Hey guys...

I am back with another update...

CHAPTER -51

The next morning, Manik's sleep was disturbed by a continuous knock on the door.

Manik got up and opened the door to find Shanti standing there with a packet in her hand.

Manik - Bua aap itni subah subah. Kuch kaam tha kya?

Shanti - Haan Nandini ke liye dress layi hoon. Kaha hai wo?

Manik - Wo Bua ... Nandini washroom me hai. Aap mujhe de dijiye ye packet , Mai Nandini ko de doonga.

Shanti got suspicious and asked - Kya baat hai Manik. Sab theek to hai na.

Manik avoiding eye contact with Shanti said - Haan... Sab theek hai.

Shanti - To tu aise kyu behave kar raha hai jaise Kuch chupa raha ho.

Manik didn't want anyone to know that Nandini was not in the room as he didn't want Nandini to face several questions from his family.

And on top of that Shanti would scold him to no limits that how could he allow Nandini to sleep in some other room now that they are married.

Manik - Nai to... Mai kya chupaunga. Kuch bhi to nahi.

Shanti got even more suspicious and said- Kuch to baat hai. Nandini theek to hai na. Tu hat samne se.

Saying this Shanti moved Manik aside and entered the room.

She scanned the entire room and said- Nandini kaha hai Manik?

Manik turned towards Shanti and said- Bua wo... Actually... Nandini... wo...

Manik was interrupted by a voice - Mai yahan hoon Buaji.

Shanti - Nandini itni subah kaha chali gayi thi tum?

Manik just kept looking at Nandini without blinking his eyes.

Nandini on the other hand without sparing a second glance to Manik walked past him .

Nandini - Buaji mai Pooja karne gayi thi roz ki tarah.

Nandini bent down and touched Shanti's feet.

Shanti blessed Nandini by placing her hand on Nandini's head.

Shanti - Khush raho Beta. Sada suhagan raho.

On hearing this Nandini looked at Manik who was blankly staring at her.

Shanti - Acha Nandini mai tumhare liye kuch kapde layi hoon.ab tum ready hojao aur Manik ke sath neeche aajao.

Tab tak mai breakfast ready karti hu.

Nandini smiled slightly and nodded in affirmation.

Then Shanti looked at Manik and said- Ab tu kya yahi khada rahega din bhar. Jaa Jake ready hoja. Late mat karna.

Manik came back to his senses but his eyes still fixed on Nandini .

Manik - Don't worry Bua mai late nahi karunga.

Shanti - Ok.

With this Shanti left the room after handing the packet of dresses to Nandini.

Manik closed the door behind her and turned towards Nandini.

He walked upto her and said- Thanks Nandini...

Nandini - Thanks??? Kisliye?

Manik - Nahi Kuch nahi.

Saying this Manik went to the bathroom to take a shower.

Till then Nandini changed her dress and was setting the bed right when Manik came out wearing tracks and vest.

He threw a glance at Nandini who was pretending to do some work.

Manik took a towel and dried his hair and was setting his hair when Nandini looked at Manik and she Was unable to take her eyes off him.

Manik's wet hair were making him look more sexy and hot and this was created havoc inside Nandini's heart.

Manik saw that Nandini was looking at him.

He walked towards Nandini with a smirk on his face.

Nandini on realising Manik coming her way started moving backwards.

Manik reached Nandini and came dangerously close to her and bend down a little and took his watch which was placed at the side table behind Nandini.

Nandini looked at the watch and then at Manik's face.

Manik - Kya hua???

Nandini - Huh... Kuch nahi. Kuch bhi to nahi.

Aap ready hokar neeche aajaiye. Mai Bua ki help kardeti hoon jab tak.

Saying this she rushed out from the room.

Manik nodded his head in disbelief.

Manik - Nandini... I know that you have feelings for me. You are just not accepting it.

But don't worry. You will Very soon realise it and I will help you out in this.

Manik got ready and went down to the breakfast table.

Hi guys...

Here is another update of this story.

CHAPTER -52

The same day -

Soha's room-

Soha was sleeping in her room when Nyonika barged into the room and threw a jug full of water on Soha.

To this Soha woke up with a jerk and said- What the hell!!! How dare you?

Then Soha realised that it was Nyonika.

She wiped her face and said- Aunty aap... Kya hua itna gusse me kyu ho aap?

Nyonika - Soha... Tum yahan aaram se sorahi ho aur Wahan meri raaton ki neend ud gayi hai.

Tumne to kaha tha ki tumhara plan fail nahi hoga. Ye tha tumhara plan. Nandini ghar se to gayi nahi ulta Manik se uski shaadi hogayi.

Tum baatein to badi badi karti ho par jab time aata hai tab to Kuch nahi karpati.

Soha - Aunty mera plan to perfect tha Par pata nahi Nandini ko kaise pata chalgaya is baare me.

Lagta hai us caretaker ne hi bataya hoga Nandini ko. Isiliye wo gayab hogaya apni wife aur Bachche ke sath.

But aap fikar mat kijiye. Mai use dhoondh nikalungi. Usne mere khilaf Jane ki himmat ki hai. Mai usey chodungi nahi.

Nyonika - Bas Soha.Apni galti tum dusro pe mat dalo. Actually galti tumhari nahi hai. Mujhe tumpar bharosa hi nahi karna chahiye tha.

Soha - Aunty aisa mat kahiye . Mujhse ek baar galti Hui hai. Baar baar nahi hogi. Mai Kuch sochti hoon.

Nyonika - Nahi Soha. Ab bas. Ab Nandini Manik ki Wife hai. Agar usey Kuch bhi hua to mera Manik upset hojayega.

Soha - Aunty yahi to Nandini chahti hai. Sab uska plan hai. Usne jaan boojh ke Manik se Shadi ki takey wo Manik ki aad me kuch bhi karsake.

Nyonika got lost in her thoughts.

Soha - Aunty aap Uske jhaanse me mat aana. Usey sabak to sikhana padega. Wo bhi jald.

Nyonika -

Shayad tum theek keh rahi ho.

Mai Nandini ko uski sazish me kamyab nahi hone doongi.

Wo Pehle hi mera ek Beta mujhse cheen chuki hai Ab Manik ko bhi mujhse cheen na chahti hai.

Soha tum kuch bhi karo but Nandini ko is ghar se bahar nikalo. Isse Pehle ki der hojaye.

Soha- Aap fikar mat kijiye. Mai jald hi Kuch karti hoon. Aap relax kijiye. Aur aise pretend kijiye ki you are Ok with Nandini and you have accepted her whole heartedly.

Nyonika - Theek hai.

Saying this Nyonika went away.

Soha smirked evilly and thought to herself - Thank God Maan gayi. Mujhe to laga tha ki aaj mera is ghar me last day hoga.

In the meantime -

Nandini went to the kitchen to help Shanti.

Nandini- Buaji aap ko koi help chahiye???

Shanti who was busy in preparing breakfast looked at Nandini.

A content smile appeared on Shanti's face seeing Nandini's Attire.

Nandini was wearing a red and golden coloured Salwar kameez with a dupatta over her head.

Shanti left her work and walked up to Nandini and said- Bahut pyari lagrahi ho tum . Kisi ki nazar na lage.

Saying this Shanti kissed Nandini's forehead.

Shanti - Par Nandini tum kitchen me kyu aayi. Jao Jake breakfast table pe baitho.

Nandini - But Buaji aap akele kaise karogi ye sab. Mai help kardeti hoon.

Shanti -

Arey nahi Beta... Ab ye sab kaam karne ki koi zarurat nahi hai tumhe.

Tumhari nayi nayi shaadi Hui hai.

Acha nahi lagega ki nayi dulhan kitchen me kaam kare.

Ye sab kaam karne ke liye mai hoon na.

Aur Agar Mujhe help ki zarurat hogi to mai servant se kkeh doongi.

Nandini - Par Buaji aap kaam kare aur mai Kuch na karu. Aise kaise hosakta hai.

Shanti - Acha theek hai. Tum kaam hi karna chahti ho na to Kuch din sabr karo jab tak tumhari Mehndi hathon se choot nahi jati. Tab tak koi kaam nahi. Samjhi.

Nandini finally agreed to Shanti after lot of reasoning from Shanti.

Shanti - Ab jao Jake baitho breakfast table pe.

Nandini - Theek hai Buaji.

With this Nandini left the kitchen and went to the breakfast table.

Nyonika, Soha and Raj were already seated.

Nyonika was throwing angry looks at Nandini.

Raj - Nandini Beta waha kyu khadi ho. Baitho Beta.

Nandini fidgeting with her dupatta said - Ji Papaji...

Saying this she walked to the breakfast table when her eyes fell on Nyonika who was fuming in anger.

Nandini lowered her head and stood where she was.

Suddenly she felt someone holding her hand.

Nandini looked up and saw Manik standing there with a smile.

Nandini then looked at Manik's hand which was now holding her hand.

(Manik's Attire - Manik was wearing a grey slimfit T-shirt and black pants paired with black jacket.)

Manik still holding her hand took Nandini to the breakfast table and pulled the chair for Nandini to sit.

Nandini sat down and looked at Nyonika.

Nyonika was feeling very angry but Soha calmed her down by pressing Nyonika's hand below the table.

To this Nyonika calmed down and faked a smile.

Manik went and side hugged Nyonika and Raj and said- Good Morning Mom . Good morning Dad.

Nyonika and Raj - Good Morning Beta.

Manik - Mom aap abhi bhi naraaz ho kya mujhse.

Nyonika - Nahi Beta. Mai tumse naraaz nahi hoon. Sab itni achanak hogaya to thodi si upset thi. But now everything is fine.

Manik - Thanks Mom . Love you.

Nyonika - Love you too Beta.

Manik went and occupied his chair opposite to Nandini.

Shanti brought the breakfast and served it and she herself occupied her seat beside Nandini.

Nandini wasn't eating anything and was just holding the spoon.

She didn't have the courage to face Nyonika as Nandini knew that Nyonika was not at all happy with her though Nandini was not at fault.

Manik observed that Nandini was not eating anything so he said - Bua Lagta hai Nandini ko ye khana pasand nahi aaya. Isiliye wo Kuch kha nahi rahi hai.

Shanti looked at Nandini and said- Nandini tum kha kyu nahi rahi ho. Tumhe Pasand nahi aaya kya khana.Kuch aur lau tumhare liye.

Nandini - Nahi Buaji. Aisa nahi hai. Khana bahut Acha hai. Bas Mann nahi hai khane ka.

Shanti - Aise kaise Mann nahi hai. Thoda sa to khalo Beta.

Nandini - Ji.

Saying this she picked a spoon full of food and ate it.

While eating Nandini's eyes fell on Manik whose eyes were already fixed on her.

They shared an eyelock for a few seconds which was disturbed by Shanti.

Shanti - Manik... Tu aaj free to hai na?

Manik - Haan Bua. Kuch kaam tha kya.

Shanti - Haan wo Nandini ke liye shopping karni thi. To tu chalega na mere sath.

Nyonika - But Manik kya karega aap logo ke sath jakar. Aap Nandini ke sath chale jaiye shopping pe.

Shanti - Haan chali to jaungi Magar Nandini ke liye Mangalsutra bhi to Lena hai. Manik sath rahega to Acha hoga.

Raj- Manik tumhari Bua sahi keh rahi hai. Tum chale jao in dono ke sath. Aur aaj Shaam ki party ke liye bhi shopping karlena.

Nyonika - Aaj apne party rakhi hai. Par kyu?

Raj- Kyu Matlab... Arey Bhai Manik aur Nandini ki shadi hochuki hai . Atleast reception to grand hina chahiye na. Maine apne friends aur business associates ko invite kiya hai party me.

Nyonika faked a smile but inside she was fuming.

Manik - Ok Dad mai Nandini aur Bua ke sath chala jaunga.

Raj nodded and left.

Nyonika and Soha also left.

Manik turned towards Shanti and Nandini and said- Chaliye Bua jaldi se ready hojaiye. We will leave in 5 min.

Shanti - Haan theek hai. Tum dono car me baitho mai bas 2 min me aayi.

Saying this she went to Her room.

Manik - Nandini chalein...

Nandini - Ok.

I think manik shld talk abt aaliya wid nandini...he shld clear d facts and misunderatandings of nandini

Hey guys...

I am here with another update.

CHAPTER -53

Manik and Nandini went towards the car.

Nandini was so busy in looking at her mobile screen that she didn't notice the slippery path.

Manik was behind Nandini and before they could reach the car, Nandini's leg slipped and she was about to fall but Manik reached her in time and held Nandini to prevent her from Falling.

Manik - Nandini... Be careful. Dhyaan kaha hai tumhara???

Nandini - Wo... Mai...

Manik - Relax... Tum theek to ho na. Lagi to nahi?

Nandini - Haan. Mai theek hoon.

Shanti came by then and said-

Shanti - Kya hua Nandini???

Nandini - Kuch nahi Buaji...

Shanti - Acha theek hai Chalo...

With this Shanti and Nandini went forward .

Manik opened the car back door for Shanti.

And for Nandini he opened the passenger seat but Nandini sat beside Shanti.

This act of Nandini pricked Manik's heart but he chucked it and faked a smile.

Nandini selfthought - I am really sorry Manik. Hum jante hai ki apko bura laga . Ye sab karna hamare liye bhi aasan nahi hai. But ye karna to hoga Hume.

Hum khud ki Khushi ke liye apko aur Aaliya ko alag kaise karsakte hai.

Manik occupied the drivers seat and drove away.

They reached the mall in 15 min.

Manik parked the car and they went inside.

They went to the Bridal Clothes Store to shop for the reception attires.

Shanti - Nandini Beta tumhe Jo bhi dresses pasand aaye lelo. Don't hesitate.

Nandini - Ji Buaji. But aap sath nahi honge kya?

Shanti - Mujhe Kuch zaruri cheeze leni hai party ke liye.

Aur Waise bhi time bahut kam hai .

So mai jaake doosri shopping karleti hoon.

Agar tumhe Kuch help chahiye to Manik hai na. He will help you out.

Nandini nodded and Shanti left .

The salesgirl showed innumerable dresses but Nandini couldn't understand what to select so she looked at Manik through the mirror in front of her.

Nandini needed Manik's help but didn't want to ask for it.

So Nandini stood up and held the dresses one by one as if trying to choose which one to select and observed Manik's facial expressions to each dress.

Manik was not aware of this act of Nandini. So he was making faces at each dress held by Nandini.

Finally the salesgirl handed Nandini an attire which brought a smile on Manik's face.

Nandini to the salesgirl - I will take this one.

Salesgirl - Very good selection Madam. I am sure you will look too pretty in this attire and your husband won't be able to take his eyes off you.

On hearing this,Nandini looked at Manik and lowered her head.

Manik self thought- It's true... I can't wait to see Nandini in this dress.

Then they shopped various accessories, makeup products and other stuff with Shanti.

Shanti - So we have almost everything for the party except one thing.

Manik - Bua. Humne Saari shopping to karli hai. Aur kya baaki hai.

Shanti - Arey Budhu , Mangalsutra to liya hi nahi humne.

Manik - Bua if Nandini doesn't mind I would like to get the Mangalsutra.

Shanti - Ye to bahut hi achi baat hai. Nandini ko kya problem hosakti hai. Infact ye to tera haq hai aur responsibility bhi ki tu apni wife ke liye Mangalsutra leke aaye.

Manik - Theek hai Bua. Aap log car me baithiye mai abhi aaya.

Saying this Manik went to the jewellery shop and bought a Mangalsutra for Nandini.

Shanti to Nandini - Tumhe pata hai Nandini Manik ko shopping karna bilkul bhi pasand nahi hai. But I am surprised ki aaj usne ek shabd nahi nikala ki Buaji jaldi kijiye... Aur kitni der... wagera.

Mujhe to Lagta hai ki wo ye sab tumhare liye kar raha hai. Tum uski wife hone ke sath sath ek achi dost bhi ho.

Nandini smiled weakly.

By that time Manik came and they drove back to their home.

Shanti - Nandini tum Jake rest karo. Mai ye samaan tumhare room me bhijwati hu.

Nandini nodded and left.

Shanti to Manik- Manik Beta, tere kapdo ke liye Bhaiyya ne already order de diya hai. Shaam tak aajayenge. Tab tak tu bhi rest karle.

Aur Haan Nandini se ek baar baat karlena. Mujhe Lagta hai ki something is bothering her.

Manik - Ji Bua. Mai baat karta hoon.

Saying this he went to his room.

Nandini was instructing the servants where to keep the shopping bags when Manik walked in.

The servants kept the bags and left.

Manik - Nandini... Can I ask you something?
