CHAPTER 14

Malhotra mansion, evening time.

After hanging the call nandini thought to herself worriedly "No. I can't make that happen. She can't come back. If she will back than she will surely again try to hurt manik and I can't let that happened. But should I tell manik about her? ... Aiyappa please help me." But her trance was broken by manik as he come to check her after their friends left and he saw nandini looking upwards with closed eyes so he asked "Are kya bate kar rahi ho apne aiyaappa se?"

Nandini first become startled with his sudden voice from behind and then said "nno... nahi to...ku6 nahi..." Then she thought to herself "no. I can't stress him by telling him about her. It's been hardly a week that he recovered fully. No I can't... I will handle her in my way...yes I will..." She was thinking all this when suddenly manik kiss her lips softly to grab her attention and then nandini looked at him smilingly when he picked her up in his arms and said "ab bolo... what is bothering you? And ya... don't try to divert it because I know something is bothering you and that is definitely connected with that call."

Manik said this looking at her little sternly while he come and settle themselves in hall's couches. Nandini then encircled her arms around his neck and said "manik. Wo chachi wants me to have dinner at home tonight but I don't know how to deny her because I can't let you alone and what about your dinner aur fir tum mere bina so bhi nahi pate ho... So how will i... " nd before she could say further manik peak her lips so she stopped and then he said "You don't need to deny chachi. Tum jao aaj unke pas" "but mani..." "And before you say something else let me tell you I will eat my dinner properly and also take good care of myself. And about sleeping then yes I can't sleep without you but I ll manage." He said last words making a sad puppy face that nandu giggle and pull his cheeks and said "ok... fine..."

Nandini was standing at dining hall and instructing all the servants about manik's dinner and how to take care of him from last 15 minutes... And all the servants were obediently listening her but getting irritated from her instructing session manik said "Nandu... bas kro ab... wo samaj gaye sab...right?" and all the servants nodded and then he dragged nandini towards parking saying "come. I will drop you." Nandini said "no mani... it's almost your dinner time." manik thought for a while and then said "ya. Actually you are right." Then he called the driver and said "Tum jao aur ma'm ko ghar leke jao. Aur fir subah use leke hi wapas ana." Nandini looked at manik in disbelief and he smirked and before she could even utter a word he made her sit in back seat of the car and said "Chalo go na nandu... otherwise you will be late." Nandini said accepting her defat "Manik tum bhi na... a6a now have your dinner and ya time pe so jana and have your milk before sleeping... and bhulna mat." Manik nodded and then nandini left for her chacha's home.

Aliya's home, at 11:00 pm.

Aliya was tired when she come back home after getting dinner with dhruv and her mom at dhruv's place. She come to guestroom and settle her things as there is some paint work is going on in her room. She is coming towards kitchen when she herd harshad was talking with someone on phone worriedly "nahi... is baat ka pata kisiko nahi chalna chahiye... khas kar us FAB 5 ko to bilkul bhi nahi..." Listening this Aliya stopped there curiously to know about his brother's another evil plan.

In this 3 months harshad isn't changed a bit. He is still the same evil guy. But now as FAB 5 were not there he didn't do anything but he tried to talk with Aliya but failed as Aliya never forgive him for his deeds but sometime she finds something suspicious about his behavior but she ignored thinking that he was like that only.

But today when she heard about FAB 5 she has to stop and listen to him as she knew when it comes to FAB 5, harshad can go to any extents. She was thinking all this when she again herd harshad saying something on phone "yes. You keep him unconscious only and I will be there tomorrow evening. Yes the address is plot no. 7, lonavala road." And saying this he hang up the call.

Aliya hurriedly come back to room and think about what she just heard "What was that? Bhai ab kya karnewala hei? Aur wo kiski baat kar raha tha? Unconscious rakhana...lekin kise? Muje dhruv ko batana hoga." Then she called dhruv immediately and told him everything and listening this dhruv said greeting his teeth "Harshad... I won't spare you this time." Aliya said guiltily and sadly "I'm so shame on him." But dhruv said "don't be Aliya. And don't worry we will tell this to everyone tomorrow morning and we will find out that what he is up to now." Aliya calmed down listing him and then dhruv said to light up her mood "Aliya... Why don't you come to my place today? You know I would looove to sleep with you." He said this with mischief and Aliya blush listening him and said "Dhruv..." they both talk for a while and then slept.

Moorthy's home, 11:00 pm.

After having the dinner with her loving family along with some chit-chat and praising of chachi's food by chacha and also having some fun time with rishu, nandini came to her room and changed herself in night suit. Then she is missing manik so much so she seat at her window and watches his favorite stars by the to my star' telescope which is given by manik on her 18^th birthday. She smiles and blush a little thinking about that night when they got more attached with each other under the stars and fireflies.

She was thinking all this having a content smile on her face when she heard a familiar car horn and she instantly peep from the window and as usual find him standing there leaning to his car and looking at her. Her face light up like thousand volts bulb and she hurriedly came out of the house and crashed on his chest. He also picked her up in his arms hugging her very tightly.

After feel like eternity they broke the hug and nandini said "Manik... tum..."and before she said further manik starts to fake shivering and said "are nandini... muje bahot thand lag rahi hei. Chalona tumhare room me jake bat karte hei." Nandini looked at him with disbelief but he started walking towards home holding her hand and paying no heed to her stern looks.

Once they come to nandini's room and settle on the bed when nandini said looking at mnaik in anger "manik... tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?" "are... ye kaisa sawal hei nandu. Tumhe dikh nahi raha me yaha beitha huwa hu." Manik said with mischief and nandini's anger rise to its peak. She angrily glares at manik and manik said making a sad puppy adorable face "I'm sorry. I was missing you so much that come here. And you know na I can't sleep without you." Manik said all this with childish expression who wants his mother to sleep, and watching him nandini's anger just vanish in thin air and she said pulling his both cheeks "awww... manik you are too cute. Just like a baby. And I know my baby can't sleep without me."

Manik's face light up like stars listening my baby' from nandini's mouth as he is the one who called her baby but it's in rare case when nandini call him by such name and it happen only when she must be so much of happy.

Then manik ley down keeping his head on her lap and nandini suddenly remember something and said "manik... did you had your milk?" manik just hmmmed in reply and then close his eyes as nandini was stroking his hairs very lovingly like mother's warmth.

After sometime nandini saw him sleeping. He was holding her one hand and his another hand was wrapped around her stomach. He was sleeping like a baby who hold his mother while sleeping and watching him nanidni said to herself "I know manik. You never got a mother's warmth, love or care. And how can you when your own mother is such an evil. But I promise I will always give you the warmth and care of mother. I love you manik."

Then she lay down on bed carefully placing his head on pillow. When he sensed her moving he stirred a little but then nandini came near him so he again slept keeping his head on her heart and encircled his arms around her. She smiled at his gesture and peak his forehead and slept admiring him.
