(Jai still is engrossed in his work)
Jai: hm..
Bani: Kya main jah sakthi hoon? Mujhey Pia aur Rano ko dinner ke liye milna hai?
Jai: Kyon?
Bani: voh… (bani seems sad)
Jai: (looks up and sees Bani's sad face) Teek hai… sigh… tum aapni cheezain ikati karo main tumey front door par milonga.
(We see Bani pick up her purse and her box. She goes to the restroom to change and Jai is fixing up his papers and locking his office. He goes down to the lobby and still no sign of Bani.)
Jai: Kahan gayi yeh Bani (irritated)
(We then see Bani step into the lobby looking absolutely gorgeous in her copper sari and jewelry. Jai looks at her and just keeps looking)
Jai: Eh hem. Chalein? (irritated at his reaction)
Bani: Ji.
(We then see Jai and Bani in the car. Jai looks @ Bani and says)
Jai: Kya yehi sari ayi thi courier main?
Bani: Ji
Jai: Acchi hai. Kisney bheji?
Bani: Rano aur Pia ne
Jai: Oh
(They reach the Walia Mansion before Jai can ask anything else. Once they get out of the car they ring the front doorbell, but no one opens it. Bani and Jai look at each other and decide to open the door themselves. When they step in they see none of the lights are on and Jai says…)
Jai: Yaar Tony! Bani light on karna!
(Bani turns on the light and everyone (except for Jiggy and Ranveer) is standing in the center and yell Surprise! Happy Birthday Bani! Jai looks completely surprised. Bani just smiles. Jai looks over at Bani.. completely confused as of what is going on. Just then everyone silences and smiles and Bani hears someone sing Happy Birthday to you and she smiles even wider and runs and hugs him as he swings her up in the air. Jai watches this and gets an angry look on his face……… to be cont'd)
