Hey all Hardcore Jai-Bani campers,

Since, the Cutlet/Vada scene seems to be one of those scenes which will go down in the hisstory of the Jai-Bani saga, I have decided to enlighten you all and clarify the mysterious food item's true identity.

it is not a cutlet.

it is not a vada.

It is a 'Bhoori'. A dish that is stuffed with sweet dhal inside and is fried with some flour. It's a south Indian speciality as far as I know. So, we might as well call it Bhoori scene instead of Vada/Cutlet scene.

Cheers , Darcy
