niti looked obviously upset during those episodes as well... even during intense episodes ( like the tattoo explanation ones), parth wud be the only one tryin to do his job, whras Niti wud keep a distance..
MAYBE, after this phone call, and after comin to kno y Niti was upset with him, maybe Parth & Niti wud hav tried to clear their misunderstandings .., cuz Niti's acting improved around Diwali time, and her comfort level with Parth also increased...

Yes, this recording seems to have been taken during the initial episodes after Parth returned to KY2. Yuvraj quit around mid-October and Uttkarsh quit on November 10th. So I guess this was sometime between October and Diwali. Yes, Niti's scenes with Parth from Diwali onwards improved. I think all the flak she was getting from fans who complained about her acting slipping made her pull up her socks. She did mention in one of her tweets that she is working on herself.
VG is an A class liar. He caused confusion in the minds of fans with this reply to a question in telly chakkar.
"He got a movie offer and wanted to quit Yaariaan. He pleaded me to take him out of Yaariaan as he had other dreams and also found Niti (Taylor) to be a chut@#$. I fought with BBC and MTV and got him out. Later when his movie did not shape up, he went back to the show without telling me. He made a fool out of me. I tried to confront him but he made me a target and moved on."
If he had wanted to quit KYY for a film, then why would he plead with VG to take him out of the show, considering that his contract was in any case only up to mid-August? The problem arose because he did not renew his contract and later refused to sign up for season 2.
Even if he did want to leave (or not rejoin) KYY, how come VG fought with MTV and BBC for freeing him? Who was he, anyway? He was neither holding any position with BBC or MTV, nor was Parth's agent. So in what capacity did he manage to free Parth?
More importantly, why would he be so keen to free Parth from KYY when the latter was keen to do a movie, considering Parth walked out his own show PTKK? In his own words, Parth's walkout of PTKK season 5 was the reason he claims he held back paying him for not only the season he ditched but also the previous season which he completed inspite of working for KYY and making guest appearances in WH at the same time. So was it fair to penalise the actor twice?
The biggest contraction comes in his statement about Parth using the C word for Niti. Now it is very clear in the audio tape he himself released that Parth used the word during the second season of the show out of frustration at being ignored and snubbed by her, and that too not in the context he was implying in the interview.
He claims that he was made a fool when Parth went back to KYY. Now why would he say that, unless he was referring to Parth not doing the &TV show after signing the contract with 4lions who were the producers? Maybe he lured Parth with a higher pay for that show, a claim he made in an earlier interview where he said that Parth chose to do the show because they were offering him more and he did not force Parth to leave the show. Parth may have agreed to do the show but later backtracked. He seems to have deliberately refrained from turning up for the photoshoot going by his insta status which he changed sometime before he left on his vacation to 'Young, wild, free.' He appeared to come out of VG's shaddow, knowing that he has made a mark for himself and can chalk out his own career path. This is what has irked VG.
The last sentence is again contradictory to what appears on the tape. If VG tried to confront him and Parth moved on, how come VG could just pick up the phone and discuss with him his professional matters and that too concerning a show he has joined against his wishes? That Parth has already started distancing himself from VG is clear from him addressing VG formally as Mr.Gupta. He, however, seemed to still trust him enough to air his frustrations with the show, completely unaware that he was being recorded by his former mentor turned confidante. So now who is the backstabber?
Another thing which nagged me is how come VG knows what was the reason behind Niti's putting in her papers? Did someone from the PH share that with him? He has his informers to keep tabs on all that was happening in a show he quit more than 10 months back. Eeerie to say the least.
The tape served no purpose in proving that he was dissuading Parth from quitting KYY. All it managed to do was to drive a wedge between Parth's fans and Niti's fans.
