PART- 7 HER FIRST ATTACK...!!
It is said... the one whom u love the most is the one who has immense power to hurt you the most... to give u incurable wounds... and for nandini that one person was Manik... who damaged her beyond repair...!!
And also they are the only one who can heal those wounds... who can join that broken heart...!! And manik has made up his mind to bring her back...
Moving on to the story...!!

AROUND 12 AM ...
Manik stood up wiped his tears... and said I WILL BRING MY NANDINI BACK...!! I WILL BRING U BACK...!!
With this he drove his car back to nandini's place... and came in the same way... from the back yard... entered her bedroom where she was sleeping...
He walked to her bed knelt down in front of her... and kept looking at her face... which was devoid of any glow... and happiness... but this time manik behaved strongly and said to sleeping nandini... I KNOW I HAVE COMMITTED A CRIME... I SHOULD'NT HAVE LEFT U ... IT'S ALL MY FAULT NANDINI... I KNOW ... BUT WHY ARE U PUNISHING URSELF FOR MY DEEDS... I CANNOT SEE U LIKE THIS... I WANT TO SEE THAT OLD... ALL TIME CHIRPY AND CHEERFUL NANDINI... I WILL BRING THAT NANDINI BACK... I PROMISE...!!!
This time his determination was way too strong to be shaken by seeing her condition because he knew regretting on what's gone... will not help... he has to do something for her... he was ready to do... anything... anything means anything... whether it meant to sacrifice himself also... for her... FOR HIS STAR...

With this determination he moved from there... only after caressing her forehead and cheeks lovingly...
He just roamed in her house... finding for any clue or anything which would help him ... to fulfill his promise... and as he moved to the living room ... he only found some empty packets which now he knew were of those drugs... in one of the cupboard... then he moved to the kitchen ... only to find it empty having only some spices in one of the drawers and bread packet in the fridge and a few more basic things only... nothing much...
His eyes again brimmed with tears looking at all this but this time he didn't let them flow off his eyes... because ... he has decided... he will clear his test of love by teaching her how to live life again... by making her start a fresh ... but he left the decision of him being a part of that fresh start of hers... totally on her ... whether she wants him or not... in her future... because he has damaged her a lot... and now if she doesn't forgive him... he will happily take it as his punishment... he just wanted her to come back to herself... to what she was before...

He was now searching for something in there... but was not able to find it... and after searching the whole house... he couldn't find that thing... he only said...SO NOW U DON'T BELIEVE IN GOD ALSO ... UR AIYAPPA... !!! BUT I'LL MAKE SURE THAT U START BELIEVING IN HIM AGAIN... I WILL NOT LET U SLIP MORE INTO THIS DARKNESS... NOW IT'S MY TURN TO BE UR FIREFLY... WHO WILL GLOW FOR U IN EVERY DARKNESS... TO BRING U BACK TO LIGHT... !! I WILL MAKE U BELIEVE IN UR FIREFLIES AGAIN...!!! (Yes all this while he was searching for her aiyappa's photo and the fireflies jar... the two most precious things of hers... with the hope that if he finds those two things he could say that his nandini is still the same... but to his dismay he did not even found one of them...)
And then having a last look on her... he left her place at around 2am...
And reached back to hospital... to his dad... and sat on the stool near him... putting his head on his dad's hand... because no matter what... no matter how strongly he behaves... he too needed someone... after his dreadful day... where he had happiness of finding his love back... but the sadness of seeing her in that condition was much much more...
He dozed off holding his father's hand like a small child... waiting for the morning to arrive soon...

MORNING 7AM AT HOSPITAL...
Mr. Manav Malhotra after getting discharged where just leaving from there alone with his driver... but manik insisted on dropping him off... so giving up to his demand... his dad agreed... and they left from the hospital straight to the airport...

Soon they reached airport all way manik asked him to take care of himself... and he consoling and giving strength to manik that everything will be fine soon...
And biding a final good bye... with a best of luck to manik ... he left...
Manik left the airport around 9.15 am for the hard rock cafe... as it would take him almost one hour to reach there and if there would be traffic then... it would take him one and a half hour... and he didn't wanted to be late... because now it was a matter of life and death for him...
So he drove really fast...

AT 10.45 AM- HARD ROCK CAFE...
Manik reached the cafe... and entered in took a table of four... and sat there waiting for his friends turned strangers to come... all the while he was waiting his thoughts took him to the journey of his past... his beautiful days spent with his friends... and his star... her cheerful face came in his mind... and just then her all broken face came in his mind... and again he started remembering her condition in the hospital...

After some good 15 mins they entered in the cafe and found him sitting lost in his own world... so they walked up to him and just as they sat he came out of his thoughts... as now was the time to face the reality again...
Cabir: so Mr. Malhotra has learned to be on time finally...
Navya: nahi cabir...!! Yeh bilkul nahi badla hai... agar isne time pe aana sikha hota toh yeh kab ka wapas aa chuka hota... balki isne toh hadh par kar di... late hone ki... Ye itna late ho gaya ki intazaar karne walon ne hi ummeed chod di...
(Cabir and Mukti were shocked to see that bold navya who was taunting the raakshas of her life... with full confidence... but they knew her anger was right... being a true friend... she was too much angry on manik for bringing her friend to such a stage of life...
And manik understanding her taunt just looked down... out off shame... and seeing this change in all time Mr. Attitude manik malhotra... bowing his head down in shame ... that too because of 'once all time victim' ...was surprising for both the spectators...) and Mukti again felt the change in him... and said
Mukti: Navya...!! ( she eyed her giving a not- now look to which navya just moved her face to other side in fury...)
Manik: sahi hi keh rai hai ye Mukti... this time I crossed all the limits of being late...!! ( he said shamefully)
Navya: (sarcastically) nai nai manik..!! Abhi kaha ... tum seedhe uske marne par hi aate naa... abhi toh tum jaldi aa gaye...!! Aur hum pure vishwas ke saath keh sakte hai... ki tumne nandini ko galti se dekh liya hoga isilye aa gaye... nai toh tumhe kya faraq padhta hai... vo kisi bhi haal mai ho... kahi bhi ho...
With this manik again bowed his head as this was the truth... he saw her there in hospital accidentally...as he was there for his father's treatment...

Mukti knew where all this was going... so she thought to come to the point directly... as he was their last hope... to bring their angel back... and blaming him will not take them anywhere... just waste their time and energy...
Mukti: Navya bas...!! And manik let's talk point to point as now of now we r not the same old friends...!! ( she said this all in ice cold tone... devoid of any warmth of friendship... which they once had...)
Manik:(looking her with tearful eyes as he knew he deserved this kind of treatment... just came to the point...)
Mukti I want to know everything about nandini... what are the attacks which she gets?? How she landed here in London...?? How she became a drug addict...?? And where u found her that day... when she left the hospital...??
Cabir: that day when Mukti called me..!!

BACK IN TIME...
Cabir and navya left for the hospital informing dhruv and alya on their way... soon all of them reached there... and Mukti was standing at the entrance of the hospital... or I should say asking the people at the entrance showing nandini's pic. If anyone had seen her...
They reached her and they were doing the same.. then one among the crowd said that he has seen her going left from here... and then they sat in their cars with Mukti cabir and navya in one and dhruv aliya in one...
As Mukti was driving cabir just made a call to chachi telling her everything... and also assuring her that they will bring her back... with them...
...
After Searching for 2 hours they finally found her a little far from them... walking on the road lifeless... they stopped the car and came out only to be shocked that she was walking in the middle if the road... and truck was coming in a high speed...
(God only knows what was going in her mind... or something was going on or not... may be thought that putting her life at risk... she can get him back... as he was always there to save her... whether it was soha or that pandit... he always showed up for her rescue... but this time she somewhere knew that wouldn't come... and she would happily sacrifice her life on him... but...)

As all of them saw this... they ran to her in high speed and cabir rescued her just before the truck was going to hit her... as now all have them had decided that won't let anything happen to her...
...
They fall on the footpath... then cabir made her stand and checked for any wounds... but there were only two three scratches... then he looked at her face which still emotionless... no fear of death... no traces of tears... then... he just hugged her... and asked if she is fine... to which she obviously didn't replied... and deep inside him... cabir promised himself he will not let anything happen to her now... he will protect her as her brother... no matter what...
...
When cabir tried to break the hug he felt she has fainted... and this made all of them panic again as last time she fainted she didn't woke up for 2 long weeks... what If now also something happened... so they quickly carried her to the car... and sprinkled water on her face all the way to her house...and much to their satisfaction she openned her eyes but ws weak...
They reached her place rang the bell... and then chachi openned within seconds as if just waiting there for them... and as she saw nandini's condition she felt like crying... but controlling herself.. she gave her support and brought her in... and she just walked to her room...

In the living room...
They told chachi and amms where they found her and Mukti told about what doctor said... to which the two ladies broke into tears... and then consoling them and then handling them the pills with a warning of not to let her know about these pills all of them went...
...
Then night came and as per Mukti's instructions chachi mixed 2 pills in her milk and made her drink it... soon she drifted in sleep... but this time a calm one...
...

This routine continued for a week... In a week only she had started showing improvements... she started reacting... though she not talk... but she reacted... at Rishabh's attack... which he got seeing her condition as he loved her too much to loose her... he didn't wanted her to loose her melodious voice... just like him...
She caressed his hair to calm him down... as she also loved him too much too loose him just for the one whom she already lost...
Soon he calmed down and slept with his head in her lap...

This was noted by her family that how much they loved each other... one lost his calm seeing her like this and other kept aside all her sorrows seeing him... they were really happy seeing this improvement in her...

PRESENT-
Manik was in tears ... tears that he had been controlling since long... but listening that she was ready to die for him made him feel like killing himself...
Then cabir continued...
Cabir: (with tear filled eyes as he remembered those days) Manik her condition was heart wrenching... that day she just thought to die... but then we all became happy seeing her reacting... but we didn't knew that happiness has just turned it's face from us... because it was all momentary...
Mukti: after Rishabh's attack that day... she made him sleep and herself came out of his room... as she stepped down she stopped on her path... on hearing what amms and chachi were talking about... that day changed it all... she reacted... again... but this time in a furious way... she started sweating badly and that was her first attack...
Her first depression attack...!!!

So hello everyone...!! Again suspense...!!! What were amms and chachi talking about...??? And depression attack...?? How will manik react ...?? What will happen now...?? And who is going to die...?? Think think...
