mein jaanti hoon ke aap is vakt parishan hoge, soch rahen hoge ke mein kaha hoon aur hamari beti kaha hai. aap fikar maat kitjyey. Waoh mere saath hai. Aapke man mein ek saval hoga. Yey ke mein aap ko bina batayey kaha chali gayee magar mere yaakin kejyey aapko taklif pochne ka irada nahin hai mr kapoor. Kuch aisi baat hai..jo meine aapse chupayi. Shiv confused, worried in question ..everything had taken to his expression. What could it possibly be that had led to this. This wasn't like gauri at all. Shiv knew his wife, one not to do the littlest things without his permission had today just suddenly left shiv didn't understand yet from gauris written words gave the feel that whatever the matter was it would be significant for gauri to take such a step. Overlooking the letter instantly the first person shiv thought of was prateek. Walking straight into prateeks office even dis regarding the formality of a knock shiv walked in and finding prateek to be standing with his back to him. Seemingly looking out of the window prateek turned as he felt somebody else presence. Undoubtedly in thought of something his glasses which he seemed to be holding for prateek always gave the indication that he was in deep thought. Shiv not giving prateek a chance to say something just about gave prateek chance to turn and acknowledge his presence before he questioned. "gauri kaha hai?"

….............walking the corridors towards the exit of city hospital prateek refuses to answer shivs questions repeatedly until a certain moment seems to remind prateek of his long term friendship with shiv, all those times shiv was there for him and giving into the promise he had given gauri prateeks reveals.. "mere saath chalo.." Driving to what was a familiar destination for shiv..he found prateek taking him towards his flat..parking up and now even walking into the lift of the building this is where gauri was??? she was staying with prateek. There was a stern silence between both of them, prateek not wanting to do anything more and shiv in worry as to what was happening no one spoke. Minuets later being in front of a door under the name of Dr Prateek Roy shiv was endless as to his worries. Wanting to walk straight in there to find gauri that was not to be as prateek insisted on entering first. "shiv tum please yaha wait karo"standing just a step outside the flat shiv was surprised that prateek was refusing to let him in yet realsied that this wasn't his wish but more for gauri than anything. Shivs face took to a more aggressive worry as he agreed with a nod yet his expression showed a sense of desperation that was just about clinging on. Watching prateek enter the flat leaving it parially open..shiv felt a sense of rejection. What was it that had led to this. Worried..confused shiv began paising the floor infront of the flat for a few minuets until prateek returned. Looking out of what was the partial opening of the door. Prateek pulled it open for shiv yet as shivs face lit up with the hope of seeing gauri prateek looked displeased. "Baat kya hai prateek...? aise kyun dekh rahe ho?" With the stress lines on his expression creasing shiv questions prateek yet somewhere inside he knows that there was only disappointment to follow. With a short pause on prateek side his words he let out. "woh tume milna nahin chahti magar.. mene use manaleeya hai.." shiv felt that sudden plunge into emotion yet that fact that prateek had convinced gauri helped shiv hugley, his expression showed signs of ease yet unaware that prateek hadn't finished. His relief was not long lived... "ek shart par..ke tum uske saamne nahin aaonge"

…........... The situation strange in its intensity as at one end of the room stood shiv and the other gauri...yet both backs turned towards each other there was no sense of comfort. As shiv stood carrying his worry he didn't fail to give off his own personality. Hands tucked into his trouser pocket all emotion was kept to a certain balance yet what would he have not done to catch a glimpse of gauri..of his daughter yet that was not to be. As shiv stood with is back to gauri.. gauri had done the same although the sense of emotion for gauri was more then intense it was overflowing. Upset, drained of feeling and even scared of the truth she kept things bottled up silently as neither gauri nor shiv spoke shiv as per nature strong in characteristic gave of no inclining of his emotion yet gauri felt the nerves. nerves of shivs presence her vulnerability as always was apparent to shiv even now. A pause..an uncomfortable silence and and always shiv made the advance. Being the first to speak he found it a hard..hard to accept that gauri didn't want to face him hard to accept that something had taken place that had led to this. " Aisa kya hai jo appne pati ko nahin batasakti?" There was silence and shiv knew what that had meant. It meant she couldn't share her problems with him yet all the while that shiv was questioning gauri ..gauri felt the sense of sheer disgust at herself. Not knowing if what she was doing was right or wrong for her it felt like it was all she could do. She was too scared to tell shiv the truth..scared of his reaction and rejection both she didn't have it within her to tell the truth. Gauri: "Muje kuch vakt chahiyey..." gauris voice as timid as ever there was a sense of hesitancy within it that shiv could feel. He could feel some sort of obligation an unwaned restriction which was being the force for all this yet not knowing what it was his hands were tied but still all he wanted is for gauri to return. "jitna vakt chahe unta lelo gauri.. tum chaho toe mujse yeh zindagi bhar chupakar rakhsakti ho aur mein kuch nahin kaahonga sirf ghar vapas aajon. "Please..." shivs tone of voice began to sound somewhat pleading which hurt gauri..as her eyes began to fell the existence tears she felt disappointed at herself for reducing her husband to such a point that he had to plead before her.

"Meine hamesha aapki baat mani hai mr kapoor..aaj bhi aapke leighyey kuch bhi kar sakti hoon magar ghar nahin aasakti.. yeh jankar ke meine aapse kuch chupayay heh mein aapke saamne nahin aasakti......" as shiv listened into gauris words he could feel the emotion in which they came intertwined. As ever gauris words were genuine but before shiv could say any more the abrupt sound of crying and footsteps took into the room. Prateek entering with the baby comfortably seated in his arms both shiv and gauris attention is swayed towards prateek and more so the little ones crying seems more important. As both look towards prateek the awkward moment melts and the focal point is the baby. As the baby cries prateek is on the spot as to hand the baby to either gauri or shiv. By first instinct prateek heads towards gauri yet a facial gesture of gauris asks prateek to hand the baby to shiv instead. Gauri was aware of shiv fatherly instinct having taken the baby away and feeling the intensity of shivs feelings she knew that within shivs arms her daughter would feel at home and it was just so although gauri still with her back turned to shiv she heard the change of soundings which changed from an uncomfortable cry to a soft silence. And behind gauris back there they were. Farther and daugher..shiv smiling lovingly at his daughter his expression was beyond anything ever seen. She had stopped crying at first sight of him and even resorted to more of a smile. Her eyes..adorable expression angelic and maybe this moment would be touching enough for It to melt gauri but it was not so, as shiv looked in gauris direction with a little hope he was still faced by her turned back but little did he know they behind that cover of his wife not wanting to see him there was a tearful expression of regret. Or maybe he did know but just let it be..smiling at his daughter he sounded his words in a very shiv kapoor manner. "mein chahoon toe apni beti ko abhi le jaa sakta hoon. Magar mein chahta hoon ke meri beti unki maa ke saath ghar aayey." listening to shivs words under her silent tears gauri felt relieved that shiv wasnt thinking of taking her daughter away. "jab tume lage ke tum ghar ane ke leighyey taayar ho..tum aajana. Mein tumara intasar karonga" saying so shiv picking his daugher up closer kissed her forehead with affection and taking a few steps handed her to prateek before leaving.

…............. Days had passed and maybe gauri still wasn't ready to return but there were certain things that both gauri and shiv felt they missed. For both these days became nothing but a painful distress. For shiv it was a longing to see gauri back an almost irritation at what ever it was between them that was in the way. He thought day and night for a logical reason and found none. Prateek refused to reveal anything and not wanting to upset gauri or cause more distress shiv kept away from her. No matter how hard it was he lived his life like the rest of the world expected shiv kapoor to be. Not letting things get to him was shivs speciality there was never a trait of sadness before any family member no employees for all gauri had gone to stay at a friends house yet they all were fooled by shivs cover up of emotion. Only with himself did he share his feelings but there were little things that became gauris presence for shiv. He missed everything..from her very hesitant nature to her devotion..and care at his every little detail and with every morning came gauris absence that same feeling of his life being incomplete. Getting ready without the aid of gauri being in the background. He would leave the shower to find no one with a towel for him..shouting for his morning drink he found himself stopping when the name gauri slipped out. his every little task that involved gauri was now something for only himself which with some getting used to he had mastered. With the disturbing thoughts of what was going through gauris mind..the longing of seeing his daughter and still the grief of family members disagreeing on his relation with kaya things were bad for shiv yet he handled It well. The secret behind shivs calmness was the fact that he knew gauri was feeling the same..she too was missing him just as much because he knew his wife more that she knew herself. He knew that even wanting to keep her distance from him she would never be far and certain moments seem to prove this for shiv....

As shiv sat down at the breakfast table, In front of him was the breakfast kaka had prepared as per the routine in these past few days looking at what was before him but nothing seemed appealing. With a certain disinterest shiv carried on yet found himself pausing when the house phone interrupted. Shiv took note of how dadi picked up the phone and as usual this certain phone call was at 9.30 am on the dot. Looking at his wrist watch after shifting his sleeve a little to take a glance shivs expression took to thought looking around his attention swayed his attention to ramu kaka who was going about his own task stopping kaka part way shiv gives kaka the same instruction that he had done for the last few days. Asking for a glass of orange juice which he drank very little of leaving the majority of it untouched shiv would leave for work part way this confused kaka and having had this certain query for a few days now seemed it fit to question today.

Putting down that glass of orange juice on the table kaka questions. "sahaab mein aap se kuch pooch sakta hoon." shiv nods a shuttle yes. "mein appko salon se dekh ta aaraha hoon aap ne kabhi bhi juice ko haath nahin lagaya magar jabse gauri mehmsaab gayi hai tabse..?? aapko unki yaad aarahi hai.? Shiv keeps silent yet the look in his eyes say it all. Taking that one sip from the cup shiv leaves the rest and rises from the table..answering kaka as he leaves. "aisa hein kuch samaj leighjyey." the fact that he missed his wife was never something to hide for shiv it was just something he didn't mention yet knowing full well that gauri was on the other end of that call to dadi shiv never questioned simply walked past while dadi spoke. On the other end gauri in the surroundings of now kapoor family farmhouse had taken leave from prateeks place as not to be of burden she was now staying at the farmhouse which was unknown to all but prateek. She too at the breakfast table watches over her daughters cot as she talks over the phone. Those same lines she repeated on a daily basis and that same response she received from dadi: " hah gauri Usne breakfast bhi kar leighyay ab tum bhi kuch khalena.. mein shiv ko phone du?" Dadi as ever delighted to hear from gauri thinks of looking for shiv yet like gauri had been doing for the past few days she made an excuse as to avoid speaking to shiv.

"Nahin waoh..une parishan mat kejiyey" gauris response was somewhat quick in like she wanted to change the subject. Dadi noticed so yet didn't make much of it as gauri took over the conversation and went on... "woah theekh toe hai naa dadi?" whilst gauris worry was still dominant her expression carried a certain care to see shiv yet the feeling inside repelled yet again and all she could do is show her concern from this distance. Putting the phone down after reassuring dadi that she and the baby were fine gauri finds herself feeling t hat surge of sadness yet comfortable now having had some sort of reassurance of shiv. But just as gauri is about to do just that and take a seat at the table prateek enters. Per personality prateeks nature puts a smile on gauris face asking prateek to take a seat for breakfast prateek approaches first the baby seeing her sleep peacefully the smile on his face strengths as he quietly walks past and approaches to take a seat gauri stops him. "Prateek waoh.." prateek looking up just as he is about to take a seat stops to listen to gauri. "waoh prateek..mr kapoor ki jaga hai toe.." aw ok..im sorry, woah mein waha bhet jata hoon. Sitting a seat away from what gauri had confirmed as shivs place prateek smiled at gauri as he thought over it. "toe tume kya socha gauri.?" prateek was referring weather gauri was ready to return home but as always gauri avoided the question which ment she was still dwelling within the same worries Coming to the conclusion that it would have to be shiv who would make the first advance prateek lets it be but under that expression of acceptance was a thought process that was threading ideas.

Meanwhile as shiv had left for work, in the surroundings of mumbai traffic and his well accommodated car he finally arrives within kapoor industry territory but just as he steps outside of his car he notices something. The building opposite happen to be the flats in which was kayas home and seeing dadis walking out of the building shiv gathers that he had come to visit kaya. Thinking nothing of it shiv simply thinks of acknowledging dadaji but as dadaji walks towards shiv and his car shiv notices a certain shock to dadis expression. Shiv with a smile greets dadi.. "dadi aap yaha?" very pleasant as per nature shiv expects dadi to say she had visited kaya yet to his surprise he finds that dadi lies. "hah beta waoh mein shopping kar ne aayi thi.. mein chalu ab muje der ho rahin hai." shiv watches as dadi makes out a reason and quickly leaves....

Hurt by the fact that dadi had covered up the truth. Shiv was feeling guilty sitting in the surroundings of his office all shiv could do is think about the various issues that were of worry to him, under the distress of being alone missing his wife and still l there being that sense of coldness between family members in regards to the whole kaya situation shiv had realised that maybe he was wrong. He had been too harsh and today it had led his family to that point where they were forced to cover up there own feelings before him. Thinking that maybe telling the truth would have been more of a solution and wouldn't have led to this yet it was to late for regret he had to fix things. Before shiv could start dwelling into his thoughts deeper there was a certain knock at the door realising so and straighting himself out a little as if to look like nothing was of concern shiv invited who ever it was inside the office. Happy to see it was none other than prateek shiv asks him to take a seat. "betho prateek.. there was a cetain pause prateek could tell that shiv was thinking about gauri and even wanted to ask about her yet being shiv kapoor he had that sense of pride which he hid his feelings under yet with some time shiv did mention it. "prateek gauri kaisi heh?" prateek didn't answer quite so promptly which worried shiv. "Tumare bina kaisee hogi shiv?..udaas hai" not looking too happy himself prateek seems as lost as shiv. For he was constrained by gauris words as not to let shiv know of the truth yet prateek as always had aways kept quite. " kya karu prateek gauri chahti.nahin muje apni parishani batana chahti hai..looking helpless shiv was really in need of reassurance which prateek provided. ".magar tum toe use mil sakte ho...jaise tume uska hamesha saath diya hai vaise aaj bhi doe." prateek was right at the end of the day what could be even more challenging then what they had already faced. Feeling that certain determination rise within shiv watches prateek leave a set of keys on his desk. From appearance they were to the farmhouse and that told him where gauri was. Now all that was left to do Is bring her home. As prateek got up from his seat as to walk out of the office he turned back to shiv for a few last words. "vaise tum hein kehteh ho naa ke gauri tumari hai..shiv ki gauri? Aaj bhi kuch nahin badla shiv waoh aaj bhi tumari gauri hai." having walked out leaving shiv to see a more stronger side of things it was time for shiv to bring back that self determination and influence that came with being shiv kapoor and bring gauri home but before doing so there was one other thing he had to do.

Standing in front of the door to kayas flat shiv awaited for her to attend to the door. A few seconds of wait..and kaya opened the door seeing shiv there her expression took a change yet she waited for him to speak. "kaya kya mein tumare saath kuch baat karsakta hoon?" nodding a yes but very meekly her expression showed that her disappointment with shiv was still prominent . Moving out of the way to let shiv in kaya watched take a seat on the sofa and she too took her place next to him. With the start of an uncomfortable pause shiv took note of kaya..shiv too looked in as much distress as he had been feeling. Not knowing how to start the conversation he simply kept quite for a few seconds until kaya stepped in. "aap kuch kehna chahte the..? " shiv nodding a yes confirms. "hah woah..kaya woah jo hamare bheech mein ...jo meine kiya uske leighyey i'm sorry.... kaya looked up to shiv as to not have any impact from his apology for her he had already done the harm. "please muje maaf kardo woah..tum ghar se chali gayee aur meine...im sorry." shivs expression carried genuine regret, a sadness that barley ever touched shiv kapoors expression and even kaya had noticed it. shivs words had softed kaya yet shiv noticed how kaya had begun to break into tears her expression swelled with saddness but shiv had not said anything to her but sorry. Dropping herself into tears shiv found himself comforting a shattered expression. Allowing kaya to rest her head on his shoulder shiv had his doubts as to what kaya was so upset about. "baat kya hai kaya tum aise roh kyun rahin ho..?" in the up most concern for kaya shivs lines of worry creased..why was she in such a state? Lifting her expression from shivs shoulder she wiped her tears with the aid of her duppta before explaining. "mein sabkuch jaanti hoon bhayiyay..hotel mein woah aurat ...sabkuch.." she knew, she knew everything. Hurt by the fact that the truth had been exposed to her shivs concern was strengthening. The fact that she knew and was dealing with it on her own?.. "I'm sorry...aap sahi the..woh..insaan pyaar ke laayak nahin hai..aur meine hamesha aapke khilaf jaakar...im sorry." as shiv went on to comfort kaya into a hug he felt the tears in his own eyes. "sabkuch theek ho jayeyga..i promise." with some reassurance kaya had calmed her emotions. …..The next morning kaya was back home. Having seen his family overjoyed by her return even shiv was feeling a lot more lighter in terms of worry. Yet he had one more task to do ..bring gauri home and as the rest of the family took to there daily routine shiv left kapoor house instructing the driver to take him to kapoor farmhouse...

Yaar, Shiv ko itna mat tadpao...😊...his feeling for Gauri r just so geniune, where he says to Gauri that if he wants he can take the baby with him, but he wants his child to cum home with Gauri...too gud...his luv for his child just gets a smile of my face😃...gud thing that the misunderstanding between Shiv-Kaya has been resolved n some sense prevailed in that girl...he hiding his feelings...Gauri is justified in her actions but even then...just awaiting for next update...eager to know how the confrontation between Shiv-Gauri wud be...their reactions n emotions...

Luved the way Prateek reminded Shiv that Gauri still is 'Shiv ki Gauri'😳...
