Kasam tere pyaar ki has become a part my life for the past one and half year. I have been literally living with them. The characters have become so real to me that its goes beyond the show itself, to each characters personal and professional life too.
This was not the case a year half ago. Then SSharad Malhotra was just a name and a face.
I had seen promos of Banoo Main Teri Dulann. I did not watch this show. for some reason i did not like it.
Neither did i watch Maharana Pratap,when Ssharad entered the show or before.
I had watched few episodes of Kasauti zindagi ki with Kratika Senger as P2.
By this time Kasauti zindagi ki story-line was so complicated and as i was not regular viewer i did not stick to it, but for few episodes i had watched i liked Kratika Senger .
Her character as Naina in Kya Dil Main hai was surprising as its her negative role. This also i watched not more than 4 episodes.
This next was Punar Vivah , again few episodes here and there.
In my place i don't have access to many of the channels like star-plus, Colors, Zee mostly i get few News channels not so popular channels. One day i was searching for something to watch.
Changing channels so fast my dog was glaring at me as if chewing the remote would be best option to stop me.
My favorite song Humari Adhuri kahani was playing in Rishtey Channel which prompted me to stop changing the channel.
The scene was Mr Rishi Singh Bedi crying for Tanu. Him remembering how he used to tease her. it was just one episode i got hooked. This might have been episode 120 something.
After 120 odd episodes i started watching this show. i wanted watch previous episodes too. So i did . In max 3 to 5 days i binge watched all the episodes till 125. Needless to say had fallen for TanShi in a big way.
The maddness did not end there, I went back to SSharad Malhotra's previous works also. I binge Watched Maharana Pratap from his entry at episode 289 to end.
Went back and watched BMTD all of 700 episodes.
All these because i liked ssharad in that one episode of Kasam .
Today i have all episodes of Kasam , Maharana pratap downloaded ,i watch them every single day at-least one episode. His acting in BMTD is beautiful too but i dont like the actress so i avoid it.
Recently i watched JKR loved kratika Senger even more.
I am an online viewer, i dont have access to Colorstv. But this channel has not supported kasam for more than a year now do no what the problem is.
I hope the storyline of kasam gets more serious because both these artists are capable of lot more versatile works.
I wish the production House and the Channel supported this show, there is so much going for it, but its been ignored so much.
