Talking of lamps, I think the lamp in Manik's room is not what Nandu gave him for I doubt it could have survived such a savage throw. I think Manik took the trouble of buying one exactly like that one because after he mended his relationship with Nandu, he wanted to cherish the memory of her very first gift. So even if it is not the same lamp, replacing it with one which looked the same spoke of his love for her and everything she reminds him of. Hope that made sense.

@VK- What spasht? He said it in that bathroom too, why was Alya carrying condom in her bag, she has done it, every essence of Manik seconds it - unless he rectified his device ,there is no chance in hell he is all white for his babe, even if he likes her in white.
