he found solace in his unwanted wife. that's really sad... he always been driven away by his father when he needs his attention at most. He never get praises for his good doings. There is a poem about child i read couple years ago saying :
If a child lives with praise,
he learns to appreciate.
he was brought up as neglected son by his dad. so he couldnt express his true feeling n appreciation to others including his wife.
