I had just decided that a few days before Mukti brought Nandini home...At first when I met Nandini... I thought that she was beautiful and fun but marrying her didn't cross my mind... But after those days when I would take her home from my house... I grew to admire her.

She hadn't let the low circumstances of her family hold her back... She moved forward and was making her own life... That night that I proposed to her...it wasn't a planned thing... I decided on a whim to just ask her... I knew we had formed our own special friendship, and if I were going to pick any girl to marry I would pick someone like Nandini.

But something had changed in those weeks since the wedding... I still cared about Nandini as a friend but I was beginning to feel something more for her... Nothing major but I knew I would have to be careful... She had a way of taking my mind off of the pain that Soha had inflicted... She was replacing little parts of my life that Soha once filled... And I was actually happy.

Then... Soha returned and some of the feelings I had for her had resurfaced... But when she told me the reason she had returned home they disappeared... The fact that she was only coming home because she thought I would help her only reinforced the effort I had put into forgetting her...Now I just had to explain it all to Nandini
