We have always seen just one side in every interpretation on Mahabharata. The Mahabharata has always been told by the point of view of the light side. But every story has another side. Just like Karna said to Uruvi in the episode where he locked her in jail.
And it's quite refreshing to see a story unfold from the point of view of a neutral party, where the flaws of good are shown and virtues of the bad.
Here we see Arjuna as a prideful prince before he became knowledgeable and Doryodhana as Suyodhan before he became a vengeful prince.
Both right now has their pros and cons but what made them good or bad was the choices they made.
Arjuna chose to be good and doryodhana chose to be bad. But this story will fill the gaps which will tell us about the circumstances that made them chose good or bad. The good influence of people around him made Arjuna a better person and the bad influence around doryodhana made him so hungry for power.
This story told by the neutral point of view will give us many instances that will make us wonder if the writers are spoiling Arjuna's character just for the sake of the story but no, they are just showing the other side of the coin.
We know the end of the journey but this time the route is different, so why not enjoy the new experience of Mahabharata. Coz one thing is clear, any route they take, Karna is always going to be he most tragic and loved character.
