So Cabir is pretty irreplaceable (loved his unique sarcasm and wit), but honestly, we need someone like him in the show again to a) complete fab 5 and b) bring some of the comedy back in ky2. Maddy's character was meant as Manik^2 so he was never a good candidate, and Aryamann had some potential when he was introduced but now he's also quite boring with his brooding and one-sided affections for Nandini. Any ideas for which actor can become the next Cabir like character?
Maybe CVs will read this and actually introduce someone worthy of our time instead of the random assortment of crap side characters we have gotten so far.
Also, for s2, I want to see more of:
1) Nandini's ambition to become a scientist--what the heck happened to that?
2) Introduction to Manik's dad
3) Explanation of why Manik and Harshad hate each other
4) A love interest for Mukti that doesn't die
