Shashanks house
episode starts wit mehan asking the watch man where shanshank is and the watch man says he has gone to his wedding
mehans house in the hall
pandit asks where is the groom. everyone gets shocked. mehan enters and alok asks where shashank is. mehan's phone rings and it is shashank. mehan takes the phone and talks to him and hangs up. mehan tells him dat shashank is on his way and he was stuck in traffic dats why he was late.
gauri in a room
gauri puts on her tikka and remembers shashank and keeps on looking at her mehndi and gets flashbacks of her and shashank.
in the hall
mehan asks nikhila to get the pooja ki thali. nikhila says dat today is a special day and she won't get to she her daughter. mehan says see her after the wedding. mehan says gauri is starting her new life and she has to get mata's blessings. nikhila says he knows how to maintain every relation. mehan says wish palak had some sense and says the he looked after her and she hurt them so much. mehan says gauri gave dem happiness and says dat alok is so lucky to hav gauri. mehan tells nikhila to go. kaya is happy hearing all this.
in the hall
the pooja starts and gauri is carried down (it's bengali weddin it's really cool) and they bring gauri to the mandap and nikhila is throwing red stuff on the mata. gauri puts down the petel leaves and is shocked to see shiv as the groom😲 gauri is shocked and runs away. kaya runs after gauri. kaya brings gauri down and asks everyone where is shashank and gauri has never asked her elders. and everyone has to answer. everyone is shocked. kaya sayin to alok to ask everyone but alok is quiet and unhappy. kaya says baba u new everything den why did u let this happen u no coz of shiv gauri didi has had problems den why. and says baba u can't do this as gauri didi ne shashank jiju ko apna sub kuch mana hai. kaya shouts someone tell where shashank is. mehan replies dat shashank won't come. kaya and gauri are shocked. mehan says dat shashank has run away. everyone is shocked. kaya says wat are u sayin. mehan says he saying the truth. dadu comes and asks mehan u were speaking on the phone wit him. mehan says dat shashank said dat he didn't want to get married and he won't come here. gauri is shocked. dadu says why did u hide it. mehan says dat he didn't want their happpiness turned in to sadness. mehan says dat he told alok all this.

back in the hall
mehan says dat he decided to make gauri the DIL of the house. and he decided to get shiv and gauri married.

mehan says shiv agreed for the marriage. mehan asks gauri wat is her decision. mehan says he knows it's difficult to forget shashank and aslo says if the marriage does not happen then her baba won't be able to live happily. mehan says the decision is upto gauri.everyone is shown waiting for gauri's answer. gauri is shown walking away and slowly going up the stairs and remembering shashank. sad background music is playing. gauri is going to her room.
gauri in the room
shiv comes dere and says dat he knows dat gauri does not want to get married wit him and says he is forced to get married to gauri. shiv says he can't do anything. gauri is quiet and is shocked. shiv says dat if she says yes den both lives will be ruined and asks her to say no. shiv throws the key and leaves. gauri crys and the episode ends.
