As much as we didn't want MeerVaan fighting, the kidnapping track, self-harm and slap scenes...This track was probably needed to test the extent of MeerVaan's love and make it more intense.

What makes it work if that Vivaan is aware and as much possible, in control. Meera is not melting in a puddle of tears and is being proactive.
