Is the BGM too loud?

Guys, most of the time I cant hear what anyone is saying on screen.. as the BGM is too loud.. it drowns out the dialogues..

Am I the only one who feels so? What do you guys think?

Yes, something is wrong. The BGM is jarring while watching on TV.

Episodes on the app are fine with headphones on.

Even I felt the same.. cuppa.. online it is fine but not on tv..

yes right!

many dialogues i need to re-hear online. Tv mein many dialogues gets skipped
