CHAPTER 38

manik came out of the washroom wearing a black sherwani chosen by nandini. as soon as he stepped out of the washroom he was stunned on his place and leaned against the wall watching his beloved sitting infront of the mirror and wearing the bangles. he blushed on his own looking how beautiful and elegant she was looking in the yellow pink saree with a pair of jhumka's and a thin layer diamond set. her expressions were changing because she was not being able to match up her bangles. manik smiled and went upto her. he bent down and sat on his knees infront of her.

n=manik.. dekho na, yeh bangles, match up nahi horaha ha.

she made a cute pout face and showed him the set of bangles.he smiled and took the bangles from her hands

m=bass , itnisi bat?? i'll help u

a big smile appeared on nandini's face watching her manik arranging the bangles with so much love. she ruffled his hair making him blush

n=manik tum blush karte waqt kitne cute lagte ho..

m=aur mujhe blush karte dekh jab tum ese hasti ho toa aur bhi cute lagti ho

"nandini, manik jaldi karo neeche sab wait karraha hai" alya knocked on the door and asked them to hurry. manik finished matching up her bangles

m=ye lo..hogaya aur kuch??

nandini smiled as she was being notorious

n=umm.. ab jab match up kar dia ha toa pehna bhi do

she forwarded her both hands infront of manik and he was more than ready to adore her or dress up her. manik sat on the stool beside her. at first he took her left hand and began to put on the bangles very gently.nandini was watching him without any blink how carefully and gently he was caressing her hands and kissing it after putting on each pair of the bangles. she closed her eyes feeling his trail of kisses coming from hand to her shoulder to her neck.

n=manik kya karraheho?. ...sab neeche wait k...

m=its not my fault.. you know nah tumhe dekhtehi i loose control upon myself. aur wasebhi its gonna be a long wait for me till the party ends and we get back to ourselves

he was about to kiss her but she put her palm on his lips

n=manik.. its not the time and we both know that were will we end up. right now, its mukti's engagement and sab humara wait karraha ha. so, you gotta wait for it.

manik kissed her palm and nodded in a yes. he made her wear rest of the bangles and both headed downstairs holding eachothers hands.

cabir takes the mike to grab everyone's attention

c=welcome all the beautiful people. jaisa ke ap sab jante ha ke aj humari bohot hi not so favourite mukti ka birthday ha

mukti glares at him and everybody laughs

c=actually not only birthday but also... uski engagement ha aj abhimanyu singh ke sath. give them a big round of applause and lets begin the engagement ceremony

everybody clapped for them. nandini and alya made mukti sit beside abhi on the couch and everyone was standing surrounding them. nandini put a red chunri over mukti's head and nyonika put teeka on MukBhis temple. abhis dad handed him the ring and manik gave mukti the ring. both exchanged rings and everybody showered rose petals over them. MaNan who were standing beside eachother, manik holded nandini's hand tightly and caressed her engagement ring. nandini blushed as he kissed her hand

manik rolled his eyes while nandini was looking here and there

everybody gathered in the dance floor. manik cabir were pushing abhi to start while the girls were laughing watching them.finally abhi began

the girls were feeling shy to start. mukti whispers something in nandini's ears. nandini nods in no but then alya and mukti pushes nandini and she begans

Sehra sajake rakhna chehra chupake rakhna [nandini goes to abhi and dances around him]

Yeh dilki bate apne dil me daba ke rakhna [nandini goes to manik and puts her arm on his shoulder, manik smirks watching her dancing]

nandini brings the cake and everybody gathers around. mukti cuts the cake and feeds manik first then her parents and abhi. manik takes a piece and was being a bit cozy with nandini. nandini blushes and turns to go pushing him slight. her hair falls on his face.. manik feels heaven feeling her hair and starts singing

Ur ur ke teri zulfen karti ha kya ishare [holdings nandini's dupatta and pulls her back]

Dil thamke khare hain ashique sabhi kaware [turns her around and makes a puppy face to make her pity on him ]

Chup jaye sari kuriya gharme sharam ke mare [the girls twirl around hiding their faces with their palm]

[boys sing altogether]

nandini was dancing on the fullest. manik standing with the boys watching her smile and feeling happy. nandini's eyes meet his and she stops dancing feeling shy. manik gestures her that she was dancing very well and gives her a flying kiss. cabir watching the duo smirks and begins

Main ek jawan ladka tu ek haseen ladki [cabir comes to the center]

Yeh dil machal gaya toa mera kusur kya hain [dances with attitude]

Rakhna tha dil pe kabu yeh husn toa hai jadoo [druv who was shy and blushing alya comes upto him]

Jadoo yeh chal gaya toa mera kusur kya hain [caresses his cheek with her finger while everyone were smiling watching druv becoming red]

Rasta humara takna darwaja khulla rakhna [ abhi says to mukti ]

Lene tujhe ae gori ayenge tere sajna [manik comes to nandini and winks at her]

Kuch aur ab na kehna kuch aur ab na karna [nandini puts her hand on his mouth]

Yeh dilki bat apne dil me daba ke rakhna [twirls around him and pecks his cheeks]

Sehra sajake rakhna chehra chupake rakhna [Altogether everybody dances ]

After a dhamekar engagement party everybody being tired landed up in their respective rooms. nandini was putting off her jeweleries and manik was lying on the bed bare chest watching her. nandini was continuously blablaring about the engagement party about the dance how much everybody enjoyed while manik was staring at her without any blink

n=manikk... ouch help na

nandini was stuck not being able to unhook the necklace. manik smiled and got down from the bed and walked upto her.

n=manik dekho nah isse.. kya hua isse

manik looked at her through the mirror and gently moved her hands from her back and unhooked the necklace planting a kiss on her back. nandini shivered on his touch. she was about to something when she felt his fingers tracing across her spine passing current through her body. she closed her eyes and managed to say "manik"...

he said while unpinning her pallu and slowly turned her around leaving her only in the blouse and peticoat. nandini tried to cover herself with her both hands but manik held her back

nandini slowly opened her eyes and looked at him. he moved her hands from her chest and pulled her closer from waist

m=you can blush but you dont need to feel awkward infront of me. its me, tumhara manik.

nandini smiled and cupped his face

manik smiled and fused his lips with hers instead of saying i love u back. he closed his eyes pouring all his love for her through the kiss. her moans and whining making him even more crazier. he bit her lower lip making her weak, her hands fisted in his hair sign of pleasure and want of more. feeling her breathe becoming heavier manik broke the kiss with a peck on her swollen lips. he looked at her with love and desire and saw her also looking at him with love and shyness. he couldnt resist himself and again slammed his lips with hers. this time he pushed her a bit and pinned her to the wall

he was kissing her hungrily, not being enough of her. her knees were shaking falling weak. she clutched his shoulder tightly and he understood she needs air.

he looked at her swollen lips and caressed on the love mark given by him

m=your lips are swollen still i dont feel enough.. i cant control myself when i see you and

n=ssshhh [puts a finger on his lips] kuch mat bolo. yaad ha manik? shadi ke bad jabhi main tumse sorry kehti thi for making you wait, tum kya kehte the? not to be sorry, take your time cause when it will happen it's gonna be beautiful right??

he nodded in a yes

n=and yes its beautiful. u make me beautiful, the way he love me, your kisses and all these signs which claim that im only yours. its all beautiful manik and my swollen lips, yeh to nishan ha that how madly u love me and um yours. its only your right to kiss me like this,so never ever feel sorry or think that you hurt me.

nandini smiled and kissed his forehead. manik was about to kiss her but she stopped

manik smirked and picked her in his arms and headed towards the bed.

Next morning, at the breakfast table

raj=manik. kal subhah tum nandu mukti abhi cabir alya aur druv mangalore ke liye nikal jaoge

ny=main aur tumhare dad nandini ke parents ke sath flight me ayenge. tum sab bacche maze karte hue jeep me chale jana

m=woh nandini guards toa humesha mere aur dad ke sath rehte ha, u no business problems and all that, and i really dont like ke mere family personal moments ko media apne page 3 ka news bana de, thats why to cover them up..

girls were in the hall choosing dresses for themselves. mukti had been trying to select lehenga for herself for the past half an hour but she wasnt being to choose one. nandini was trying to find a suitable saree for herself. manik was talking on the phone and came out of the study. he saw the ladies doing shopping. alya and nyonika helping mukti while nandini was looking for herself.

manik hung the call and came to the hall
