Chapter 8 ~ HOPES
THIS WAS THE NEW MORNING ... BRINGING NEW HOPES ...

The two love birds were sleeping cuddling with each other.

...

Later, last night when Manik didn't come outside the ward as he slept with Nandini.

Then everybody came in to check them and to find out for what reason Nandini had called Manik ... But what they saw bring a satisfactory smile on their faces. They saw Manik and Nandini sleeping cuddling each other...

They without disturbing came and after a lot argument decided that only Maan, Shashank and Cabir will stay and rest of them should go rest and come back tomorrow morning ...

Manik and Nandini were sleeping peacefully in each other's arms. But due to sun rays which were coming from curtains broke Manik's peaceful sleep and he was the first one to wake up.

When he woke up he saw his Nandini sleeping in his arms peacefully. He carefully untangle him from her grip and came outside just to see his and Nandini's family already present there.

He went towards Nandini's parents and greeted them by touching their feet like he did every time they met. He then went towards his parents and wished them good morning. He then hugged his friends.

He gave everyone an assuring smile to assure he and Nandini was fine. He then went towards the elders and said...

Manik : Dad, Mom, Maa ( Nandini's Mom ) and uncle maine aur Nandini ne kuch decide kiya hai. It is Nandini's wish that we get married on the decided date ... So due to her this wish we have decided that we have a registered marriage and then Nandini will be fine we would have a grand reception. Is it okay with you all.

Listening this his parents instantly got ready but Nandini's parents said...

Shashank : Manik beta I will agree with you but I and Akanksha wants to talk to Nandini first and please don't argue about this as it is really very important.

Manik: okay as you wish uncle... But abhi Nandu so rahi hai so let her sleep tab tak main fresh ho kar ata hoo.

Saying this he left for getting fresh.

After some time all were sitting in Nandini's ward as she was not up yet... At that Aman came and greeted all. He then said ...

Aman : can you all leave please... I have to check and do some tests so that we can operate her as soon as possible...

Listening this everyone left and waited outside to know how is she now. Manik was constantly roaming from one end to the other in tension. While rest were sitting outside regularly seeing the ward gate waiting for Aman to come.

After an hour Aman came outside he saw everyone was tensed and then he said...

Aman : Uncle Aunty and guys every thing is fine till now I have decided to do her surgery tomorrow instead of day after tomorrow. After her surgery she will really weak and may be unconscious for several hours. So I want all of you to be ready for it... Because as I told earlier this process is very painful so she would be needing everyone besides her to support her through this...

Listening this everyone nodded and then he said...

Aman : she has woke up now... You can meet her and please take don't yell regarding anything ... This will increase her head ache...

Saying this he left and everyone goes in to meet her. When they got in they all smiled seeing Nandini sitting and waiting for them anxiously like a small kid.

When she saw them, she without thinking ran towards her parents and hugged them. All seeing this family moment decided to go out and give them some privacy.
Now in the ward only Nandini Abhi and there parents were left. They took Nandini to the bed made her sit on it. Then her father said...

Shashank : how are you now bacha...? Kaisi hai meri beti...? Sir main dard ho raha hoga na mein Aman ko bulao ? Bol... Hann ...

Listening this Nandini hugged his father and said...

Nandini : appa I am fine you all are with me naa then mujhe kya hua hai... Haan baat rahi head ache ki toh haan thoda sa hai but Aman said this would be there till the blood clot fully get finished... He also said it would even after operation as after it take approximately one more month for it to get finished.

Then she broke the and said...

Nandini : papa Manik ne apse shadi ke bare mein baat ki na ... Toh aapka aur baaki sabka kya decision tha...

Saying this she turned to her mother and said...

Nandini : Maa aap mangaye na boliye...

Shashank : Nandini everyone except us have agreed... As before saying yes I want to know are you happy with this type of marriage... We can wait until you get fine and after that we can all marriage functions...

Nandini : papa you know for a girl what is the first priority for finding her husband that he should be like her own father... You know Manik is just like you... And about the way of doing marriage then the thing is for me it doesn't matter in which way it is going to take place but the thing which matters is with whom you are going to get married ... So yes if I have to marry him so I can marry in any form...

This was the only assurance needed by the parents so that he can hand over their piece of heart to someone for whole life...

Listening this Shashank got assured and said...

Shashank : if you are okay then it's fine with us too...

Then to enlighten the situation Abhi said...

Abhi : Choti tune bahut pareshaan kar liya mujhe ... Ab ja apne best friend... No sorry sorry apne future husband ko pareshaan kar... Ruk main bula kar lata hoo

Saying this he ran outside to call Manik where as his parents laughed listening to him and Nandu was just blushing...

Just then Manik came and asked to her parents...

Manik : Maa Papa kya hua ? Apne mujhe bulaya ...

Akanksha : Manik woh toh tumhe Nandu bataegi hum bahar jaa rahe hai tum baatein karo...

Then they left leaving the couple alone...

Nandini : Manik Maa Papa maan gaye ... I am so happy... Yaayeee...

And she hugged Manik

Manik then said...

Manik : what really... I am happy tooo... Acha look maine Aman se baat ki ... Tumhara operation kal raat ko hai ... So kal subha tumahare test and pre surgery things hogi so now you rest okay... So be my good wife and sleep
...

He then lay her down and made her sleep...

After making her sleep he left and made arrangements for their register marriage...
