i think something like this will happen:
just after gauri's death,some blast victim or something will come with face and body all burnt.she'll need major transplants including a heart transplant.....and her face will be transformed into gauri's face thru palstic surgery.................and she'll carry the heart of gauri...................gauri ka dil jo sirf shiv ke liye dharakta hain...š...and to add to the drama may even carry garui's unborn baby.........................as a surrogate mother
but this person will be a different one....though she'll look like gauri .she'll have an identity of her own...................but shiv will fall for her....................for she is gauri for him.....................may be this girl will be ram's wife or gf...................
