What do anyone expect,seeing a new hus in the place of original one aft e r marriage.devika never liked saket.that s different story.Without a single word ,she obeyed her family to marry saket. after marriage, she was ready to go with ravi,rejecting her own dadi.

The 1st reaction , she got th ere from ravi s mother was the talk with ravi & his mother about her 10 crocres. Ravi did nt corrct his mother ,he is not interested in her money. ,or i am not sure if devika did nt hear that. After that,in their 1st nite,how she s going to believe what he says.

During their honeymoon,after that ,the nite he came back from his boss,she got enough proof to disbelieve him.

But the case with monty & sakshi,i too felt the same. She could ve understood how monty s condition was at that time.it was so clear ,someone had cheated them. She could ve behaved a little more decently.

@Bold : Ravi did correct his mother saying he dint marry her for money but to protect her from Saket , so she should never say all that but unfortunately Devika dint hear this part ... she just heard half of it when his mother spoke of 10 crores and believed the worst ..

Now thats another problem with Devika .. she will never hear the full thing and then form a conclusion out of it ... Also she always knew Ravi's mother and her own dadi r money minded .. so there is nothing new she heard ..

Did she hear Ravi himself saying he married her for 10 crores .. nope ... so then why not try to find out the truth if Ravi really married her for this reason or not ..

I agree that after Ravi came back from Nivi's house . her doubts there were obvious .. any wife will doubt in that case but on other occasions I feel Devika just dont want to see the truth ,...

Ravi did tell her he did not marry her for money indirectly on the first night when he yelled at her saying why did he even try to help her from Saket. If he was money minded he would not have done that. But she doesn't even believe him a tiny bit which is the problem. Her trust is not watertight. It's full of holes that conveniently change position to filter out whatever she wants!
