Chapter 9 A

Manik's POV

"I love you..!"I heard her whisper like plead and I stopped where I was..! DID I HEARD IT RIGHT? No..! How's that possible? She tou love that guy na..! What is happening? I backed off and got up,sat straight on the bed..! I was a messed soul Goddd...!! I palmed my face with my hands..! She too got up and sat in front of me folding her knees. She held my hands and uncovered my face..!

"I know you love me too...!"Her second whisper left me baffled. I look at her and she was look at me with teary eyes.

"I thought..!"I stammered and she held my hands more tightly to give me support. She nodded her head and gestured me to speak up. "I thought you lo-love that guy..!"I said between my hiccups and she had confused expressions on her face.

"What guy Manik?"She asked confusingly.

"Sun-Sunday I ca-came to me-meet you..! But wh-when I ca-came to your ro-room I sa-saw you hug-hugging a bo-boy..! He was say-saying..!"I stammered thousand times in few words as I was constantly hiccupping and stopped in between as I didn't had the courage to explain more. I look at Nandini and she had a smile on her face.

"You saw me hugging that boy and you thought that I love him?"She asked softly and I nodded like a child. "Ap nay ya tou suna kay he loves me but ap nay mera answer nahi suna right?"She again asked caressing my hair like an affectionate mother and I again nodded. "Manik..! I said no to him..! He loves me that's not my fault..! I don't love him..! I love..!"She stopped in between and I impatiently wanted her to confess once again.

"You love?"I asked impatiently and she smiled.

"Bus aik bari he hota hai..!"She said naughtily and for the first time I smiled. I was so much relieved and calmed now..! I felt like everything came back to me..! I pull her for a hug and she readily gave in. I hide my face in her still wet hair she caressed my hair gently. She broke the hug and smiled at me..

"Itne si baat bta nahi skty thy hmm? Khud bhi roye aur mjy bhi rulaya pagal sa baby..!"She said lovingly wiping my face with her tiny hands and I smiled on her cute love talk. I noticed that she was still wet and I panicked.

"Nandini..! You need to change..! Go..!"I immediately said to her and she smilingly got up to change. I sighed and bit my lower lip. I have messed up everything but she is still on my side..! I misbehaved with her and she is so understanding that she didn't complaint. After some time she came out of the bathroom wearing my clothes and I smiled. She came back to me and sat beside me resting her back with the bed board. I quietly laid down in her lap and she started tracing her fingers in my hair. I had my eyes closed..! We both were quiet..! I had her one hand clasped in my hands over my chest..!

"Manik..!"She whispered and I opened my eyes to look at her.

"I know you have so much of pain inside you..!"She said politely caressing my forehead. "I know you are shattered..! I know that you are suffering from so many bad turmoils...! And I know that you are still not ready to share your pain with me..! I am not forcing you either..! It's just I want to tell you that I will be always there for you whenever you need me to listen to you..!"She said lovingly and bent down. She gently pecked my forehead and I closed my eyes. She was healing me..! But what about her pain? I had hurt her so much in last 3 days just because of my stupid si misunderstanding..! Silly me..! Lallu Manik huhhh Cabir sahi kehta hai..! I got up and she look at me..! I laid beside her and pull her in my arms..!

"I know you are angry with me..!"I said softly and she turned her face away.

Nandini's POV

When he said that he misunderstood me because of Dhruv...! He was punishing me because of Dhruv I wanted to slap him hard on his face..! But I didn't because he was already suffering so much..! THE MANIK MALHOTRA was crying in front of me like a baby...! If I too backed off then I will be responsible for his destruction..! I can't lose him again..! He scolds me or whatever he do I know that he is first and he will be my last..! The feelings I have in my heart for him were so much strong that I can forgive his any mistake..! But now he was asking for it himself..!

"Yes I am angry with you..!"I said sadly he was facing my back now. I know he too became sad. He came close to me and wrapped his one arm around my waist then he snuggled his face in my hair from back. I closed my eyes and sighed.

"I am sorry baby..!"He whispered sadly.

"Manik..! Ap nay mjhy bohat rulaya hai..!"I too whispered sadly as few lone tears escaped my eyes and soaked in the pillow.

"I know..! I am so sorry..! I promise I will make it up for everything..!"He again whispered against my neck,his hot breath was fanning my damp neck which was accelerating my heartbeats.

"I know..!"I said holding his hand which was around my waist. I can't hurt him more..! I wanted him to smile again..! We stayed like this for God knows how long..! The rain was breaking all the records tonight..! The curtains were fluttering due to strong wind..! We were lying on the bed all quiet..! Finding solace in each other's arms..! I was still not looking at him but he not for once tried to turn me towards himself..! His lips were on my neck motionless..!

"Manik? Ap jag ray ho?"Suddenly I whispered.

"Hmm..!"He just hummed.

"Mery pehly waly Manik ban jayen na please..!"Finally I whispered again and I felt his lips turned into a smile. He planted a kiss there and I clutched his hand more tightly.

"I promise..! YOUR MANIK is back..!"He whispered against my neck and once again the tears started forming in my eyes. Suddenly there was a loud chattering sound of thunder which shook me to the core. I immediately turned and clinged to his chest. "Hay relax baby..! It's just a thunderstorm..!"He whispered in my ear caressing my hair and shook my head in a no.

"Mj-mjy da-dar lagta hai..!"I stammered snuggling more and more in his protective arms. He chuckled on my act and hugged me more tightly.

"I promise I will protect you..! Now no one can came between us..! Not even me nor you..! I won't let you go ever just because of my stupidities..!"I heard his pure and determined whisper.

"I trust you..!"I whispered against his chest as first three buttons of his were open so my lips unintentionally brushed with his bare chest and I gasped. For the first time I noticed our position and I blushed to the darkest shade of red. His both arms were around me and our legs were entangled..! I look at his eyes he was looking at me with some different kind of expressions..! I was unable to figure out what was it but yeah his expressions were enough to make my breath uneven..! Manik leaned closer and eyed my lips..! I too wanted to give in but suddenly a thought hit my head and I turned my face away..! I am angry with him yeah..!

"What happened?"He asked softly cupping my cheek and I gave him a glare...!

"Have you forgotten I am angry with you..!"I said babyishly and he laughed loudly..

"Ooo..! So that's why my baby is not allowing me to kiss her hmm?"He asked so boldly that my eyes popped out. I playfully slapped his chest and he again laughed on my cuteness..! Inwardly I was so happy seeing him laughing..! OH GOD I love this man..! Yes yes I am insanely love with him..!

"Stop laughing na..!"I said angrily and pushed him away..!

"Ok..! Ok..! I am sorry..!"He stopped laughing and I again smilingly hugged him tightly. The only man in this whole whose arms were heaven for me..! He hugged me back and I hide my face in his neck.

"I want to sleep..!"I whispered sleepily. "I haven't slept since 3 nights..!"I said sadly and he patted my head.

"Sleep Nandini..! I am here..!"He whispered kissing my hair.

"Promise?"I wanted surety.

"Paka promise..!"He said softly and clutching his shirt tightly as I had a fear what if he left me? I dozed off..!

Chapter 9 B

Manik's POV

She was sleeping so peacefully in my arms it was 4 am of the morning but I was not sleepy at all..! It's been almost 6 hours I was staring at her angelic face..! God knows how many times I pecked her cheeks,hair,forehead and most of all her small small tiny fragile hands..! She was so small..! Just like a newborn baby..! I promise I will protect you like a father..! I promise I will love you like a passionate lover..! I will be your family I promise..! I again pecked her forehead and she snuggled her nose in my chest like a kid. I wrapped my arms around her more securely protecting her from the whole cruel world..! She was angry with me..! I was a fool for not trusting her but what to do I was 10 years old when my parents got separated..! I saw them fighting..! They both were after each other's neck..!They both were business rivals..! Something hit my mind..! I look around my room and bit my lower lip. For the first time in last three days I had look at my room..! GOD what I had done..! Broken mirror..! Broken shelves...! Broken wall clock..! Broken vases..! Broken glass table..! Shit..! I think of something and called my Butler..!

"Hello Sir..!"The only Man I knew must be awake for my call at this time too as he picked up my call on first bell..!

"Mohan..! I am sending you a picture of a girl room decor..! You have two hours to complete this task..! In two hours I want the room next to mine ready..!"I said in my all time bossy attitude.

"Ok Sir..! Ap nay order diya tou samjhye kaam ho gya..!"He said obediently and I smiled. I know he was the man of deeds..! If he was saying then he will definitely be done with his task at 4 am of the night..!

"Good..! I was expecting that from you..!"I said cheekily.

"Sir..! Wo what about your room?"He asked hesitantly.

"Hmm..! Abhi pehly Nandini kay liye room theek karwaoa..! After that renovate my room..!"I gave him my approval and then I hung up..! Then I send him the picture after surfing from internet and his reply was..!

"Done..!"

Nandini was still sleeping..! I closed my eyes and I too dozed off..! At exactly 6 am I woke up with a jerk on constant buzz of my phone..! I picked up the call sleepily..

"Sir..! Sorry for the disturbance but I called to tell you that your order is done..! You can check..!"I heard Mohan's obedient voice and I smiled.

"Good job Mohan..! You are my best man ever..!" I appreciated him.

"Ap ki nawazish hai Sir..! Have a good time..!"He said obediently and hung up the phone. I look at Nandini she had a sweet smile on her face maybe she was watching a happy dream. I noticed her murmuring something I leaned closer to her lips and the murmur became clear..! And it was..!

"Manik..! I want that butterfly..!"

I smiled on her cute dream as I guessed she must be chasing butterflies in her dream..! And I was with her..! Awesome..! Then I picked her up carefully not to disturb her sleep and came out of my room..! The room next to mine was empty that's why I ordered Mohan to set it up for Nandini..! I entered the room with Nandini snuggled in my arms and nodded my head..! The room was exactly the same like the picture..! I gently placed Nandini on the bed and covered her with the blanket..! Then I opened the cupboard and nodded my head in satisfaction..! I hope all the dresses in the cupboard must be appropriate for Nandini..! I again texted something to Mohan and after getting a positive reply I again came back to Nandini..! I laid beside her and started waiting for Mohan..! I can't believe this that I was doing so much for a girl..! I smiled on my own condition and after 30 minutes I got a text from Mohan and I walked out of the room to get the things..! Actually I had ordered Mohan for some chocolates and a butterfly in jar. I came inside the room and placed both the things on shelf..! I checked the time again it was 7 by now..! Suddenly my cell phone rang and caller ID was of Cabir.

"Haan Bro?"I asked as soon as I picked up the call..

"Sorry to disturb you Manik..! Yaar please tou aik ghanty main office aa ja..! Singhania's kay sath urgent meeting aa gai hai..!"I frowned as I had to leave I wanted to see Nandini's reaction for her room but now I have to go..!

"Acha main aa raha hoon..!"I said and hung up the call. After that I run to my room to take a shower after that I immediately dressed up and again come to Nandini's room she was sleeping hugging a pillow and was curled up in a ball. I adjusted the blanket again over her and leaned closer..

"Nandini..!"I softly called her. "Baby for once open your eyes and look at me..!"I again called her and she lazily opened her eyes but half. "I am going to office ok I have a very urgent meeting to attend..! I will be back in the afternoon..! Tum breakfast kar laina?"I said smilingly and caressed her hair. She held my collars and pull me towards herself.

"All the best..!"She whispered sleepily and kissed my cheek.

"Thank you..!"I said and I too pecked her forehead. "Now sleep again..!"I said palming her eyes and she was fast asleep in few minutes. For sure she didn't noticed her surroundings otherwise she would have jumped with excitement..! Then I write a note and placed it in her chocolate box..! Then I adjusted the curtains so that sun rays don't disturb her sleep as I wanted her to have her much needed sleep..! Then giving her a last glance I left the room. I came out and saw Mohan watering the garden plants.

"Mohan..!"I shouted for him and he within seconds approached me..

"Yes Sir..!"He said lowering his head.

"Mohan..! Nandini is sleeping..! Make sure kay us ki nend disturb na ho..! Aur jab wo jagy tou jo wo breakfast kay liye mangay usy bana kar daina..! Agr wo khud cooking ki zid kary tou na karny daina agr wo phr bhi tmhri baat na many tou mj say baat kara daina..! Us kay ilawa tum usy kise bhi cheez say mana nahi karo gay..! Us ka jo man aye usy karny daina..! Agr us nay mjy aik bari bhi shikayat ki kay tum ny usy kise cheez say roka hai tou you know me very well..!"I said all in one go and without waiting for his answer I put my shades on and sat in my car all set to attend a hectic meeting..!

Chapter 9 C

Nandini's POV..

I got up rubbing my eyes and look at my surroundings..! For a second I thought I was still in some dream because the room and the bed on which I woke up was just like I used to dream off..! So I again rubbed my eyes with my both knuckles but the room was not fading away I heard a faint knock on the door and I was hell confused..!

"Come in..!"I said biting lower lip and the door slowly opened.

"Good Morning Mam..! I hope I haven't disturbed your sleep..!"It was Manik's Butler Mohan..! What the hell he was doing in my dream..! I got up and stood on the bed..!

"Mohan Dada..! Ap mery dream main kya kar rahy ho?"I asked him raising my eyebrow..

"Mam..! It's not a dream..! It's all real..!"He said obediently..

"Jhoot..! Aisy kesy ho skta hai? I very well remember that I was in Manik's toota phoota room phr how did I landed up in this fantasy beautiful room..!"I asked him biting my nails in confusion Mohan smiled on me.

"Mam..! It's YOUR room..! Manik Sir himself has arranged all this for you..!"Mohan said smilingly.

"Mjy Manik say baat karni hai..!"I said a serious tone as I was hell confused.

"As you wish Mam..!"Mohan Dada said and after dialing Manik's number on his cell phone he gave the phone and went out of the room.

"Haan Mohan..! Is Nandini ok?"I heard Manik's panicked voice and smiled.

"Manik..! It's me Nandini..!"I said childishly.

"Baby..! Tum theek ho na?"He was still worried..

"I am ok..! Ya ap mjy kahan choor gaye? Ya room?"I said confusingly.

"Aray you don't like the room? Acha Mohan ko phone do main abhi decor change karwa daita hoon..!"He said worriedly and now I realized that I was not in a dream..! It was all real..! My throat choked with emotions..! He did all this for me..! "Baby are you there?"His voice reached my ear and tears rolled down my cheeks.

"Ap kab aoa gay?"I managed to ask.

"I will be back at 2 dear...! Usy choro tum mjy btaoa dcor acha nahi hai?"He asked worriedly. I wanted to hug him tightly and wanted to tell him how much I liked everything..! Like tou bohat chota word hai I loved it..!

"Ap jab aoa gay na tab btaoan ge..!"I said softly.

"Baby tum theek ho na?"He was still concerned.

"Never felt better..!"I said smilingly.

Chapter 9 D

Nandini's POV..

"Dada..! Ya room kis ka hai?"I asked excitedly as after choolay puri breakfast Mohan Dada was giving me a visit of the Mansion..! I stopped in front of a room and asked about it..!

"I am sorry Mam..! I am afraid that I am not at liberty to tell you about this room..!"He said obediently and my curiosity reached to it's peak.

"Dada..! Mjy dekhna hai..!"I said stubbornly but he again denied..! Akhir aisa bhi kya hai is room main..! "Agr ap nay mjy ander nahi janay diya tou main ro paroon ge aur phr Manik ko ap ki shikayat kar doon ge..!"I blackmailed him and I got succeeded.

"Please ap Sir say kuch mat kaheye ga..!"He said worriedly.

"Chill Dada..! It's our secret Manik ko pata nahi chaly ga..!"I said winking at him and he opened the door for me..! I entered inside and turned the lights on. As soon as I turned on the lights I gasped..! It was not just a room..! It was MUSIC ROOM..! Guitars..! Drums..! Keyboards..! But ya sab hain kis kay? I look at around the walls and again I got a shock..!

"Manik..! Cabir bhai..!"I whispered in a surprised tone and walked towards the wall..! It was big poster..! There were 5 boys..! Manik was standing in between while Cabir bhai was standing on his right with another boy..! Other two boys were on Manik's left side..! They were posing for the picture..! All were equally handsome but Manik was looking so much awesome..! Who were they? Suddenly I read the Poster's title and I gasped again..!

"The Fabulous Five..!"I whispered in a shock and I tried to remember..! Yeah..! I was ten years old at that time when Fab 5 were the most famous band of the country..! Manik was the lead singer of Fab 5? Really?..! then what happened? Where were the other three? I traced the poster and cleaned the dust from it..! I had a very vague actually very very vague notion of Fab 5..! I didn't had any source to stalk them nor for once in my life I had saw them live as I was very young at that time I tou even don't know their names..! Manik and Cabir bhai aaanndd..? I cleaned all the dust and the names became clear..!

MANIK..! CABIR..! JACK..! TIGER..! MAX..! THE FABULOUS FIVE..!

Why they broke up? Manik can sing? Cabir Bhai can sing? JACK? TIGER? MAX? Where were they? Why Manik left singing? Lot's of questions..! But no answer..! The only person who can answer my questions was MANIK..! And I know he won't tell me so easily. How should I break his shell?

I came to my room and saw Mohan Dada coming out of my room with a worker..! My mind was totally messed up..!

"Mam..! Your goldfish are there..! Please have a look..!"Mohan said obediently and I again became confused. I walked inside my room and again became excited..! So many goldfish in so many fish bowls were hanging with the ceiling near my balcony window..!

I run towards them and I excitedly tapped every bowl..! All of them were equally beautiful..!

"Is it ok Mam?"Dada again asked.

"It's perfect..!"I shouted excitedly and he smilingly left. I picked up the fish food from the shelf and tried to pour the food in the bowl but to my bad luck I was short to reach the bowls mouth..! I bad a face when suddenly two familiar arms picked me up and I reached the mouth of the bowl..

"Manik..! You are here?"I exclaimed and look at him.. He smiled to his fullest.

"Yes..! My shorty baby needs help na tou I came..!"He said naughtily and I made a pout.

"I am not shorty..!"I said angrily and he laughed.

"Acha baba bad main lar laina pehly fish ko khana tou daal do..!"He said smilingly and I remembered that I was here to feed my fish. I carefully poured thora thora food in each bowl and then Manik put me down.. As soon as he put me down I flunged in his arms..!

"Thank you..! Thank you..! Thank you..!"I shouted in his ears all the time jumping with excitement.

"You liked it?"He asked tucking my hair behind my ear.

"I loved it..! Aiyapaa Manik..! I have always dreamt of such a beautiful room..! And this butterfly and these goldfish..! Everything..! You have fulfilled my all dreams..! Thank you..!"I exclaimed and he pecked my forehead.

"So that means you are not mad at me anymore?"He asked hesitantly and I frowned.

"Sochoon ge..!"I said with an attitude and he mouthed an Ohh..!

"Let's see..!"He said naughtily and started tickling me..! I laughed loudly and we both fell on the bed. "Ummm Nandini..!"He said hesitantly as I came over him.

"Ji?"I asked loosening his tie which must be irritating him.

"May I kiss you please?"He pleaded and I was shocked on his cutest demand. "Just kiss aik bari..!"He again said nervously and I went all awe on his cuteness. I shyly nodded my head and he smilingly took my lips for a slow lazy kiss..! He kissed and kissed me pulling more and more me towards him and I moaned in his mouth..! He kept kissing until I became breathless feeling me breathless he broke the kiss and pecked my forehead.

"Thank you for everything Manik..!"I whispered smilingly.

"Thank you..! For accepting me even after my biggest blunder..!"He said with a guilty and kissed his cheek in response.

It was a cold evening and I was sitting in Manik's lap we both were on the swing which he had specially arranged in my balcony..! He was playing with my hair and was nuzzling his face in my neck..! I was quiet as now once again the FAB 5 was roaming in my mind..! Was that one of the reasons Manik was so dark?

"Why are you so quiet?"Suddenly Manik asked and I turned to face him. I put my arms around his neck and he caressed my forehead which had frowns over it.

"Ap meri aik baat manain gay?"I asked in my all time sugary voice and he smiled.

"Pehly koi baat taali hai jo ab taloon ga hmmm?"He said smilingly and I nodded.

"Manik..! Sing for me please?"I said hesitantly and the smile of his face faded..! OoPpSs..! I shouldn't have said this..!

"Why you opened that room?"He asked coldly and I gulped my saliva in fear..! How come he knows? Nandini Murthy have you forgotten he is THE MANIK..! He can guess me easily..! His expressions were furious..! I tried to speak but my bloody vocal cords didn't supported me..! "Answer me..! Why you opened that door?"He again said coldly this time in a high pitch.

"Manik I am sorry..!"I merely whispered and he got up..! He was about to leave when suddenly don't know from where I got the courage to speak..! "Where are Jack,Max and Tiger?"I asked bravely and his answer left me baffled and shocked with that he left..! And the answer was..!

"THEY ARE DEAD..!"

Ok..! So any confusion now? I am sorry for this crap..! Please please don't kill me..! Bus mery man jo bakwas I myny likh di..! Maafi..! Haath joor kay..! Jin ko pasand aya so curiosity barhi? Haan? FAB5? Wohooo? Where are jack max and tiger..? Are they really dead or not? How was Nandini's room decor? She is so cute ni? Aur Majnu Manik ki tou kya he baat hai hyeee...! Kaash aisa koi mjy bhi mil jye...! Par kahan milna..! Hmry naseeb main tou phupho ka beta he hona dekh laina huhhh..! I am dying to watch MaNan onscreen..! I wish jaldi say aa jyen..! And yeah the proposal is coming soon..! Maybe next update main Nandini kamyab ho jaye Manik kay shell ko break karny main..! I am hell nervous with this fab thing I hope tum log mjy bash nahi karo gay?

PS: It's Love is coming tomorrow inshaAllah..! With sangeet and a naughty naughty bachelors party..!
