Her long locks were fully opened nd sleekly straightened, natural colour ,.....black....seemed no artificial thing was needed to beautify her...she wz simple yet elegant nd he felt more nd more ecstastic...nd dat smyl of hers....exaggerated da scene!!

Hey guys, here's a continuation of the Party at the Kapoor Resort! I thought ill end the night myself!hehe' so here goes! Hope u guys like this one too :-D

While Shiv and Nisha were doing there own things, everyone else was working on decorating the room for the night. Shiv and Nisha had not seen the final room and now that they were downstairs and clear of all the hugs and kisses and a few stomach punches for Shiv, they could clearly see the room. It was beautifully decorated. Although all the lights were off, the room was bright. The room was decorated with candles all over. White, and sometimes red, vases held candles in them whose fire would move as the wind blew. The flames, carving a shadow in the walls, had a frequent visitor- the wind. The windows had been left open and each time the wind blew, the candle flames wavered and they're shadows making various shapes, engraving them in the memories of the walls. The curtains were white, and the plants added a hint of green in the room.

Mahen brought a bottle of champagne to open and together with Karan, did the honors. Mahen held the corkscrew in place and on the count of three, Mahen and Karan turned the cork, letting out a large fizz of champagne escape the bottle. Everyone cheered as the champagne poured out and soon everyone was spending the time chit-chatting and sipping from their glasses.

12:30 AM

It had gotten cold outside, and the chilly breeze was beginning to blow inside'blowing some of the candles and sending shivers through spines. To keep the place warm and cozy, Sumit closed the windows and pulled the curtains. The noises in the room got louder and Sumit looked around as he saw his family laughing and having a good time. He walked up to the table that had the drinks served and picked up the last drink and as he did so, another hand grasped the glass and refused to let go. Sumit turned his eyes upward to see who it was and found Esha. She was dressed in a dark blue, sleeveless dress. The dress carefully caressed her body, making her look perfect in the candle light. Her dark brown hair was let loose and fell right up to the chest of her dress. The front of her dress was occupied by a big, blue bow whose hanging strips fell almost up to the dress length. The bottom of her dress fell like an upside down umbrella and stopped above her knees. Her eyes were lowered as she was looking at the glass she held in accordance with Sumit.

Sumit: Hello, missy, yeh mera glass hain.

Esha: Nahi, yeh mera glass hain

Sumit: Main pehle yaha aya tha

Esha: Ispe haat mera pehle laga tha

Sumit: Jhooti'maine pehle liya tha phir tumne haat lagaya tha

Esha: Jhoot tum bol rahe ho..maine pehle liya tha.. thum chodthe ho ya main shor machaon?

Sumit: Are, thum tho aise baat kar rahi ho ki main koi chor hoon..shor kyun machaogi? Hamare aapas ka mamla hain, ham hi handle karte hain na..

Esha: teek hain, tho phir mujhe mera drink de do!

Sumit: Lo karlo baat, baazi kheli hi nahi aur tum jeetne ki baat kar rahi ho!

Esha: Sumit, thum zyaada smart banne ki koshish mat karo varna main Pa ko bataongi!

Sumit, raising his eyebrows: Dhamki?

Esha, giving off a sly smile: nahi, Vaada!

Sumit: Acha?

Esha: Ji!

Sumit, with a contrite look on his face : Tho ham bhi dekhte hain ki yeh drink '..

Before Sumit could even finish what he was saying, someone was pulling at his hand. Esha was trying to pry the glass out of his hand and was almost succeeding when Sumit pulled back with equal force. As so they fought like that for about half a minute and in the process emptying half the glass. When they got too loud, the Kapoor and Malhotra families turned head to find the source of the noise and as soon as they found it, Disha and Nikhila ran to their respective children.

Nikhila: SUMIT!! Thum yeh kya kare rahe ho? Chodo use!

Sumit: Nahi mom, yeh baazi tho main hi jeetoonga

Disha: ESHA yeh kya pagalpan hain, thum log lad kyun rahe ho?

Esha, through clenched teeth: Sumit ne'mera drink..cheen liyaaaaa!

Nikhila and Disha: KYA?

Sumit: mom, main pehle aya tha aur ab yeh meri drink chori kar rahi hain!

Esha : Tumne mujhe chor bulaya?? and she fought harder, this time spilling more champagne than she expected and some of it fell on her.

Esha: AHHHHHHH!!! Dekho tumne kya kiya, mere dress pe gira diya!

Sumit: Maine? Tumse kisne kaha tha meri drink chori karne ke liye

Esha: Badi Ma dekhiye na, usne phir se mujhe chor bulaya!

Mahen: OFOOOO!! Kya pagalpan hain yeh..Sumit chodo use..

Sumit: Lekin Dad

Mahen: Abhi!

Sumit: Lekin main kyun, drink to meri hi hain..

Mahen: Tum jis drink ke barein mein baat kar rahe ho, voh tho saara carpet pe ghira hua hain!..thum log ab kis baat pe lad rahe ho, voh Rab hi jaane.

Sumit and Esha, both, gave a frantic look at the glass in their hands and Mahen was right, they had spilled half or at-least all of the champagne on the floor. Sumit let go off the class and looked around as everyone was either smiling broadly or letting out a giggle.

Mahen: Thum dono ka bachpana kab khatam hoga, voh bhi Rab hi jaane. Shaadi ki umar ho gayi hain leking phir bhi, DONO, vaise ke vaise hain.. thum dono ek doosre se lade bagair nahi reh sakte kya? Har chees pe ladte ho! Vaise, thum dono share tho kar sakthe the na?

Sumit and Esha: Ji?

Mahen: Ha bhia..thum dono drink share to kar sakte the na..UFF! Main tho chala'dance anybody?

Mahen dragged Nikhila into his arms and danced her off into the night. Soon enough everyone followed and as each couple partnered up with eachother, Sumit, Esha, Rahul and Shreya and Milind stood by themselves, looking on as their own parents and brothers and sisters danced.

Sumit looked at Esha as he flashed her a dorky smile and Esha reciprocated the gesture. They had grown up together and had always fought. For even the slightest things, but they were still best friends. They told each other everything and trusted eachother more than anyone. As Esha stood by herself, she saw a hand approach her from the right.

Sumit: May I?

Esha, letting out a big grin: Yes, you may! And she placed her hand in his, and she let Sumit guide her through the crowd.

1:00

By 1:00 everyone was on the "dance floor", having a merry time. Rahul had partnered up with Shreya and Milind would take his chance with each one of his sisters, until he had to go and receive and important business call.

Samar was dancing with Trisha, making very sure that she was not uncomfortable and attending to her every need. The music slowed down and Trisha laid her head on Samar's shoulder, still allowing him to hold her right hand in his left.

Samar: Kya soch rahi ho?

Trisha: Kuch bhi tho nahi!

Samar: Kuch tho soch rahi ho, Itni chup kyun ho?

Trisha: Main bataongi tho aap hasenge tho nahi na?

Samar: Are batao to sahi!

Trisha: Samar pehle aap promise keejiye

Samar: Acha teek hain baba, nahi hasoonga

Trisha: Vaada

Samar: Are, abhi to vaada kiya tha.. sachi! Nahi hasoonga

Trisha: Acha teek hain..main na' voh'umm..naam soch rahi thi..

Samar: naam? Kiske naam?

Trisha: hamare bache ke liye

Samar, looking surprised and happy at the same time, said his next line with a naughty look on his face : ACHA, already? Itni jaldi?

Trisha: Aur nahi to kya samar, pata nahi che mahine kaise beet jayenge aur you know, prepared hona koi buri baat nahi hain!

Samar: ACHA?! Tho teek hain, batao, kya socha hain?

Trisha: Pehle aap bataye..

Samar: teek hain, ladki hogi tho'

Trisha: Simran

Samar: are, tumne no mere bolne se pehle hi bata diya!

Trisha: Voh actually kya hain na, ladki ka naam maine already soch liya hain'aap ladke ka naam bataiye!

Samar: Aur ladki ka naam Simran hi kyun hona chahiye?

Trisha: Kyunki Simran ka matlab hota hain, Bhagwan ka Dan'aur jho bhi bacha hame paida hoga, voh hamare liye bhagwan ka taufa hi hoga

Samar: oh oyee! And as he slightly kissed the roof of her head, he said : Tho Simran hi sahi, making Trisha smile, as she hid her face in the between of Samar's neck and shoulder.

Trisha: Aur ladka hua tho?

Samar: ummm. Sameer!

Trisha: Chee!

Samar: KYUNNNN?

Trisha: Hamare bache ko suite nahi karega!

Samar: Aur tumhe kaise pata hain?

Trisha: bas pata hain and she lifted her head to look up at Samar and giggled, making Samar laugh along with her.

Samar : Acha teek hain, umm Vivek

Trisha: Nahi , voh tho hamare sadde chachu ka naam hain!

Samar, letting out a noise that sounded like a scoff and laughter: Acha, phir voh tho bilkul nahi.. ummm'Aman?

Trisha: Aman?!

Samar: Kyun, pasand nahi ayi tho change kar lenge

Trisha: Nahi Samar, its perfect!

Samar: acha?

Trisha: Bilkul!

Samar, letting go of Trisha's right hand, pulled her into a full embrace and held her tight, like he would never let her go.

Samar: I love you!

Trisha: I love you too.

And they stood there, entwined in each other, and moved with the music and after a few long, but sweet minutes, Trisha spoke.

Trisha: Acha Samar, yeh bataiye..Agar ladka ho, tho aapko kaisa chahiye?

Samar looked down at his wife. Her questions were so innocent, so sincere.. and he loved them.

Samar: categories bhi hain?

Trisha,in a taunting tone: Samar!!

Samar: acha baba teek hain.. agar ladko ho tho bilkul meri tarah hona chahiye.. mera hi dimaak, mera hi voh har baat pe apni bhai behen ko chedna , mere hi itne ache good looks, bilkul mera chehra aur

Trisha: Aur mera kya? Aapka beta sirf aap pe jayega? Mera kuch bhi nahi?

Samar: Aur tumhare aankhein

Trisha, lowering her voice, her eyes suddenly glistening, making it hard for her to see: Samar?

Samar: ha, bilkul tumhari jaise aankhein aur agar ladki ho, tho tumhari hi tarah khoobsurat, tumhari hi tarah sushil, bholi-bhali, masoom!

Trisha, talking through her tears: Acha?

Samar: ji ha bilkul! And they held each other again, moving with the music.

2:00 AM

As time passed, the music constantly changed and as per Kapoor traditions, time for "partner-change" was coming up. Every year, no matter what the occasion was, if the Kapoor family was dancing, they always had one song where everyone would switch partners. Everyone was dancing in and unintended circle and the rule was, when the time came, the ladies would move down one partner to the right and the men would move to the left. As that time of the night came closer, everyone prepared themselves.

The disc changed track and as if on an unheard command or silent order, everyone switched partners. Coincidently enough, Mahen was dancing with Disha and Karan with Nikhila. Shiv was dancing with Esha, Sumit with Trisha, Samar with Nisha, Rohit with Shreya, Ronit with Riya and Rahul with Diya.

5:00 AM

The couples danced for hours together, having their own individual conversations and at around 5 in the morning, everyone went out to the beach.

The waters that looked mystical at night looked even more magnificent at the break of dawn. Far away in the distance, the ocean seemed to meet the sky. The heat waves of the sun stay afloat in between the water and the ball of fire, conveying the impression of carrying their unheard conversations to each other. The sky was a mixture of blue, pink and yellow. The clouds were beginning to show and as they appeared out of the darkness, their silhouettes, reflecting the water below, the sun slowly rose. The island in the distance was still a shadow, still dark and still murky. The fish had awakened from their night slumber and were up and about again. The mist from the water had risen up, as if trying to reach out to the sky and had blurred the vision of the island. There were a few stars left in the morning sky, and they seemed to be nodding in silent approval of the breaking dawn. The Kapoors and Malhotra's had their last drink, signaling the end of the last year and cheered to a new year.

At around 6, after a cup of strong coffee, everyone hit their own beds. No matter the coffee was strong, the night had taken a toll on everybody. They were to leave the resort at 1 in the afternoon and until then, everyone slept and with them, so did everything else'or so it seemed. The birds had stopped singing their songs before time, and the wind had stopped talking'everything was calm and peaceful..and they slept they day off, until it was time to leave.

Phew! Why do I get the feeling that this gets longer every time I write! Hehe! Well anywho, this will be my last one for a long time. College starts tomorrow and my classes are crazy hard, so I wont have time to do anything much. Hopefully if I find any time during the weekends, then maybe ill try writing a post..but I doubt that will be possible either'Church has got me really occupied..but nevertheless, I hope u guys liked this part too..it wasn't anything elegant, it was just a simple part! But I thought we had to mention Samar and Trisha and we have to introduce our other jodies too! Hehe! Alright,u guys have a good day and hope to be back here in a short time!
