Next morning ; Malhotra Mansion
The trio were having their breakfast with random discussions. The atmosphere inside Malhotra Mansion as well as the all Malhotras was quite settled then. They were overcoming from their faked happy mask to real relaxed smiles.
" okay guys. M done. Lets leave for office papa. " Nandini said after having her breakfast. Maan also was done and stood up and wore his blazer.
Suddenly Niyonika remembered something and stop them. " heyy listen. Nandu. "
" haan mom" she turned and replied.
" ohh actually I just forgot to inform you guys something. " Niyonika said. And Maan asked her " what ? "
" oh Maan do you remember Mr. Mehra ? Mr. Sameer Mehra. Actually tonight is his son's wedding reception at Lonavala. And he invited us personally. So office se jaldi aana. Then we will leave at evening. And I was thinking of taking Nandu also with us." She replied.
Maan thought for some time might be trying to recalling Mr Mehra then replied " oh yes. Sameer Mehra. Yaa he called me last day but was in meeting. Okay. Cool. We are going. Nandu ? " he turned around Nandini as per asking for her.
" ermm.. " she was confused but decided to agree to them then suddenly they heard Manik's yawning behind and remembered.
" what's up guys. " Manik walked towards them and sat beside Niyonika keeping his lazy sleepy head on her shoulder.
" ohh Manik are you free tonight? " Niyonika asked Him ruffling his hairs.
" why ? " he asked as usual closing his eyes like tried to sleep.
" actually we are going for one party tonight at Lonavala. Toh if Mr. Rockstar has some of his precious Time free then he is also invited. " Maan as usual pulled his son leg and the two ladies giggling.
" what's so funny ? " Manik glared at three of them angrily And other started suppressing their laughs .
" and for your kind attention I am genuinely busy tonight. " he replied with attitude and Niyonika teased him saying " that's exactly what Maan asked. "
Manik rolled his eyes in frustration seeing his family giggles and then sighed " whatever."
" okay Toh we three are going. " Niyonika said smiling and Manik frowned and looked at Nandini. And said " three? Who three? Oh you mean Nandu too ? But she is not going with you. Hain na ? "
he turned his questioning gaze towards her as he was asking for her assurance. And Maan and Niyonika gave a confused look.
Nandini smiled in side her heart and replied " yaah mom I am not coming. Actually I am going out with Manik. Today is his sixth album launch that too with The Platinum Musics. "
" what ?? " both the parents shouted in unison.
" really? Is it so? Wow. " Niyonika exclaimed and hugged her son. Manik smiled and kissed her temple.
" that's a very good news. Congrats son. Platinum music is such a big name. Umm. I am proud of you. But I will be happy if you will inform us about it
yourself. " he faked little anger but he was happy for one reason that Manik as usual shared his all happiness first with Nandini. It gave him some hope for their future.
" dad. !!! "Manik was guilty of that and hugged his dad.
" ohh it's okay my love. Congrats. "
" okay then Manik and Nandini will go to his party. And we Will leave for Lonavala around 5 okay. " Maan said the final decision and left for office with Nandini.

Later after some hours.
" beta kuch socha hai aage kya karna hai ? " Niyonika suddenly asked Manik who was fully engrossed in his cell messaging lying on Niyonika lap whereas she was busy with her office papers.
Firstly he didn't pay any heed but play. Niyonika got pissed of and sternly asked " Mmanikk. I am asking you something . " and poked his head.
" what mom ? " he disturbingly got up and asked.
" have you ever been tried to be serious? " she slightly shouted at him. Then cooling herself said " Did you think about your life your future? About Nandu ? "
Manik raised his brows as he himself was hell confused with that certain topic. He is was sure and superbly secured about his career but future life. !!! He didn't sure .
He sighed and looked at her with pleading eyes as in asking for her help.
Niyonika understood her son. She kept her files aside and turn around him adjusting herself comfortably on the couch.
" Manik I know jaise yeh shaddi hua it's too weird and sudden. But the fact is now
you're married. I know you guys are tying good to gel up like the old days but you have to try your best. I mean now you have the responsibility of Nandu. Though I know thora time lagega. But eventually I will. Look it's already almost three months of your marriage and still you guys are stuck with those uneasiness. So now I think it's the time you guys should discuss about your futures. I mean future together. " she tried to explain as simple was as a mother can not to reach her son's mind.
Manik was still confused and unknowingly embarrassed with 'together future' thought.
" look I know it's little awkward but eventually it is the undeniable fact too. Think about it. " Niyonika patted his back and stood up to give her son some alone time to think over these.
She took four steps towards her room and suddenly stooped and turned and said " Manik... Are you still afraid of hurting her ? I mean as per I know , my son is brave enough to admit THAT TRUTH. Remember ? "
Sating she left with a smirk stirring Manik's entire gray matter as well as pulmonary articulates and vessels.
" am I still afraid to admit THAT ? " He questioned himself.

At car . Way to Malhotra Heights
" Nandu are you okay beta ? " Maan asked suddenly.
She turned and gave an assured smile.
" I know princess jo hua achanak hua. But ho toh gaya. Aub woh sab sochke kya aage barna hum chorde? Should we just let it go or face it bravely? I know it's easy to
to state but very hard to execute. But that's called Try. And no one will be happy with bad past but a good present as well as future. Jo hua forget it. Forget the all odds and move on. "
He stooped and kept his hand on her and spoke further " I know Yeh shaadi se you are not happy. And trying to get over of all this but at end we have to admit the fact right ? " he paused looked outside and then taking a breath said " Beta I think now it's time you guys should talk about your future. Together. And I know my daughter is brave enough to accept THAT all over again. Right ? "
He stooped with a smirk and Nandini just stared him.

The entire day the two were drown in their respective THAT thoughts. And newly restarted WhatsApp talks. They smiled , they teased through msgss. They were coming towards each other step by step. Slow yet strongly. And that naughty cutie pie almighty was busy doing salsa with his magic wand in his mind with smirks in his mind .

Evening Malhotra Mansion.
Maan and Niyonika left after bidding them good bye for lonavala .
Soon it was the time for them to go to party.
Manik was in his room busy finding a perfect dress for himself. Thought Manik Malhotra had already gained the tag of ' the most fashionable hunk of town' but yet that day he was confused for no reason. He wanted to look best for unknown no reason . He was ruffling his hairs when he heard a ' click ' of the nob of his room door. He turned
and found Her standing there with a cup.
" hii " Nandini greeted him like a stranger. " Earl Grey Black tea ? " she forwarded him a cup .
He smiled and took the cup. Abruptly their fingers touched with each other and surprisingly they both shivered. They looked at each other. Their confused eyes met. Soon they both found them drowning each other's pool of eyes. They swimed into the pool for some next good couple of dreamy minutes and came out of the pool jerking their unknown desperate feelings to save each other from embarrassment.
They both took deep breath silently and then Manik took the charge to cool the atmosphere.
" nice tea. You made na ? It's still the same. Awesome. " he complimented abs sat beside her.
" thanks " she thanked and then looking at the pile of very expensive cloths shattered to heartless on the floor she retorted " What's wrong with you Manik ? Yeh kya haal bana dia kapro ka? " she quickly started picking up the cloths from the floor and continued her blabbering " Shitt. They are too expensive and exclusive. Is this the way to manage your cupboard? You are so hopeless Manik Malhotra. I don't know kab sudhroge tum? You're married now at least aub toh sudher jao. "
She said what she didn't want to. She cut her tongue in embarrassment. She started cursing her impulsive mouth to spoke much.
Manik also startled listening her. " you are married now " started dancing inside his head. And that crazy stupid smile
crept at the corner of his lips. And the fact was they both were blishing .
He pressed his lips to control his giggle and to swipe away the awkwardness he said " ohh it's ..its not my fault. There is no good attire in my closet yaar. "
" seriously ? Like seriously Manik ? You don't have good cloths na ? " Nandini turned and gave a disbelief glare.
" nehi toh aur kya? Look. These are so boring. " he picked up some shirts and waved in front of her.
" I just can't believe you Manik. " she sighed in disbelief and started searching for something in his closet when he just kept admiring her.
He was feeling happy as after so many days finally he got that glimpse back of 'his Nandini'.
" finally !!! " she sighed in relaxation and turned with a red shirt , semi black blazer with faded jeans.
" So ?? " she gave a proud look to him which she herself had bought from London.
Though he liked it but thought to tease her . So he just kept checking out the shirt with a confused " ermm... " face.
She literally pissed off with his antiques and pushed him towards bed. " what ermmm ?? Haan ?? Ehi pahnne wale ho tum. You are going to wear this only. Samjhe. Now just get ready. " she threw the cloths on him and rushed out of the room with a grumpy face.
Manik just couldn't held but laughed like mad. After a while he smiled liked that so free and full of his heart. His loud laugh reached the adjacent room and that person also started smiling . After a
long time Malhotra mansion smiled.

After an hour
" Nandini I am waiting downstairs please come fast "
Manik knocked her door and went to downstairs while msg talking with fab 5 .
He was waiting for her in the hall and checking his mails when Cabir called him.
" heyy bol. " Manik received the call.
Cabir - " kahan hai saale kitna late ho gaya. Come fast. Platinum k manager ka v phone aa chuka hai do baar. Mukti and me reaching there come fast. Aliya and Dhruv already has reached there. "
Manik - " hmmm Cabir. Aa raha hu. Just on my way. bus woh... "
Manik couldn't complete his sentence or something didn't let him complete his conversation and choked his voice.
" Manik Manik ... what happen? Manik are you there ? " Cabir kept blabbering at the other side getting no response from that side.
" bye " Manik just murmured and end the call.
Manik's jaw dropped seeing that amazing scenario in front of him. He became awestruck.
Actually talking with Cabir Manik turned around and his heart stopped beating with a thud. He just couldn't believe what he was seeing.
Nandini was coming down wearing a black designer sharee which was complimenting her milky white skin exposing her perfect waist like a hide and seek game , with enhancing red border and killer backless blouse and simple Red earrings. Her attire was smile but elegant yet super attractive.
Manik gulped his saliva down mesmerising the beauty coming towards him with a cute enhancing smile. He was spellbound with her beauty. He never thought that his Nandu could be so much attracting whilst ethereal.
" Chale ? " Nandini asked coming near him. But he was too lost in her to reply.
" Manik " Nandini kept her hand softly on his shoulder .
"Hmmm ... sharee ?? " all he could manage to say.
" haan woh mom ne dia tha. She told me to wear this. Though I told her that will wear dress but she insisted. Toh !! Kyun achchi nehi lag raha hai? Should I change? " she said in one go.
" Beautiful !!! " he finally uttered and jerking his weird thoughts said " aree no. You're looking beautiful Nandini. Don't change. Woh actually you are not used to with sharee toh I just generally asking. " he tried to give justify to his palpitations which were making him feel very uncomfortable.
" sachchi na? Am not looking bad right? " she questioned.
" Haan baba.. you are looking ethereal Nandini. " he assured with his world famous million dollars smile.
" By the way you are also looking dashing in my choice. " she complimented him.
"Achcha ?? Wase it's not because of the cloths but me and my aura you know. I am already handsome . " he winked. And she shook her head .
" yahh I know. okay. Now Let's go. " she smiled with him and both walked out of the mansion.
