I don't think hes married he is single. Provide sources if making a statemnt such as that since I tink its very untrue. In terms of dating Kareena there was an article a while back suggesting it. I think it was posted here as well by someone. If someone as the article please post.

Tushar aint married hes still single, he jus broke up with that person ermm whats her name.. the one who plays Porineeta in Tumari disha or sommut and dey wernt married they were jus boyfriend and girlfriend, You can tell they were not married because when that article came out it said Sandeeps and whoevers parent knew about the affair. and also Kareena and Tushar are not dating because that Porineeta said there is nothing going on between Sandeep and Kulraj.

The source is true. Tushar is married in real life. He got married when he joined the serial Kkusum. I am surprised that tushar's fans doesn;t know hes married 😕 😆 The girl is also from serial Kkusum but she has stopped working in the serial, because Tushar wanted her to be a housewife. The day Tushar was in the serial. The girl told Ekta she will not be working. She was Kkusum's brother wife. I don't remember her name.
