What happens when you fall in love but refuse to acknowledge it.. You do everything that qualifies as stupid and refuse to acknowledge it. Manik Malhotra the man, the enigma was now a teenager who found his love and but refuse to acknowledge it why cause he is Manik and well he ended up doing silly things providing wholesome entertainment to DJ and Cabir who made sure they enjoy this movie popcorn...
Manik was very intelligent and in love his intelligence worked over time..The morning after the disastrous ice cream "date" Manik worked hard searched all over the internet and found a fancy sweet dish "moong daal ka halwa" why cause Nandini loves halwa...He woke DJ up at 5 am and sent her to the kitchen ordering "please make sure you prepare it before I come back I am going out be back in 30.." DJ laughed her heart out and texted her partner who was dreaming about miss Navya...As soon as Cabir saw the text he fell off the bed Manik at 5 am awake felt like some miracle...
It was almost 6 am when Manik returned home and found DJ waiting with the gift box.. "it's ready Mr Malhotra.." she winked.. "DJ seriously take a break...I am not going to Nandini's" Manik blurted.. "Who said Nandini but?" DJ caught him red handed..."I am going to take shower.." Manik ran away to hide embarrassment.. But since Manik was not used to getting up early he fell asleep as soon as he relaxed on his couch.. It was 9 am when Manik woke up.. "oh freak.." He shouted and rushed out. but by the time he reached Nandini's house it was too late Dhruv was already there. This left Manik very jealous but he was the Manik Malhotra and he won't give up so easily so he walked in Nandini's room gave her the halwa and flowers and made some excuse and dragged Dhruv out of their...
Manik was very pissed in the college, DJ saw this and asked Cabir to add fuel in the fire..Cabir winked and set the plan in motion.. Manik was sitting on a chair playing his guitar and lost in Nadini's thoughts.."What's up Manik you seem angry and pissed.." Cabir asked innocently.. "I am not angry.." Manik replied.. "Really Manik come on don't lie.." Cabir said.. "Now tell me what happened?" "Dhruv I mean Dhruv is hanging too much with Nandini.." Manik said angrily.. "How do you know ?" Cabir questioned him.. "Arre I saw him there at her house yesterday and today.." Manik blurted... "What he needs to do there.." "Same reason that took you there.." Cabir replied.. "Why did you go there Manik?" Cabir asked him and Manik didn't knew the answer..
Manik knew Nandini was special to him she affected him more than anyone.. Her tears made him sad, her smile made him smile, her words changed him, she changed him..Her eyes he could see his whole world in her eyes, every moment spent with her was made alive and every moment spent away was made alive by her memories..Manik knew she was something else, this feeling was something else but didn't knew what to term it, didn't knew it was love..
"He loves her partner..He loves her.." Cabir exclaimed as he came out of the room and met DJ.. "I know buddhu.." DJ patted his cheeks "now you have to help me.." "Only on one condition.." Cabir said.. "What's that?" DJ asked.. Cabir blushed and said "Set me up with Navya na.." "Ooo so that's the thing.. My favorite boys falling for my favorite girls..Done.." and she hugged him... Like Manik even Cabir was DJ's favorite everyone saw the funny Cabir only DJ saw the broken and lost Cabir.. When Cabir was lost and lonely DJ was the one who reached out to him and Cabir was very very close to her and she was to him..
"Now I have to step in.." DJ thought and gave a call to Nandini.. "hello beta how are you DJ asked.. Nandini "Hello Mam..I am good and how are you?" DJ "I am very well so when are you recovering?" Nandini "The doctor said in two days I should be back to college.." DJ "Great this college is missing you.. I have an offer for you..I would like you to be my assistant.." Nandini "What? But I don't know anything.." DJ said "Nandini you know music and your traditions and that's the only qualifications you need to be my assistant.. Would you like to join me.. I will pay you and that will make you independent.." Nandini was overwhelmed, she always wanted to be independent so she could not refuse the offer.."Mam I will be honored to be your assistance.." DJ was ecstatic "Ok Nandini so two days later at 7 am I will see you at my place on the first day of your job.." "Sure mam.." Nandini said happily.. "Don't call me mam beta call me DJ like everyone..Ok.." Dj ordered.. "Ok DJ.." Nandini obliged... Mission accomplished DJ and Cabir who was listening to the whole convo hi fived each other...
If DJ was on a mission our very own Manik was also on a mission to score points against Dhruv..Manik wanted to make sure this time he reaches early to Nandini so he messaged everyone to come for practice at 8 am in Space...The next morning Manik woke up early and reached Nandini's home by 6 am.. "bingo.." he thought when he didn't see Dhruv's car..But he forgot in his madness that everyone else might be sleeping.. Chachi was shocked to see Manik at that time but asked him to come in.. Manik went to Nandini who was happily sleeping.. He was lost in her beauty, her charm and simplicity..
He kept looking at her without disturbing her for a long time til chachi came in with tea.. She was surprised as to why Manik didn't wake Nandini up.. "Woh chachi she was sleeping na so that's why.." Manik shied..Chachi knew why Manik frequented their house and she loved him very much..She woke Nandini up who was surprised to see Manik in her bedroom at 6 am...manik showed the box of chocolate cake that he brought for her.. "Manik I can't eat sweet this early in the morning.." Nandini said innocently.. "Noo no not now aaram se..'' Manik said...
Manik made these routine for the next two days for visiting Nandini and keeping Dhruv away form her.. Soon two days passed like a dream for both of them..And finally it was time when Nadini got back to college and before that her first day at job at Malhotra Mansion as DJ's assistant...
