Part 9- Confession part
"jhoot likha than na??"Asked Manik. "Kya jhoot likha tha???" asked a confused Nandini.
"main batata hoon" saying this Manik started dragging Nandini. She started resisting "Manik kahan leke jaa rahe ho??" Without saying anything he picked her up and started walking leaving all her suitcases there. Finally they reached to the car throughout Nandini trying to get off. He gently put her on the passenger seat and locked the door and came running to the driver's seat. He started driving, Nandini kept asking continuously "Manik kahan leke ja rahe ho??? Roko please...". Irritated by continuous nagging he said seriously "If you utter one more word i will kiss you right here... understood?" raising his eyebrows. Nandini nodded and turned her face towards the window without saying a word. Manik smirked. Soon they reached the Mansion. Manik got off and opened the door for Nandini to get down but she didn't and turned her face showing anger. "Fine so you want me carry you again...okay" saying this he picked her up and started walking in with a naughty smirk. This time Nandini didin't say anything because she was angry on him. On entering the mansion he kept her down and said "jao fresh hoke aao uske baad we will talk". She quietly went up. While going up she started thinking what if Manik asks me about the letter thing? Ya phir he wants me to sign the divorce papers in front of him?..."manik kuch pooch raha tha ki maine jhoot likha but what was he talking about?'.
She reached the room and went for a shower. After 10 minutes she came out and realised that she did not have her clothe . "Ayyappa what will i wear now. Thinking this she came out and saw a box kept there with a note.
"wear this and come down i am waiting for you...we have a party to attend"
She felt relieved. She opened the box and found a beautiful gown. Nanidini was dumbstruck. Though she was Manik Malhotra's wife she wore very decent clothes but this gown just made her go crazy. It was one of those designer collection ones. There was a pair of footwear and matching jewellery along with it.
She thought "How lucky i would have been agar Manik ye sab sirf ek party ke liye nahi but apne pyaar ke liye karta". This thought made her eyes teary. Shooing away all these thoughts thinking "they are going to get divorce and there was no hope" she started getting ready.
Nandini was oblivious to the fact that she was truly lucky because Manik was doing all this because of his love.
Half hour passed and now Nandini was ready, she had applied a very little makeup and a red lipstick. She was looking very pretty, any man would go crazy for her but her eyes missed the sparkle. She slowly walked down the stairs but there was no light all around. She started calling Manik's name loudly. She was on the verge of crying when she heard a sound that pleased her ears the most. She started following the sound.
YE ratien ab nahi dhadakti
Din bhi sasein nahi lete
Ab to aajao mere soniyaaa
Baatein reh gaye adhuri
Mere labon pe zaroori
Aake sun jaao mere soniyaaa

Meanwhile Manik was waiting outside singing for his lady love. After 10 minutes she came panting and finally let out a sigh of relief. Still she was confused because everything around was dark and the spot lights were on him and her. He came walking towards her. He was looking very handsome and hot. She was not able to remove her eyes from him. She did not notice the strong gaze on her. He reached very near to her and said huskily "Nandini you are looking so ethereal today!!" . A shiver ran down her spine, she blushed and looked down. Suddenly all the lights were switched on and the view was so beautiful. There was a table set in the middle of the swimming pool with lights glowing all around. The table and the curtains everything was white in colour. It was not looking less than a table set in heaven.
"manik party yahan pe hai but sab kahan pe hain??" asked confused Nandini. "the party is just for you.." said Manik lovingly. "HUH!??" asked nandini. "come" said Manik and held her and went to the table. Nandini started walking exploring the place with her eyes. Finally after reaching the table Manik called her softly "Nandini look at me." Nandini looked at his direction but he was not there. Just then she looked down and found Manik sitting on his one knee with her hand in his.Manik started "Nandini, I am really sorry for whatever i did to you before.But aaj jab aur us din jab tum hospital mein thi na to mujhe mera room aur ye bada sa mansion ekdum khali lag raha tha. Maine realize kiya ki tum meri life meinkitni important ho. You know tumhare aane se pehle main bohot lonely tha and isliye main jenny ke saath tha. I did not loved her but main uske saath bas isliye tha taaki main kam lonely feel karu. Phir tum aai but tab bhi maine tumhari kadr nahi kari... I am sorry for that. Aur aaj tum jaa rahi thi mujhe chodke but tumne apni diary mein likha tha that you will always love me... Jhoot likha tha kya????" asked Manik very innocently. Nandini who was now in tears nodded her head in a no. He continued "To phir kyu jaa rahi thin?? Mujhe to ab tumhare bina neend bhi nahi aati hai. Tumhe mera behaviour alag lagra tha kuch dino se but tumhe ye realize nahi hua ki aisa kyu hai??". Nandini again nodded a no. "Main batata hoon it was because I LOVE YOU ... yes I love you alot main ab tumhare bina nahi reh sakta. I am nothing without you. I promise that from now on i will protect you and will always be with you. Aaj ke baad tumhe diary ki koi need nahi hogi because i want you to share everything with me. Tumhe jo confess karna hoga vo tum mujhse karoge diary se nahi... aur aaj tum lawyer office shayad yeh soch ke nahi aayi ki main tumse divorce papers sign karaunga but you were wrong main to tumhe marriage certificate banwane ke liye bula raha tha...
So Mrs Malhotra would you like to continue your life with me and bless me??. I toh want to spend my entire life with you because I LOVE YOU ALOT... and i promise the next time i kneel down in front of a girl it would be when i would tie our Daughter's shoe lace.."
Nandini was really happy now. Tears were continuously flowing from her eyes. Such an honest proposal by him made her fall for him all over again. She signalled him to stand up. After he stood up, she just hugged him as tight as possible Manik too responded and she said "Ofcourse I would love to spend my entire life with you... Manik I LOVE YOU TOO..." . Manik just couldn't control himself more and slammed his lips with her. She was relishing the taste of his upper lip while he was doing same with her lower one. It was a slow and passionate kiss filled with pure love for each other. Soon their tongue's mingled and started fighting for dominance. Finally after feeling the need of oxygen they broke up. The lipstick on Nandini's lips had just vanished. Nandini blushed and looked down. Manik lightly held her chin and made her look up and said " Nandini you don't need to feel shy but yeah you can blush because i love it on your cheeks" and kissed her cheeks. "chalo lets have dinner!! Jaan". This love made her blush and taking her in a side hug Manik walked to the table for having dinner
