Manik's sleep was disturbed by the chirping of the birds. He slowly opened his eyes and found himself beside Nandini. He was surprised to see themselves in that position. He lifted his head from hers and bent forward to look at her. Strands of her hair were covering her face. He slowly and carefully put them back of her ear so that she should not be disturbed. Manik was lost in her beauty. A smile automatically found its place on his face when he saw her face. It looked soo peaceful. But there was actually no peace inside her heart. He remembered the moments from last night when she was laughing her heart out with him. It made them more happy. He did not wanted to wake her up. He wished he could remain there ; admiring her beauty and her.

Just then Nandini's sleep was also disturbed by the chirping of birds and she moved a bit in her sleep. Seeing her moving Manik turned his gaze from her face to other side. Nandini opened her eyes and found herself resting on Manik's shoulder. She woke up with the jerk but was too embarrassed to look at him. She stood up from there and without looking at him said ; "mujhe fresh Hona hai ; tum bhi fresh ho jaao." and walked inside her room. He stood up from there and picked the cushions as well on which they were sitting. Nandini was just standing near her cupboard not looking at Manik. He kept the cushions on the bed and left the room . She locked her room and recalled the moment when she woke up and saw herself resting on his shoulder. This time she was feeling restless. Unlike the moment in night where she was smiling at all those moments ; this time she was feeling angry. Her breathes were becoming heavy and in her anger and frustration she hitted the lamp kept near the door and it fell on the ground.

On the other hand ; Manik , who now came to the balcony of the living room leaned upon the baclony and looked up at the sky. He was looking at the birds who were announcing to the world that its morning now. He was admiring the beauty of the morning. He stood straight and folded his arms across his chest. Moments of last night and today's morning were flashing in front of his eyes. He was smiling remembering them. After few minutes he moved towards the guest room to change.

After some time Nandini came out of her room. She seemed to be disturbed. She looked for Manik in the living room but he was not there. She went towards the guest room and knocked on the door. "Manik.." She called him from outside. She again knocked the door and called his name but same result. She thought he must be in washroom. She slightly pushed the door to sneak in and found that the washroom's door was open. She frowned and moved inside calling his name. There was no response. Then her eyes fell on the clothes lying on the bed that she gave to him at night. She picked them up and came in the living room to check in the balcony. He was no where to be found. Just then her eyes fell on a mug kept on the table. She moved towards it and picked it up. It was hot. A paper was kept beneath the mug. It looked like the mug was used as a paper weight. She picked up the mug from one hand ; paper from another and started reading it..

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING LAST NIGHT. FOR ALLOWING ME TO SPEND THE NIGHT AT YOUR PALCE ; CLOTHES ; COFFEE ; YUMMY FOOD AND THE LATE NIGHT TALK. THIS COFFEE IS MY WAY TO THANK YOU... HOPE YOU LIKE IT... PLAESE PEE LENA...!! SEE YOU AT OFFICE.

Manik had already left the place. Nandini did not had any expressions on her face. She looked at the mug after reading the letter. After thinking for a while she took a sip from. She took the mug and letter with her inside her room and started dressing up for the office.

Manik reached his place and then after changing up he went towards the petrol pump to get the fuel and from there he went to that place where his car broke down in the night. He refilled the tank and started the cat which thankfully got started in the second attempt. The drove towards his office.
Meanwhile Nandini also called up a mechanic and guided him with her office address where her car was parked. She took an auto and reached office.

In the history of that office from the time Manik and Nandini had started working togather ; it was the first day when Manik reached office before Nandini. He came up to his desk and found her desk in the opposite bay was still empty.
"Ye abhi tak aayi kyun nahi..?" He murmured to himself.

After 10 mins he found her coming towards her bay. Nandini looked up to him and was surprised to see him already there at this time. He smiled at her but to his surprise Nandini didn't responded back. She went straight towards her bay and sat on her desk. Manik frowned at this behaviour of hers. Both were indulge in their work. After one hour ; Vaibhav came there and was surprised to see Manik already there.
"Wooohooo ; Manik ; on time ..?? Not bad yaar..? Waise ye chamtkaar hua kaise..?" Vaibhav on his surprise asked him. Manik looked at Nandini on hearing that question from Vaibhav. She was fully indulge in her work.
"Bas aise hi..!! Soocha aapki baat maan li jaye..!" He smirked at Vaibhav and answered him. Just then Cabir came and looking at Manik , he said to Vaibhav sarcastically ; "main Kya aaj itna late aaya ki Manik mujhse pehle aa Gaya..?"
Manik and Vaibhav laughed at it. Suddenly Manik sneezed ; "GOD bless you" Cabir immediately said. Just then Nandini too sneezed and Cabir turned back and blessed her too. Again Manik and Nandini sneezed ; and this time togather.
"Kya baat hai..! Baarish ka sabse zayda Asar tum hi dono par hai.. Dono barish mein bheege the Kya..??" Cabir said looking at both of them. Both were stunned at the statement made by Cabir. They became nervous and looked at each other. Both were remembering the last night. Suddenly Nandini recalled the morning when she woke up beside him and she turned away her gaze. Manik felt her behaviour weird. Cabir went back to his desk with Vaibhav and Manik was still looking at her , trying to understand her.

Nandini had never been very friendly to Manik in the office but then today she was not behaving normally with him. She tried a lot not to talk to him and when she needed to ; she didn't looked at him. Her weird behaviour was not getting unnoticed by him. A guilt was covering his mind.
