It is after Parth returned to KY2 in season 2. From what is known, Parth was planning to quit KY@ season 1 sometime in March because VG wanted to cast him in a remake of GOT. That project did not materialise. So Parth withdrew his resignation and won some favours from PH when he redrew his contract. VG offered him anchoring of PTKK season 4 where he was the co-host and later took him on for PTKK season 5 where he was the sole anchor. Parth's renewed contract for KYY was to lapse in mid-August. He refused to renew it, apparently for his own personal growth. He quit PTKK season 5 too after finishing only 5 episodes.


VG claims to have dissuaded Parth from quitting KYY but I don't think he made any such attempts when Parth tried to quit season 1, given that he himself admitted he had lured him to play the lead in a show in his channel by offering more money. It is another matter that Parth deliberately did not turn up for the photo shoot of that show, maybe as a sign of rebellion against VG who had started dictating his career choices by then.


This entire controversy seems to be VG's grand vendatta against Parth for daring to chalk out his own path, disregarding or obliging him.


Bottom line. Every one in this industry is only there for himself or herself. No one was doing anyone any favours. If VG gave Parth the platform to showcase his talents, Parth made as many special appearances as VG wanted in his show, WH in order to promote it.

It all boils down to Nyo's famous 'give and take' policy. If anyone can be termed selfless, I think it would be the fans who, despite what their idols say or do, are standing by them stoically.

niti looked obviously upset during those episodes as well... even during intense episodes ( like the tattoo explanation ones), parth wud be the only one tryin to do his job, whras Niti wud keep a distance..
MAYBE, after this phone call, and after comin to kno y Niti was upset with him, maybe Parth & Niti wud hav tried to clear their misunderstandings .., cuz Niti's acting improved around Diwali time, and her comfort level with Parth also increased...
also, it's to be noted tht Vikas has cut tht audio recording , the min Parth was abt to give his side of the story ...

Or it could be that Parth wants Niti's attention based on the recording...he says he gets negative vibes from her and she makes faces at him. I think he wanted to get Niti after Disha broke up with him. And Niti probably declined.

Disha and niti were frndz during inital days. store room seq changed the dynamics😳

Then after Disha started being the highly insecure girl friend often barged on sets and created scene for being bashed on SNS. After breakup i strongly believe things changed for good between pani. In ivs though he cold shouldered her there were no ill feelings between them. i am not supporting parth's attitude during s1. i always took pot shots at him for being so indifferent to niti during ivs. but i'l never accept this that parth ill treated niti or dey had animosity right frm s1 days.Had parth really ill treated her den niti wudn't b so bubbly and happy during ivs talking about everything and anything abt their chem nd also abt parth as hw he knws even others' lines etc...And also there were news of them getting carried way during rom scenes giving tough time to editors. And news of sparks between them wudn't b floating.😳

And parth's quitting was ending of pani i guess. Because niti till last date was confident that same cast is gonna continue in s2. And didn't she say she wanted to delete the kiss?😆 Den most of shippers got feels out of it whilst others were fighting over it😆
