Manik gave a questioning look to her. Mukti took out a piece of paper and gave it to him.
" Yeh Kya hai " ... " dekhiye dekhiye aap khud hi dekh lijiye"...
It was a phone number. " Navya se liya hai Maine". Manik gave a side hug to her and kissed her on her temple..." Thanks"... He said.
" Any thing for you bhai"
" Bahut samajh Daar ho gayi hai"... Mukti giggled " now save it before it gets lost " and she leave from there...
Manik saved the number and his phone started ringing flashing Cabir's name on it.
Manik received it
" Saale tou India pahunchte hi hum sab Ko bhool Gaya... Aisa kya busy tha ki you for got to even come and receive us "... Cabir was yelling on him from the phone.
' oh my god I totally for got that Cabir and Dhruv and Aliya were coming tonight '
" I'm sorry Cabir it slipped out of mind completely...I'm coming right now to pick you guys up wait there"...he said
" oh hello calm down... Mukti has already send the driver so we r on aur way to your house... And she said that there's a big surprise for us... So ek din mein aisa Kya hoga ya haan"...Cabir was still talking in a high pitch tone.
" tum log ghar aarahe ho na tou I'll tell you when you come here"...
" it better be good other wise tu bachega Nahi aaj mere haaton"...
Manik got really excited hearing about them coming and sharing the good news with the important people in his life.
After an hour or so Cabir and gang came in side the house " Manik Manik ... Where r you ? "
Befor Cabir Mukti came out from the kitchen holding the bowl of grapes, as soon as she saw them she put the bowl on the table and ran to hug them
Aliya, Cabir, Dhruv there's a very big good news for you guys... You won't believe what happened today"...
" Ab bata bhi do yaar ek ghante se bas guess he kar rahe hain ki Kya baat hogi that Manik... Of all the people he forgot to pick us up... Like how?"
" lekin woh hai kahan Mukti " asked Aliya dropping her hand bag on the sofa.
" I'm here guys " Manik coming down from the stairs." What's up guys"...
" tu tou baat hi mat kar "... Cabir said in an irritating tone
" arey guys jab Tum log sunoge toh apna ghussa Bhool Jaoge"... Mukti said " Bhai ki marriage fix ho gayi hai"...
"What " all three of them screamed
" dekh Mukti mazakh mat kar pehle se dimagh Ghuma hua hai... " Cabir said.
" I'm not joking guys... It's the fact and kal Roka and engagement hai and 1 week mein shaadi... "Mukti continued.
" what... No way" Dhruv said " itni jaldi sab kuch... yaar Manik tu bata Mukti sahi keh rahi hai " asked Dhruv who was listening to the conversation as he the calm one by nature.
" haan yeh sach hai " said Nyonika and vikram coming out from their room listening to the noises... " bilkul sach hai and kal chota sa function hai Roka and engagement ka... Than after 3 days Mendi Sangeet and Shaadi. " she continued.
"Hello Aunty , hello uncle " said all three of them one by one.
" so Cabir Dhruv how was your trip..." Asked vikram.
" as-usual uncle busy with concerts... And meetings and very tiring, but it was fun..." Said Cabir and Dhruv too added by " ya bade papa sab theek hai but thoda tiring tha "
" But aunty yeh sab itna jaldi...how will we manage all the preparations and dresses and...and jewelery "... Aliya was getting panic attacks already.
" relax Aliya... Every thing is already done... I was just talking to my friend who has this bridal boutique ...and got the appointment for tomorrow... you all are going to choose your dresses for the occasion and you can take look of want you want to wear for the other events also..." Nyonika said
" and don't worry about the events I spoke to the event planning company who do all our companies event they'll handle every thing " added vikram by looking at them.
Cabir slowly goes to Manik who was smiling widely standing folded is hands on his chest and said " kamine hans le tu... akele mein miliyo batata Hun main "
" Aliya and Cabir I talked to your parents... You guys are staying here till the shaadi and all rituals are done... Cabir you can stay in Dhruv's room and Aliya can share Mukti 's room... and bachcho abhi tum log fresh ho jao... I'll tell Ravi to take out the food... Aur haan aaj jaldi so jao coz tomorrow is a very busy day... Baad mien masti karlena" Nyonika said and walked out of the hall.
Every one went to their respective rooms and Manik was about to go when vikram call him " Manik ruko... Mujhe tumse kuch puchna hai "... He asked
" haan dad punchiye na " Manik turned ..
" son tumne faisla khushi khushi kiya ya koi pressure mein aake... I just want to make sure ". "Dad why are you thinking like this... You always gave me freedom to make my own decisions out of my own wish... So don't think that I took this step out of pressure, it's not like that... " he wanted to say that actually he liked Nandini but not able to say it...
Nyonika coming out of the kitchen heard their conversation said " l knew ki jab tum Nandini Ko dekhoge aur miloge tou you won't find any reason to say no... Woh hai hi itni pyaari... Waise meri choice pasand to aayi na" she asked Going more close to him.
" mom aap bhi na " he bend down and blushed but trying to hide it from his parents.
Nyonika hold his face in her hands and gave a kiss on his temple and " khush raho hamesha... Jao go and call your friends"...
" Nyonika I'm really thank full to you for every thing" said vikram appreciating her efforts and talents for taking care of the family so well.
" you don't have to... They are my life... Anything for their happiness "
Nyonika is Avery sophisticated and today's modern and educated lady. She knows how to mange the house hold stuff and how to carry herself in this world. She is MBA by education and helps vikram in arranging the meeting at corporate level and all the social events with business associates and their families. She goes to the office once or twice a week. Vikram feels very proud of her involvement. Plus on the other side she respects the culture and traditions of their family.. For her her families happinesis is the first priority and all the people connected to them .. She takes care of them too .
As soon as Manik entered Dhruv's room
" Saale aisi bhi Kya jaldi thi... Aur tu arranged marriage ke liye maan kaise Gaya ... Ek din ruk nahin sakta tha" Cabir just start showering him with questions while hitting him playfully all over..
" Cabir meri baat to sun " Manik was laughing and trying to save himself and continued
" mom dad ne sab pehle se he fix kar ke rakha hua tha... And every thing happened on a sudden process "
" sudden process haan kyun Teri marzi ke bina they fix it without asking you...don't give me that baloni... Without looking at the girl or meeting her how can you say yes"
" Maine usse dekhne ke baad hi haan kaha"
" ohhh this is something new... " said Cabir raising his eyebrows
'Opps ' Manik thought" acha tu naraaz kis baat pe hai that I agreed for the arranged marriage or that I didn't come to the air port what " Manik asked tying to calm him down.
" I'm not angry I'm just annoyed coz Teri marriage fix ho gayi yaar aur hum log Nahi thei
Koi bhi" said Cabir calming himself down " I'm tired too with this traveling too... I just want to crash some where"
" but you know what jab tum log Nandini Ko dekhoge na tou sab kuch bhool jaoge... She is so cute... Like a delicate doll " Mukti started praising her " bhai Kya koi bhi usse dekh ke na Bol hi Nahi sakta... "
Listening to Mukti's words Manik started smiling turning his face
" tou show the pics " said Cabir
Dhruv and Aliya too " haan haan show us the pics "
" but pics tou hai hi Nahi " said Mukti " don't worry I'll text Navya to send me her pics "
" ab yeh Navya koun hai " Cabir asked
" Navya Nandini ki cousin... Hum dono ki dosti ho gayi hai " Mukti said
" ek minute Mukti " Manik stopped her " tomorrow we r going na tou jab mil bhi Lena and dekh bhi Lena..."
" wah beta sahi ja raha hai " Cabir started teasing him " abhi se itna possessive "
" Cabir chal na chod yeh sab... In sab baton mein hum ne Manik Ko congrats bhi Nahi kiya" Dhruv said and came to Manik and gave him a big tight hug " I'm happy for you yaar "
" me too I'm happy for you Manik ", came Aliya and hugged him tight.
" Cabir ab tou gussa thook de na yaar... tum logon ke bagair koi Kaam Nahi ho sakta... We are one big happy family... Ab aabhi jaa mere bhai " Manik said in a pleading tone . Cabir got up and came to Manik and he too gave a tight crushing hug
" congrats bro... We will rock the functions and make it eventful and memorable" he said giving a big smile . Mukti also come and joined them for a group hug.
They all went to eat and while they were having dinner Nyonika told Mukti and Aliya to go get Nandini nd Navya from their house. But Cabir and Dhruv insisted on Going with them to meet Nandini. She agreed and said instead of wasting time going back and forth all of them will get ready and goes to Nandini's house and directly from there goes to the boutique. Every one agreed on this part.
In murthy villa
Nandini Was looking at the sealing and thinking what all happened today she thought every thing is happening so fast ... She needed time and... she thought about the conversation that happened in between her and Manik.
' Aiyyappa he was talking about trust and faith... Samajh nahi aaraha main Kya karun sab kuch bata doon '
Navya came and lie down beside her. She took permission from Namratha to stay with Nandini till all the functions finished.
" Kya sonch rahi ho Nandu " she asked " jeejaji se Kya baatien hui"
" aisi koi khaas baat nahi hui" Nandini said paused and then continued " but Navya he said something which is disturbing me a lot"
"Like what..." " he said ki the base of all the relations are trust , faith and honesty... So we should not hide anything from each other and start with being honest with each other... I think Navya mujhe... Aryaman ke bare mein unhe bata dena chahiye ..."
" he is right waise...but Nandini woh tou tumhara past hai aur aisa kuch khaas hai bhi Nahi batane Ko " said Navya
" I know Navya but because of Aryaman my thinking changed and my perspective towards life changed... You know how I was bindaaz and fun loving... But every thing changed and it's not easy for me to trust anybody now ... It will take time... Sab itni jaldi jaldi ho raha hai ki I' m sooo confused..."
"Nandini ek baat batao sachi sachi" Navya got up from the bed and sit straight and asked
" humne tumse pehle kabhi Nahi pucha... Kya Aryaman aur tum... Dono ne...mere matlab hai aisa kuch hua tou Nahi na tum dono ke beech"
" Nahi Navya aisa kuch Nahi hua tha hamare beech... I thought that we were too young to all this... Ek Bar studies khatam ho Jaye than we'll think about all those things". Nandini said
" matlab usne tumhe kabhi kiss Karne ki koshish bhi Nahi ki"... Navya asked getting surprised.
" no Navya I told you na we just have lots fun spending time with each other and never thought of all those things" Nandini just coolly said with a smile

Suddenly Manik's face popped up in Nandini's mind. She thought ' in the first meet he hold my hand' a shiver ran from the pit of her stomach through her spine..
' why am I thinking about him '
" hum tumhe keh rahe hain Aryaman was not interested in you. He was just time passing with you... Uska yahan koi tha Nahi ... Aur tum jaisi beautiful ladki usse itni aasaani se mil jo gayi thi"
Navya interrupted her thought.
" waise just now you said na ki you wanted to say every thing to jeejaji... Kuch bhi bolne se pehle acha se sonch lo aur phir sonch samajh kar baat Karna "
Nandinn's phone buzzed.. She turned and checked... It was a new number flashing...
" who can it be at this time" she said to herself..
But Navya heard it and sneeked and saw a " hi " on her phone ...
Suddenly it clicked in her mind that she gave Nandini ' s phone number to Mukti so this definetly has to be her jeejaji... " achcha Nandini Hume neend aarahi hai tum bhi so jaao" she prentended as if she didn't saw or heard any thing and turned to other side and sleep..

In Manik's room after thinking a lot he texted her to know what she is doing... That if she is also awake..like him...after looking at her txt he got up from his bed and sit straight and thought ' Kya karun bata dun main kaun Hun ya aur thoda tease karun'
M-- why? Are you scared? I'm not gonna eat you you know coming out of the phone.
N-- I'm asking you for the last time tell me who you are or else...
M--- ok ok I'm ...and Manik send his pic to her
She got surprised and and felt a little shocked first and than shy... But for the first time she was looking at him this close... Her cheeks turn pink due to the shyness... She thought he is really handsome very good looking...her phone buzzed again
M-- hey r u there or did u block me already
N-- hi.. I didn't know it was u... M sorry for being rude
M-- it's fine I know I can understand I was just teasing u

M-- you didn't say anything about my song today . How do you like it
N-- woh... It's good... ( feeling very shy to answer him)
M-- just good aur meri awaaz. Woh kaisi thi
' why is he asking all these questions how can I say that his voice is so amazing and soulful voice '
M--bolo Nandini
N-- you sings beautifully and you have an amazing voice
'Aahhh feels so good to Hear praising words from her... It feels different... So many people has praised me and my voice but it didn't felt this way ' Manik thought
M-- Nandini ... Ek baat kahun
N--Ji
M--- I want to see you... Now
N-- jeee... Is waqt... Buttt ( Nandini panicked )
M--- arey arey ghabrao mat... Just send me pic of yours that's all
She got relaxed, she thought for a while and send him her pic.
M--- thanks... Achcha suno tomorrow we all r coming to pick you up for shopping...
My friends are back too and they want to see you and meet you
M-- so be ready at around 10 ok
N--- ok
M-- see ya tomorrow than bye and sweet dreams

Nandini just smile to herself and thought' Aiyyappa yeh Kya ho raha mere saath... It feels like there's a very different and ajeeb connection with him which I couldn't figure out... What's this feeling... There's an unknown pull that is taking me towards him..
Please Aiyyappa help me out in figuring out things' and she put the phone down and slept a peaceful sleep with a cute little smile.
Manik was just smiling non stop looking at her pic in which she was putting on her earring and suddenly looks to face the camera ' gawd how can someone be this innocent... Such an angel face dil chahta hai bas dekhta hi rahoon ' he was lying down on the bed on his stomach holding the phone in his hand gazing at her pic and drift into sleep..
Next morning 3 cars ( 1 BMW and 2 Mercedes ) entered Murthy villa... In the car one Manik, Cabir and Dhruv were sitting and Manik is driving ,second one with Mukti and Aliya with a driver and the third with 4 body gaurds..
Nyonika insisted them to take the gaurds with them as there popularity can some times cause lot of hassle and today they didn't have much time to handle any nuisance.
And Manik wanted to drive so they couldn't say no to her. And they are here. They got out of the cars and Mukti came to Cabir and said
" chal Cabir aaj Tera test hai tu khud se bata Nandini kaun hai "
" hmmm ok not a problem... I think I'll paas the test.." Said Cabir
Aliya said " wow Mukti you really are very impressed with this Nandini haan"
" no Aliya it's not like I'm impressed... But she is a natural beauty she has so much innocence on her face" said Mukti clarifying herself
All this while Manik's was smiling and searching for her and eager to go inside.
Narendra came and invited them inside and as soon as they stepped inside they saw two girls coming down the stairs...one is wearing light green straight cut long shirt.. White churidaar and green and white mix color dupatta around her neck.
And other girl is light blue crop top and yellow and blue mix color long skirt with yellow scarf wrapped around her neck.
"Ek minute ek minute koi kuch Nahi Bolega... " he went close to Nandini and said
" If I know my friend... Than you must be Nandini pointing at her...am I right " Cabir looked at Manik for the approval...Nandini looked down at her feet getting a little embarrassed.. Manik's eyes shined with delight and joy of happiness ... And Cabir understood that she is Nandini..
" wow Cabir tu test me paas ho Gaya" said Mukti coming to them and said
" and this is Navya " pointing to Navya
" hello every body" said Navya..
Narendra was watching al this... Manik turned to him and said
" uncle yeh mere dost hain Cabir and Aliya ... And yeh mera bhai hai Dhruv..."
He introduced them " yeh kal Raat ki flight se wapas aaye hain... And they wanted to meet you all "
" achcha yeh tou bada achcha kiya tumne jo Inhe saath le aaye tum log baitho main coffee bhijawata hoon "
" arey Nahi uncle we have to leave soon coz... Woh actually hum Ko abhi nikalna padega warna late ho jaayenge... Aaj waise bhi bahut Kaam hai" he paused a little and
" so if you say than can we leave "...
" ok beta agar aisa hai tou I won't stop you all... And have fun"...and he went away...
Aliya and Dhruv came too Nandini and introduced themselves ..
" tum real mein bahut khubsurat ho yaar" Aliya said giving her a hug
"Thank you " said Nandini and hugged her back. With a warm smile.
" and I'm your one and only devar" said Dhruv giving her a side hug and smiled.. Nandini was getting so nervous by knowing all these people who are connected with Manik...
" aur Nandini inse miliye" ... " one minute Mukti ". Cabir interrupted her " I'll introduced myself... " Going in front of Nandini and said
" my aapke hone waale pati ka bahut hi betakalluf dost hoon jis per koi restrictions Nahi "... He turned to Manik and saw him smiling like crazy enjoying the whole scenario and stealing gazes on Nandini...
" waise woh aap hai jisne mere dost ke hosho hawaas le liye... That he totally forgot we were coming by yesterday's flight "... Cabir continued
Nandini's face turn pink of embarrassment and she is avoiding looking at anyone
Manik noticed this and called
" Cabir I think ab Hume chalna chahiye... We are getting Late" he tries to diverts the conversation..
" waise guys hamara to intro sahi se Nahi hua... Hum Nandini ki behen... Dost... Sakhi... Saathi... Sab kuch hain..." Said Navya in A very cheerful tone
" aur hamari Mukti se bhi dosti ho gayi hai... Baakhi sab bhi humse dosti karlo faiyda mein rahoge" she indirectly put the taunt on Cabir
" miss sakhi saathi aapse dosti karke hamara Kya faiyda hoga" said Cabir in a jolly mood..
" woh tou aage aage hi pata chlega " said Navya
" waise all jokes apart... Nandini excuse all my jokes and naughtiness... Mere yaar mere bro ke liye main thoda over possessive and protective hoon ... But I'm happy for both of you " and he said and hugged her... Every body smiled at them.
" but yeh mat smajhna ki meri naughtiness and bothering kam Hogi na na na... So be ready" said Cabir again...
" aise kaise... hum bhi dekhte hain aap Nandini aur jeejaji Ko kaise tangg karte hain" Navya said
" JEEJAJI wow Manik tu JEEJAJI bhi ban Gaya Teri to tarakhee ho gayi"... Cabir teased Manik stressing on the word jeejaji... walked to him and said " good choice bro " he winked at him " ja kal ke liye tujhe maaf kiya " he whispered to him" bahut pyaari hai bilkul like a doll "
Manik's cheeks get red hearing his comments..and he smiled hugely
" waise mujhe Nahi pata tha " Manik gave him a questioning look " ki tu blush bhi karta hai "
He hit on Cabir's shoulder " cabir tu bhi na " he turned to look at Nandini and caught her looking at him and their eyes met and for few seconds they were lost in each other's eyes. This was noticed by Cabir's eyes
" hmmm so since we came abhi tak haaye... hello bhi Nahi hui hai... No worries... Cabir kis marz ki dawa hai" And he turned to every one and said in a loud voice
"guys lets go hum already late ho Gaye hain almost 45 minutes ka to rasta hai... We need to leave now"...
Every body went out side and the last one to leave is Nandini and Manik.
Manik smiled and look at Nandini.
" Nandini Ji Kya aap mujhe ek glass pani dengi " Cabir said in a teasing tone
" Ji abhi layi " she said and went to the kitchen... Cabir turn to manik and said
" yeh tou bahut surili hai very melodious... " He tapped on his shoulder.
" usse lekar Bahar ajaa jaldi... . Aur thanks baad mien Bol dena"... And he gone out
Manik waited for Nandini. She came out with a glass of water.. And saw every body is gone out and only Manik left..
" woh Cabir ke liye I bough"... She stopped in the middle as Manik was coming close to her and stands in front of her..so close that there's only a little distance between them
" hi ". He took the glass from her hand and kept it on the glass.
She got frozen not being able to move from her place and... A fluster of current runs through her body by his touch. He came a little more close and lift her face with his index finger and thumb.
" mujhe hello bhi Nahi kahogi" he asked in a very husky tone .
Nandini shivered from top to bottom and her cheeks were crimson red feeling the close proximity of him.. She closed her hands and her eyes...
" Open your eyes and look at me" he literally demand in a whispering tone..She slowly opened her eyes
She lift her gaze and looked into his eyes and said " hi "
And a smile crept on his face watching the blush on her face. He bend a little and said
" agar tum Isi tarha sharmati rahi tou hum baat kaise karenge and... We are still not done with our conversation from yesterday... Remember .
He moved away a little and hold her hand and caress it with his and said
" ab Hume chalna chahiye " he said " sab hamara wait kar rahe hain Bahar."
she nodded her head and walked with him... Her hands still in his.. They were about to go out and she stopped... He turned and asked what with his eyes. She indicates their hands by lifting it. He gave a big smile and said
" kyun Kya hua... Hum aise Bahar Nahi jaa sakte Kya... We are friends remember... " she gave a pleading look to him... he said " ok ok aaj chod deta hoon tum bhi Kya yaad karogi " ... " waise Nandini if you are comfortable when I come close to you you can say it you know" ne gave her a smirk and walked out of the house...
'Aiyyappa yeh Kya ho raha mere saath... Main kyun unhe Rock Nahi paa rahi hoon... Woh jab bhi mere paas aate hain I'm lost totally and jab bhi main unki aankhon mein dekhti hoon... It feels like he petrified me and I just let him do what he wants... Yeh kaisi kashish hai ho mujhe unki taraf kheench rahi hai... I need to talk to hiim... I have to tell him about my past before any misunderstanding happens ..' Thinking all this she went out of the house..
They all were on there way to the boutique. Some how Cabir made Manik and Nandini sat in his BMW and send them. In the Mercedes SUV Dhruv and Cabir sat in the front Cabir was driving and Mukti Aliya and Navya sat in the back. And the driver was sitting with the gaurds in case they need him again.
In Manik's car
Nandini is very nervous sitting alone with Manik... Manik can feel that she is feeling very uncomfortable being alone with him...
" Nandini... Relax I won't touch you trust me " he said turning to her
' Hamesha trust me keh kar close aahi jaate hain ' she thought ' I can't even think straight when he is around me.. Abhi tou this is only second time we r meeting...
And I couldn't talk properly...' Nandini thought ' Aiyyappa please jaldi yeh rasta guzaar de'
"Kahan kho gayi " he asked watching her lost in her thoughts...
" kuch nahin " she said
" ek Kaam karte hain... You said that you know a little singing na so you sing a song today"... He said feeling excited
" but mujhe sing kare hue bahut time hoga ya hai... " she was hesitant to sing as she knows he is a very good singer and she can't even dream of singing in front of him..
" doesn't matter tumhe jo bhi aate hai woh gaao " he started insisting her now.
" ok we' ll do this ... I will start and you join... Can you do that " he asked her...
" ok I'll try" she answered
