He loves me, he loves me not(part 3 p.3)

Hi guys... Starting a new FF. I am not sure where I am going with this....
But it has nothing to do w/ the story that is going on in the show. I made
up a story from beginning with the same characters from KAA. Hope you
guys enjoy it.



Chapter 1

"Ghar aja pardesi tere desh bulaiya hai" is what the Chaterjee family felt
like the most appropriate song that described this moment. They were
on a train traveling through the greenest most beautiful fields of Punjab.
Alok Chaterjee couldn't wait to reach the city of Chandigardh, where he
will see his best friend of 30 years Mahen Kapoor. The reunion was a
much-awaited one since Mahen had become very busy in his business
and now part taking in politics. For that the Kapoors convinced Alok to
come to Chandigardh, the Kapoors ancestry home, for a week long
vacation. So here was Alok on his way with his two daughters and
widowed sister who is now in his care.
Kaya the younger of the two daughters, sitting by the window, turns
towards the father and says in a mesmerized voice, "Papa, this city is
absolutely gorgeous. It is so different from our Calcutta. Don't you also
think so Mashi ma"
Both Mashi ma and Alok look at Kaya and smile. They see a young,
beautiful, intelligent girl who is very head strong and very persistent on
what she wants. Her long dark hair and dark eyes like her mothers was.
Her petit figure complemented her very well.
Alok looks towards Mashi ma and Kaya and asks them, "Where is Gauri
beta?"
Just then Gauri the elder daughter and the apple of her fathers eyes walks
in and sits down next to her father with her arms around him. "Oh papa,
I just love this place. I was just out in the hallway standing by the door
with my face against the fresh morning Punjab air and I felt just
wonderful. This place is definitely magical. I am sure something amazing
is going to happen to us out here, wait and see."
Alok sees the smile on his daughter's face and couldn't help agreeing
with her, "Yes beta, I feel it too. Lets await and see what destiny has in
store for us."
Few minutes later the train was rolling to a slow stop at the train station.
The Chaterjee family grabbed their bags and got off on the platform.
They waited there for a few minutes and when they didn't see a familiar
face, Mashi ma, suggested they go wait outside, since maybe they were
waiting outside for them with the car. They all start walking to the exit of
the station.
Kaya being the practical person she is says, "Bade bade logo ki choti choti
batein." Meaning the rich always talk big and do little. That they forgot
about them.
Gauri the always optimistic, with her hundred-wattage smile tells Kaya, "I
am sure they will be here any minute. Have some patience."

At the Kapoor farmhouse, we see many servants running around getting
ready for a party. Nikhila Kapoor the eldest daughter-in-law is ordering
the servants to do one thing or another. Her nervousness due to
arranging a party for 300 people in such a short time is getting to her.
Her husband Mahen is coming down the stairs when he just stops and
stares at this wife. The love in his eyes is showing as clearly as new
washed crystal glass. First girl he fell in love with and the mother of his
children. He says, "Nikhila calm down. Everything will work out. No
need to get upset about this. "
Nikhila who looks her husband in frantic says, "I am not upset. I just
want everything to be perfect. Alokji will be here and minute and the
other guests will be arriving in couple hours. I am too old for this stuff. I
can't wait till that useless son of ours does something good for once and
gets married. At least then I will be rid of all these duties."
Mahen looking at Nikhila suddenly and says, "Oh my god. Speaking of
useless, do you know if went to pick up Alok and his family."
Nikhila looks at Mahen in an upset, frenzy face. Both at once say, "OH
NO!!!!"


Coming up….. Shiv's bedroom where he is still sleeping and dreaming
away.

name when I was writing it. If some one could tell me I will change it in the

Lols thanks guys. Means a lot. I know it's really slow and boring right now.
But I was thinking of this story for a while and I finally found characters to
write it to. I promise it will get interesting. :)

Re-cap: Chaterjee's coming to Punjab to vacation with the Kapoor family.
Shiv being late to pick up Alok and his family from the station.


Upstairs, in one of the bedroom there is a young man sleeping very
peacefully dreaming away. In the dream he sees a woman dressed in all
red coming towards him with a flower garland in her hands. He sees red
sindoor powder in his hand, and despite trying to stop the hand from
going towards the lady in red's forehead, he is unable to do so. Then he
sees both of them walking around in circles, around a fire. Shiv Kapoor
the eldest son and the heir to the Kapoor Corporation, wakes up in a
sudden rush, panting. He finds the glass of water on his nightstand and
downs it in one gulp and says to himself, "Wow, what a nightmare." But
as he lay back down to sleep he thinks to himself, "Hmm I am forgetting
something. I knew I had some work to do today, but I can't remember
what." All of a sudden it hits him. "OH my god. Mom and Dad are going
to kill me. I was supposed to go to the train station and pick up their
friend." In a hurry he throws on a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Rushes to
the car before Mahen or Nikhila could intercept him and speeds the entire
way to the station.
Shiv gets there and almost stumbles out of the car because he is in
such a hurry to find the Chaterjee family. Then he remembers he doesn't
know how anyone looks like since it has been years since he has last seen
them. Being in USA for the past six years didn't give him much time to
visit everyone whenever he came back to India. He spent those precious
moments with his family in Mumbai where they currently reside. He looks
around the inside and outside of the station screaming for Alokji. Sweat
started to form on his forehead. He couldn't fail at this; it was one task
that was given to him by his father. Shiv thinks to himself, if I don't find
them and bring them home soon, dad will really stop trusting me then.
The lack of trust starting building up when Shiv called to let his dad
know that he is not coming back form America since he likes it there and
wanted to live there permanently. Mahen refused to that stating if Shiv
doesn't come back he would disown him, permanently. Shiv reluctantly
came back to Mumbai but being stubborn as he is did absolutely
everything to irritate Mahen. He would stay out almost every night and
come home drunk early in the mornings, get arrested for bar fights, and
take no part in the office matters. One day, Shiv's Dadi, sat him down
and had a heart to heart talk. She said, "Shiv beta, what are you trying to
prove by doing all this? It doesn't look good. Your great grandfather
spent his entire life working for the reputation we have today, and you
want to spoil it for such childish thing? Your younger cousin Viven is
coming back from London soon. He will look up to you and is this the
type of role model you want to be for him? Think about it carefully son.
Your little mistakes affect the lives of many."
Now thinking about all that seems petty compared to not finding
Alokji. Shiv finally gives up and goes home. He has let his family,
especially Dadi down again.

Upon reaching the farmhouse it has become late afternoon. Shiv
parks the car and hesitantly walks inside the house. That's where he
finds Dadi, Dada, Mahen, Nikhila, Dhask Chacha, Shyla Chachi, and Maya
Bua sitting in the living room. Mahen gets up from his seat and walks
towards Shiv, anger clearly shown in his eyes. Shiv hasn't been this afraid
of his dad since he was 14 years old, when he drove one of Mahen's car
underage and crashed it. No one else in the room dares to utter a word.
Mahen shocked them all by saying, "No Shiv, I won't yell at you. I so
disappointed in you today that I have no words. First time I asked you to
do something since you came back and you have let me down." Mahen
turns around to leave when Shiv stops him. Shiv says, "Whether you
believe me or not I didn't do this intentionally. I really just forgot to get
up early. But as soon as I remembered I raced down there but I still
couldn't find them. I am sorry. Do you know where they are? Have they
called?" Mahen then tells Shiv, "I shouldn't be the one you should be
saying sorry to. Yes, I know where Alokji and his family are. They got a
cab from the station and asked the cabbie to take them to the Kapoor
Farmhouse. They went to the guesthouse, where they will be staying, to
freshen up. You should go and apologize to them." Shiv nods and starts
walking towards the guesthouse.
Shiv walks to the back of the house and through the garden to get to
the guesthouse. Just as he is about to ring the doorbell, it felt like a
faucet had turned on, above his head and water started pouring down on
him for a few seconds. When he looked up his shocked eyes clashed with
a pair of beautiful brown eyes, which were just as surprised. Shiv saw a
curvy, pretty (in a simple way), young girl standing up on the terrace with
a small pot in her hand. Neither one of them could take their eyes away
from the others intense stare.

Coming up… Shiv is apologizing to the Chaterjee family and of course the
meeting of the notorious JODI Shiv and Gauri.
