One man show it is- but the one man is Niti.

But the purpose of the article is not at all to reach media, or create more fights between fans or cast. Its good enough that Niti read it , the purpose of the post was served. She appreciated it, tweeted it , thats a bonus. Please let things be.

I dont make posts usually, have been keeping up with the SNS and facebook updates on the interviews, arguments with the cast and trending for Parth.
While many sincere Manan fans have many times clarified that the trend was for Manan , somehow the trend was understood by many , that it was only for Parth to come back...including Parth Samthaan himself who said in his post as well as in the interview with GLitz vision that he was touched by the trend to bring him back to the show. Never a word of Manan was uttered by him, unfortunately.(*Edit-I meant Manan in reference to the trend.*)

All this when there was no gratefulness for the person who is keeping the show afloat...Niti. IF Niti would have given up, there would be no season 2. All the rest of the cast and technical team, creative team would also have lost their current jobs. Its true that Niti kept season 2 alive including ,marketing the show and trying to spread positivity. inspite of all the politics around it...inspite of all the bashing she got, inspite of being told she will fail. She kept going at it. Brave girl..much respect👏👏👏.

People bashed her for continuing the show when Parth left. Then they bashed her for marketing and asking people to watch S2. ( when she always asked people to watch S1 while S1 was on.)Then they bashed her for being friendly to Yuvraj and Karan. Then she was bashed for not missing Parth..people actually said she was maybe happy to see him gone so she can get more screenspace( whereas she gave up her screenspace for others in S2.). Then she was bashed for being rude on Twitter ...( because she was always so nice that people had the audacity to go to her twitter and tell her that she is a dumb bimbo and she is nothing without Parth).

The truth is, she was the one who cared the most ..thats why interacted more with the fans.always promoted manan and when Manan ended the way it did...which was no fault of hers...she still continued to to care. For her friends..for people who work with her..for her whole team who earns their daily bread and butter by working for the show. IF Niti had left like Parth..the whole team would be out there looking for their next gig at a short notice!!

She was also the woman who worked 24/7 to keep the show afloat when PArth was sick. No one acknowledged that...not Parth and not the Production House.


Whether Parth is really back or not, the Production House owes her an open appreciation note , publicly...to thank her 100% loyalty she gave to the show when the show was at its lowest points. She never jumped the ship..Kudos to this woman..

No wonder she is feeling bad now, because the person who left the show got all the attention and is being brought back with respect and a hike obviously..with a "the can't do without you " feeling. But the person who toiled through the show's thick and thin..and supported it or her friends and team is being bashed and is being told that she was nothing without Parth. Saddest thing I have seen in KYY history. I am feeling so much respect and empathy for her as a girl . Cannot imagine what she is going through. And she cannot leave the show because she made a commitment to her team and PH. And she honors it. She has too many good qualities that are not worthy of the world around her.

We all work at our jobs right ?Imagine, your teammate leaves and you try your best, work hard to keep the team and project afloat. But you dont get support and appreciation, instead there is a trend to get your teammate back. Not bad or wrong really. But then people tell you, that you are and were no good without your teammate. ?? What happens to all your hardwork..and to your self-respect?😕

Like the crying child gets more milk and the obedient child gets less attention, she is the good kid of the block who is being pushed around ..her fault was to care for all the parties involved and work through the situation. She should not really have cared so much..about her fans, about Manan, about her friends, about her co-star, about her production house.
Im surprised when people ask why she is angry.--Self Respect people...Is Niti not allowed any Self-Respect?


If at all KYY is a one man show...without any doubt the man would be Niti.

Also, this is not meant to be a thread for bashing Parth, so my request is to not do that. I do not have anything against his work or his comeback. My post is solely to give Niti the applause, recognition and appreciation she deserved for her loyalty and patience.

Disclaimer No 2: I do not belong to any fan group. I like Manan and have enjoyed watching all S1. Have no dislike for Parth, I like his work.Have no disrespect for the trend or people who trended and I said in my first para that the trend was for Manan, but was not understood so by all corners. Did not want him to leave in the first place, and no issues with him back. Only and Only point is , Niti should not have been bashed...and she should be recognized and given credit .Thats the one and only point im making.

I agree completely. Its a slap in the face for her, that despite all her hard work and loyalty she gets bashed let alone any recognition. Now that Parth might potentially come back, he is given this ultimate respect as if he is the only reason the show is running- and I don't think thats fair to the rest of the cast and crew. I love watching both Parth And Niti onscreen but it really isn't fair that the latter is being blamed for the choice the former made.

Being a new viewer, I have not followed the politics outside the show as much (Twitter, FB or Insta). But I soon caught up with the gist of things here. I can't fully agree with your post because I don't have all the facts but do agree that Niti does entail some sort of kudos/ appreciation from the PH for working hard during Parths illness and now doing her best for S2. Also some sort of acknowledgement from Parth himself.( this works both ways.. I have yet to hear Niti appreciate Parth for Manan - again my facts aren't thorough so I could be wrong with this. For some reason I see that both of them shy away from giving credits to each other.)

I am not going to say Parth shouldn't come back or doesn't deserve to do so. If he has that option and he is smart.. He should take it up which will make a lot of his fans happy and loyal to him. But then he needs to stick it out till a logical conclusion for Manan. This is where the creatives need to play it smart. Presently his image is that of free spirited guy with a commitment phobia ( work wise).

Anyways.. Your post will be truly appreciated by Niti. Hope she has some die hard fan here who will post it on her Twitter wall Or insta.

I really felt crying seeing her not getting the appreciation she deserves. when parth left no one cared that she stayed but some were even pointing fingers at her. many messaged her that they wanted season 2 and she assured all of them and when it happened people didnt want it. they wanted parth. they trended for parth. I cant even go on her instagram without seeing the stupid comments. I wish she leaves the show soon and start a new show. It was giving me stress to see her being so badly treated imagine how much stress she had to be under to see her being always wrong pointed fingers at.

You said it alll..!! Niti is hurt because of the constant bashing. People always blame niti for anything and everything. People should get their facts straight that niti is one who is keeping ky2S2 alive now. Seriously hatsoff to this girl who have so much calm and patience in her .. And about parth, doens't even want talk about him. He always comes and goes. He doesn't stick on to thing. If he comes back i will not be suprise even if he leave the show in the middle again to move on and do all sorts of adventures...!

What people fail to understand is that it is work for her and she has always been loyal to it. She always promoted MaNan and season 1 and even this time she tried to promote S2. Each and every post of hers on SNS these days, gets extreme reactions from the fans. I don't know how she is coping up with so much.

If we look at Season 1, whenever Paarth took a holiday, sometimes she had to do her scenes with him too and then with a BD too, double work, she never complained. She never took many holidays too. When Parth was hospitalised, she carried the show on her own for so many episodes, she also wasn't well at that time. Even the 100th episode had just her work in it. But she is a FL. It's the sad truth but we women always tend to appreciate and UNDERSTAND the ML more.

She still stuck to the show even when many people including the writer had left. What people are ignoring is that she is still playing Nandini, the half of MaNan, which people love so much (?)! She has equally contributed in making MaNan click onscreen. But it's sad that in the end Nan from the MaNan is not respected.

Word to what you said about continuing to work on a project when your team member leaves half way through it. She decided to still manage and carry on the project sincerely. But when the same project becomes all about the person who left, it is so unfair to her, who tried to carry on with the project because she respected what she had on hand. She is I guess 20 or 21, but she has got commendable work ethics for her age. She respects her work a lot and gives it her 100%, which shows onscreen. People always keep calling her a kid but she is way mature for her age.

Lastly, people need to just let her be. She is way more hard working and has got better work ethics than most of us. Let's show some respect for that at least.
