Is the BGM too loud?

Guys, most of the time I cant hear what anyone is saying on screen.. as the BGM is too loud.. it drowns out the dialogues..

Episodes on the app are fine with headphones on.

IDK about TV but everything is fine on App and Jio TV

many dialogues i need to re-hear online. Tv mein many dialogues gets skipped

Bringing the thread forward and I agree.

They need to reduce the music a little so that we can hear the dialogue better.
