Chapter - 1
In maholtra mansion
All malhotras are sitting on the dining table for breakfast except one person. All of them are waiting for him, because they know he can come any minute and they all are correct after one minute manik is coming from upstairs all dressed in his three piece suit looking deadly handsome and in his all time persona. He comes and sat on the right side of chair which is near the head chair on which Dadi is sitting. He wishes his family members and gave a small smile but they all know it is fake. They knows he forgot to smile after what happened 6 years ago. They all sigh and wish him back and wish him back.
After completing the breakfast, he get up to leave for office and say
Manik " Cabir, dhruv, aliya and navya reach office on time. Today we have a very important with Singh's for our new project. "
Cabir "okay! We are just coming to office after you "
Manik's nod and when he started to walk. Dadi calls him and he turns
Dadi "manik u got any news from singhania's that when nandini is returning "
Manik's eyes got softened and everyone and his body come at little ease. Everyone notice this change in his demaneour and everybody smiles inwardly but then he spoke with longing in his eyes like how much he is missing her.
Manik "no Dadi, i've speak to Singhania uncle yesterday only and he said that she doesn't call from 1 month and they don't know when her work is finishing "
Dadi lovingly and longly said "it's been 6 years since we have seen her. I'm missing her so much "
Manik said softly "me too "
Then he turns and leaves from his office. All family members sees him going and all smiles a sad smile, by seeing him like this.
Cabir "when she is not here than also manages to make him smile by only her name. Only she can bring our old manik back "
Everyone nods their heads at this except navya and aliya. They are confuse by seeing the immense love for a long and how much everyone is sure that this girl nandini can bring the old manik back like everyone is saying. They are very curious to know about her because anyone takes her name is every time so lovingly and the manik whom they're have see smiling only when he is with his family members and an angry young for all others. He also a genuine smile only by listening her name. But they don't ask to anyone because they know that everytime they ask to anyone. All say you will see her, when you will meet her personally. After sometime cabir, dhruv, aliya and navya also leaves for office.
At airport
A flight is landed just now from San Francisco and a very beautiful lady come out with a very handsome man who is looking Elder than her. Two cars are waiting for them outside.
Lady " Abhi bhai, I am going to malhotras office to give them a surprise. "
Abhi " Nandini I know that u will go first there only. So, I have called two cars and have told the drivers that they not tell anyone that we have arrived at India "
Nandini "that is why, I love you so much bhai. You go to house mom and dad will be very happy to see you after so long and tell that I will come after sometime. We have to go to bureau also for the case"
Abhi " yes! because of that only we can come India after so long. But mom and dad will not be very happy by knowing this that is why we are going to tell them "
Nandini "yea! We will tell them that we have taken a break for sometime and then we will join again. "
Abhi " okay! Now let's leave "
With this both moves to their respective cars and after loading their luggage they sat in the car, smiles at each other and leaves towards their respective destination. Nandini in white Mercedes and abhi in black Mercedes.
At malhotra industries
Nandini has reached just now and after parking her car moves inside the office with her all time persona. She is wearing a grey colour armani suit inside white silk shirt whose first two buttons are opened showing her slender neck. Her suit all button is opened and a black type of belt can be seen on mid torso which is actually is her gun holder. Her gun is not visible because she is wearing a suit and the gun is kept at the side of her stomach and her suit's jacket is covering that side.
She with a grace and an attitude entered the office and walks towards the reception area. As she is crossing people without giving a damn to them. They all turns towards her. Boys are drooling over her and girls are giving her angry stares, she just smirks in response. When she reached reception the receptionist is just giving her stares being jealous of her. She again smirks in response seeing this and taking out her aviators which she is wearing till now asks
Nandini "where is manik "
Receptions Linda gasped by hearing this, because till now no one has call her manik sir by his name and gives a angry stare to nandini and asks
Linda "do you have a appointment with him "
Nandini " I don't need any appointment, just tell him that nandini has come "
Linda is about to speak something else when a loud shout like Nandiniii came in between and before she can see what is happening and nandini can turn someone just pick nandini from back and twirls her. All the employee's got shocked by seeing this while nandini just laughed and say
Nadini "cabir put me down " between her laughs
The moment nandini stand on her she gets crushed between two bodies. One is hugging her or chocking her from front and other is from back. Nandini coughs a little and says
Nandini "guys you both want to kill me or what "
By listening this cabir releases her from front and dhruv from back. All others are seeing this scene with their mouths hanging open and eyes wide with shock including aliya and navya. They can't believe their and their bosses hugging a girl in front of their wives whom they have never seen before.
Cabir and dhruv can't believe till now that they their nandu is standing in front of them. They remember when they four are coming outside from manik's cabin after their meetings sometime before which went successful and after the meeting they are discussing about the new deal in manik's cabin and when they come outside they both see nandini standing at reception area first, they cannot believe that nandini is standing there but after she tells the receptionist her name. They both ran towards her screaming her name and takes her in a hug.
Nandini smiles at both of them and then cabir speaks
Cabir " oh my goddd ! Nandini I can't believe you are here, in front of my eyes "
Dhruv " we missed you so much nandu "
Nandini " guy's I missed you too and tell me where is mani "
By listening this both cabir and dhruv smiles faded a little, which nandini notices but before she can asks them. Aliya and navya came forward and nandini looks at them questioningly.
Dhruv and cabir notices this and cabir introduces them
Cabir "nandini she is navya my wife and she is aliya Dhruv's wife"
Listening this Nandini smiled and see towards and is shocked when she sees that they are they are jealous, she understands the reason that seeing their husbands hugging her they are jealous. She again smiled brightly and move towards them andhug both of them tightly. Navya and Aliya became shocked by her behaviour but they understands that she is a nice girl and only a good friend of their husbands then they reciprocate their hug with equal favour. Then cabir introduces nandini to them.
Cabir " and navya and aliya she is nandini singhania which we always talk about, after 6 years she is back. "
Again there is a shout from stairs and all looked upstairs. They see manik coming downstairs with a furious expression all gets scared except one person that is nandini. Manik cannot see nandini because cabir is standing in front of her and then he again shouts
Manik " What the hell is going here, why so much noise is coming from here and cabir why you all are standing here. You all don't have any work. Who is responsible for this commotion?
All employees and navya, Alya also thinks that now nandini is gone. Manik will not leave her except dhruv and cabir they know from today their old will starting to come back. After sometime cabir moves from front of nandini and suddenly manik stop shouting and sees nandini like he is seeing a ghost. Nandini smiles seeing him like this and walks towards him and stand in front of him and say
Nadini " mani"
Listening this came out from his shocked state and immediately take her in a tight hug like if he will let go of her then she will vanish. Dhruv and cabir smiles seeing this and all again get shocked of their life by watching their arrogant and heartless boss hugging a girl like this. Nandini gets to know in that hug that something is wrong. So, she pat his back lovingly like a mother do to his child and didn't move because she feels that manik needed that hug. After sometime manik's break the others and sees her and than he noticed how much beautiful she is looking.
Manik "when did u came India nandu"
Nandini " 1 hour before and I directly came here to meet you all and now I shall leave because it's your working hours and I don't want to distract you all from your work "
Manik frowns listening this and he was about to say something when nandini shows her hand to stop him and continues
Nandini "don't worry I am going to come to manholtra's mansion at evening and then we will discuss everything about what is troubling you since so long that my mani has become like this and I'll meet everyone there only and also I've not met mom and dad they must be waiting for me. Till the time you all complete your pending work. So, at evening we can talk without any tension of work."
Manik get amaze seeing that how much she know him that without speaking to her anything his miseries she gets to know something is wrong with him and he can just nod his head. Seeing this nandini just smile at him and others and left. Manik is just standing their like a statue watching from where she just left and after sometime he smile a genuine smile and moves towards his cabin but before entering his cabin he shouts
Manik " Everyone at their work now "
His employees who is shocked seeing their boss smile for first time they get another shock, but after listening manik shouts they all again started doing their work. Not wanting to didturb the good of their boss which is they are seeing first time and cabir, dhruv smiles and see navya and aliya who are looking confuse them. They signal them that they will tell them all things afterwards.
