I am here with another update.
CHAPTER -54
Nandini went down to see who had come to meet her.
Shanti was talking to someone whose back was facing Nandini.
Shanti looked at Nandini and said-
Nandini Beta Dekho tumse kaun milne aaya hai?
Person - Kaisi ho Beta?
Nandini ran upto her and hugged the person tightly.
Nandini had tears in her eyes.
Nandini - Amma ... I missed you so much...
(The person was Nandini's mother Swati Murthy)
(A/N:You guys must be thinking from where Nandu's mother came from all of a sudden.
But she was always there from the beginning)
Swati - Nandu... I missed you too ... Now Stop crying Beta.
But Nandini's tears weren't ready to stop.
She had met her mother after a very long time.
Swati broke the hug with Nandini and looked at her face and wiped her tears.
Nandini - Amma mai kal raat se aapka phone try kar rahi thi. But apka phone lag hi nahi raha tha...
Swati- Kal raat Shanti Ji Ka call aaya tha. Unhone hi mujhe bataya tere baare me. Aur kaha ki mai tujhe mere aane ki khabar na doon.
Nandini looked at Shanti who smiled in return.
Shanti - Nandini apni Amma ko guest room me lejao. Itni lambi journey karke aayi hai. Thak gayi hogi.
Nandini nodded and took Shanti to the guest room.
In the meantime -
Manik's room -
After Nandini left,
Manik self thought- Nandini aise kyu behave kar rahi hai.
Have I messed up everything by taking this decision.
I want to set things right but Nandini is not ready to even talk to me.
When Manik was busy in his thoughts, Shanti walked in and said - Manik ... Tu yahan kya kar raha hai?
Manik - Kuch nahi Bua bas mai soch raha tha ki Nandini...
Shanti - Haan wahi to... Nandini ki Amma aayi hai. Tu milega nahi unse... Wo Nandini ke sath guestroom me hai. Jakey mil le.
Manik - Ji Bua.
Saying this Manik went to the guest room.
In the meantime -
At the guestroom -
Nandini and Swati were sitting on the bed.
Swati- Nandini Beta tu Khush to hai na?
Nandini - Ji Amma.
Swati- Meri aankhon me dekhkar bata . Tujhe meri kasam. Sab sach sach batana.
Nandini narrated the whole incidents(about Soha and Nyonika) which had happened to her except the truth of her feelings for Manik as she was not ready to admit the fact.
Swati - Itna sab kuch hogaya aur
tune mujhe batana bhi zaruri nahi samjha.
Nandini - Amma mai apko Pareshan nahi karna chahti thi.
Swati - Isiliye tu aaj tak mujhse jhoot bolti rahi ki ye log tujhe bahut pyaar karte hai. Teri care karte hai. Wo to acha hua ki Shanti Ji ne mujhe call karke bataya teri shaadi ke baare me.Isiliye Maine tera phone nahi receive Kia.
Nandini - Amma... Yahan sab log bure nahi hai. Buaji mujhe bahut support karti hai. Meri bahut care karti hai.
Swati - Aur Manik????
Nandini lowered her head so that Swati doesn't read her eyes.
Though Nandini knew that she was in love with Manik but she didn't want to be selfish and was planning to sacrifice her love for Aaliya and Manik's happiness.
But Nandini didn't have a slightest bit of clue that Aaliya and Manik were not together anymore and Manik didn't love Aaliya.
Swati - Nandu chup kyu hai Beta. Bata na. Kya Manik bhi uski Maa ki tarah hai?
Nandini immediately said- Nahi Amma Manik to bilkul alag hai sabse. Aur apko pata hai wo Hume apna sabse Acha dost maante hai.
Saying this Nandini mentally laughed on her fate.
Swati- Acha... Ye to bahut achi baat hai. Waise Manik hai kaha. Kahi bahar gaya hai kya??!?
Nandini was about to say something when there was a knock on the door.
Manik came inand said- Namaste Aunty
He touched Swati's feet to take blessings.
Swati- Khush raho Beta. Bhagwaan tumhari har ichcha poori kare.
Manik looked at Nandini but she looked away.
Swati - Baitho na Beta.
Manik - Nahi Aunty aap log Baatein kijiye. Mai chalta hoon. Kuch kaam hai mujhe.
Swati - Theek hai Beta jaise tumhari marzi.
With this Manik left .
Swati- Nandu Beta... Ek baat kahu?
Nandini - Ji Amma...
Swati - Bahut hi samajhdar hai Manik.
Maine Jitna observe Kia hai usey , us hisab se keh rahi hoon wo Tujhe bahut Khush rakhega.
Nandini just nodded.

I know it's small but can't help it.
You guys will be getting the same length or even less as I have exams.
(I just can't stop writing stories on MANAN. Don't know what will be my result.)
