Thank you guys. That was so gr8 of you to take out some time for me and comment. It really makes me feel special. So many of you asked why Jai donated his sperm. Well it's not a big mystery or something. Within few days Jai will tell Bani why and you people will know then but it doesn't have any big reason. And Dhani you asked to show Jai's point of view. Basically, it's narrated by Bani and since she cant read Jai's mind you have to wait. 😆Are yaar kuch toh suspense hona chahiye na.😉 So, here goes the next part.
Its nearly half past ten and he is not home yet. It doesn't look good na not to wait and sleep so I am here for last two hours on the balcony watching the cool and calm Arabic sea underneath. Must say, he has chosen one of the best places to build his house, the soothing sounds of wave, the slight salty breeze hitting your face, darkness sprawled all over the sky lighted dimly by moon and stars scattered on it but when you have a baby inside you refusing to sleep and kicking all the corners of your body looking outside feel like staring at the dully painted wall. Now I have no doubts he is Jai Walia's child, a stubborn creature.
I don't know when I slept but when I woke up I found Mr. Walia's face inches away from me looking concerned and waking me up.
"I am sorry Bani. Meetings came up so I got caught in the office. But you shouldn't have waited for me. It's chilly outside and look you are shivering."
Saying that he took off his suit and wrapped around me. I think its first time I have seen him behaving so nice. I tried to get up but yelped because of pain at my abdomen. I think the baby is not going to leave me soon. Instantly he came forward and held me from my waist. I felt a burning sensation where he touched me.
"Are you alright Bani? Should I call doctor?"
"Oh no Mr. Walia its nothing serious. I will be fine in a minute."
I slowly tried going past to the room but Mr. Walia efficiently carried me in his arms, took me inside the room, tucked me properly and went to change. Nearly leaving a year alone and doing all the house chores whatever your condition is, it feels really great when someone cares for you or says some soothing words to you. In the warmth of the quilt in no time I was asleep. May be because of the slight pain on my back or because of those concerned eyes my mind today didn't dwell around that I am sharing my bad with someone.
I woke up to find him brushing his hair in front of mirror all ready wearing black suit and black trouser, grey silk shirt underneath and scarf neatly tucked in. Who would say he is in his late thirties. Sex appeal oozes out from his every part. The irritation in his eyes as his hair was not setting properly was making him look more sexy and arrogant. Slowly my eyes lifted to the mirror where I found him staring at me checking him out. A red colour must have creped from my neck towards my cheeks as I felt my ears and cheek burning but his eyes kept me captivated. A spark of electricity flowed in between us with the constant clashing of our eyes, which suddenly became unbearable for me that I dropped my gaze. I hurriedly went inside the bathroom.
Nearly half an hour later I came downstairs and found him having his breakfast. Toast, scrambled eggs and fruits. Oh god how can someone eat that. Does he eat that everyday? Yuck! I feel toasts too dry and I can never swallow it till I chew it for half an hour. I went inside the kitchen to eat something but found nothing except some cereals that also the borings one. Where is Tony?? I brought a bowl a cereal and sat beside him.
"Don't you like toasts Bani?"
I had never thought he would ask me this question.
"Actually no Mr. Walia. Before I was fine but since I am pregnant I cant stand it." He simply nodded his head and continued eating.
"Mr Walia where is your family?" I asked starting the conversation. I thought that was the safest topic to start knowing his temper from Tony yesterday but my thoughts were immediately proven wrong from his cold stare.
"They are dead Bani and I wouldn't like you to poke on my family or my past." Saying that he stood suddenly shaking all the tables.
"I am sorry Mr. Walia but I…" the way he was looking me with those grey sicy gaze it reminded me of my day at hospital. No one would say he is the same man who was looking at me with concerned eyes yesterday night. His gaze made me swallow and forget the conversation but it was important as well.
"I am sorry Mr. Walia to bring your sorrow memories but I wanted to say about my family. Though I was leaving alone on my apartment, I have my Dad and brother who regularly checks on me and if they don't find me in my apartment they will get worried. My dad was always against this artificial insemination (thanks guys) so when I found about you I didn't say anything to him and my brother was busy in his own work. And you being Jai Walia it wont take long to spread the news over the world so before they find out through other ways I would like you to visit my family with me if its suitable for you." I don't know for how long I was not breathing but as his eyes soften a bit I took a long breath.
"Be ready at four Bani. I will come to pick you up."

My brother as usual, dishevelled hair covering his entire forehead like a fringe, knee length T-shirt and baggy pants when he opened the door for me.
"Hey sis. How are you" he took me in a bear hug.
"I am fine Daksh. How about you? Here meet Mr. Walia and Mr. Walia he is my brother Daksh."
"Hi Mr. Walia" saying that he stretched his hands forward to shake with him shaking his head a bit to remove his hair form his eyes.
"Hello Daksh." It was nearly five months after I had stepped my Dad's house. Nothing is change, still reflecting the strict rules of Mr. Nishikant Dixit. Dimly lighted living room warmth provided by the burning coals on the room, big fat books kept properly at the farthest wall, couches and cushion kept in a neat way as if people never sat on it, not even a stain or dirt on the carpet sprawled on the floor.
"Who is it Daksh?" came a voice from kitchen.
"Its sis dad."
My dad came out wiping his hand on the kitchen towel and smiled at me.
"Hey dad" I went up to him and gave him a tight hug feeling secure in his embrace after those stressful days. "How are you dad? You have lost some days."
"I am fine beta. How have you been? You don't look fine to me" he parted from me and looked at me from top to bottom. I don't know but every time I am under stress or in trouble my dad is first one to know.
"I am fine dad. Here meet Mr. Walia and Mr. Walia this is my dad." I looked at Mr. Walia to introduce him but his face showing how unhappy he was from my dad's word of me not being fine. After s short pause both men shook hands firmly and we sat on the sofas.
"Umm. Dad I have some important thing to tell you."
"Actually Mr. Walia… Umm dad we got married day before yesterday." The look on his face was lees of a shock and more of hurt of not informing him earlier but what could I do if I had told him earlier then he wouldn't have agreed for it and brother it was staring at me and Mr. Walia's face constantly. The looks on their face made me nervous but gathering enough courage I narrated whole incident. Though dad a hurtful expression before but after I had narrated he had a calm poker face. I was dreading at his reaction but he just told me that he wanted to talk with me in the kitchen and strode straight to it. I glanced once at Mr. Walia but he was not looking at me (obviously not liking it) and followed my dad.
"What is this Bani? At least you would have told me, we could have found some other solution than marrying him."
"But you were always against it so scared to tell you." I said with my head bent.
"And do you think I am happy now you marrying some stranger, claiming to be baby's father"
"I had no choice Dad."
"You could have consulted me at least."
"What could you have done? What do you think I didn't think about it? One hand missing Pushkar and other hand when I found out the baby was not his do you know what was my condition I agreed to him? There was no way dad no way. Only one of us would have got the baby and chance me getting custody was very slim, as you know how powerful Mr. Walia is. Even if I had got it, it isn't better to keep the child and father separately."
"What about your life then?" he asked in a slow concerned voice.
"Dad my life was gone the day Pushkar left me" tears that I had been stopping since last three days fell freely on my cheeks.
My dad took me in his arms and said in a choked voice, "I am sorry beta. I wasn't there for you when you needed me the must; you must have felt very lonely when you had gone that day in the hospital. May be this thing would have never happened"
"That's not your fault dad. Lets go dad they must be waiting for us." I said wiping my face.
"Are you happy there?" he asked looking at my eyes. I know I couldn't lie to him so I just looked down.
…………………………………………………………………………………...
When we were in the kitchen I think even they had a whole lots of chat. During the dinner Mr. Walia didn't even bother to look at me. They were discussing about the future plans of my brother's. He always had a dream of having a career in an acting field. My dad had a big frown of his face showing clearly how against he was about this whole idea as this was the thing my dad despised a lot but Mr. Walia was supporting his ideas and encouraging him. He was giving names of different big personalities and promised to introduce them whenever needed. I had no doubts that according my brother's point of view Mr. Walia was the best decision I have ever taken in my whole life whereas my dad must be thinking opposite. Nearly an hour later, after the dinner we left with the promise that we will visit again soon and headed towards Walia Mansion, my new house, where I don't know what coming days will bring to me.
Hope you will like it. Waiting for your comments.😊😛
