Shadows Of Darkness 32 Finale

"No no no way a dual ceremony.. If the dream can be so scary what will happen in reality... Let Nandini move in I will explain her pyaar se.. We can't have dual wedding.. No just NO.." Manik spoke as he walked out to look at the arrangements...

As a dazed Manik stepped out of his bedroom to look for the final arrangements before the big moment finally arrived he was still wanting to go back to his bed.. His body was pleading for sleep and rest but his mind was working overtime and the dual wedding dream left him scared and scarred.. He went out and checked on the decor and found Alya and Dhruv arguing about the light arrangements, he looked at them and smiled.. He came back to see the food arrangements and found chacha and chachi had taken control of the department and he went on to check on Cabir who was sitting alone..

"Dude I should be depressed and tensed with the kind of things Nandini has been saying.. Why are you so grumpy.." Manik joked... "Well you'd never be sad and grumpy even in the dual ceremony.." Cabir said and Manik looked at him amused as to how did he know about the that.. "Dude Nandini told everyone that whenever you are getting married it gonna be dual ceremony...It's so happening now.." Cabir laughed.. "Don't laugh I am getting nightmares abhi se and why do you think I will not be grumpy?" Manik asked.. "Because dual, single or no ceremony you'll be marrying the girl who completes you in every way. You'll be marrying the love of your life among your loved ones..." Cabir sighed.. He missed his mother, the one woman who defined him in every way, the woman who was his pride, his strength but she was, she isn't anymore...

"Cabir are you happy? Listen if you aren't happy we can call this off at this very moment..We will think of something about Navya.." Manik panicked.. "Manik relax.. I am ok with my decision. I know what I am doing.. And who said love can't be between two friends.. Navya and me might not share the love like your's and Nandini's but we have a love that exists between two friends and that's more then enough.." Cabir patted Manik's back.. Manik smiled and walked out of his room thinking what Cabir just said about love and about Nandini..

As Manik was lost in his thoughts he heard "aiyoo.." he knew it was Nandini. He looke down and found her decorating the wedding mandap, the enthusiasm in her work, the excitement and happiness in her face while decorating and that smile with which she was getting lost every now and then made Manik sit and look at her.. Manik thought for this smile and happiness dual doesn't matter he can do any ceremony as long as every ceremony make her his and only his.. He smiled at her childish excitement and went down..

"Hmmm" he cleared his throat as he bent down and put his chin on her shoulders.. "You look very excited?" Manik asked.. "You know Manik getting married to the man she loves is every girl's biggest dream.. Wedding night of a girl is her most beautiful dream come true when she walks down the aisle and sees her man looking at her with all his love and ready to take her into his life and make her a part of him is the most priceless feeling in this world.." Nandini said as she turned and wrapped her hands around his neck climbing on his toes.."It's the most magical night when two lovers unite among the blessings and wished of their loved one's and the god.." She kept her head on his chest and he took her in his arms.. "I promise you Nandini Murthy you will have a magical night of your's very soon.." Manik kissed her hair and they both closed their eyes...

Soon it was the time to kick start the final celebrations, the big weeding.. the girls made way to the bride's room and the boys to groom's room... As soon as they entered with her weeding outfit they found Navya looking at the waves blankly.. "Navya..are you ok?" Mukti asked her.. She smiled "You know I was five and since that day I have been dreaming about my wedding and look my day is here..But you know what something is missing.. It feels incomplete..." She sighed... "I've always imagined my mother standing behind me in every ceremony smiling and crying both at the same and time..and when I trun back every time she's not there.." Navya broke down.."she's not there on the most important day of my life, the most important period of my life..just not there.." All the girls went and hugged her.. "Navya so what she's not there we are here for you.." Mukti said.. "This family is never gonna leave you, give up on you no matter what life throws at you.." She continued... "We choose each other and we stand by each other.." Soon all the girls became teary..

The girls got a grip of their emotions and helped Navya get ready and by the time she was done she looked stunning in her royal blue wedding lehnga and accessories matching to its color.. Everyone was mesmerized by her beauty.. Soon chachi walked in and asked the girls to get ready as the muhurat was approaching fast.. Soon all the girls made way for their room.. Nandini went in straight to the bathroom to take shower and freshen up... As soon as she came out she found Manik wearing his maroon sherwani and looking dapper.. She smiled and blushed and Manik knew she approved.. "Chalo Manik go out I need to get ready.." Nandini ordered.. I am not.." Manik made himself comfortable on the chair.."You need help with your dress remember.." He said winking making Nandini go red..

He got up and handed her over the lehnga asking her to change.. Nandini had no option but to oblige.. Soon she came out of the dresser wearing the maroon lehnga, Manik pulled her closer, unzipped her top and slowly removed it from her body.. Nandini was all flushed and her eyes were closed, Manik slowly started caressing her bare back with his cold hands making her shiver.. Before she could say anything she found Manik's lips on her back and his hands clutching her waist. She took her hands and wrapped it across his neck digging her nails in his hair...

He turned her to face him,cupped her face in his hands and planted a deep and long kiss while she climbed his toes. Manik moved the hair from her shoulder and started kissing her neck as they made way to towards the bed.. Soon Nandini found herself on bed with Manik on top of her, kissing her all over... After several minutes of passion Manik stopped and looked at a flushing Nandini.. He got a grip on himself and said "This can wait Nandini.. Let's get you ready.." He tied her top and kissed her forehead "I'll wait for you downstairs" and left..

Soon everyone gathered around the mandap to witness the wedding.. Chacha and chachi took Navya's parents place and completed all the rituals that were supposed to be done... Manik was observing the whole wedding with great interest much to Nandini's amu****t.. Alya and Mukti were totally lost in the rituals so Nandini took it upon her to explain them the importance of each ritual...Soon the pheras started and it was Nandini's turned get lost in them, she was absolutely enjoying this wedding.. Manik looked at her and the flashes of a lost, scared Nandini who came running to him one night flashed and then he looked at this Nandini who didn't showed any signs of the darkness that threatened to eat her up.. She battled her demons with his help, with love and over him back came the darkness.. Manik thanked his stars which gave him back his favorite star..

It was almost early when all the rituals were finished and everyone went to their rooms to freshen up and pack up as they were ready to go back to Mumbai..Soon it was just Manik and Nandini left at the mandap. As Nandini was leaving Manik held her hand and asked "You were excited when these guys were going around the fire..what for.." "Manik its called saat pheras, the seven vows and a boy and girl make to each other and live by it for the rest of their lives.. It's my most favorite ritual.." Manik thought for a moment and pulled her up to the burning fire and said "let's do this pheras.." "What?" Nandini was confused.. "Nandini I wanna make every promise to you and live by them till time we are alive.." He said.. Nandini smiled and held his hand and asked him to walk ahead of her in the first three pheras..

As they completed the first one she explained the meaning,they took the 2nd phera and like this they completed all the 7 pheras with Nandini explaining him the meaning and in the first 3 he walked in front of her and the rest 4 she walked in front of him... "So this what these 7 vows mean.." Nandini explained as they finished..Manik cupped her face kissed her forehead and said "I love you.." and they hugged..

Soon it was the time to leave and everyone was packed and ready. Manik and Nandini walked up to chacha and chachi's room where a teary eyed Nandini hugged her chachi and said "I am leaving with Manik to our home and I will come and take my stuff few days later.." Chachi was shocked "What now?" "Yes chachi..we are leaving now.." Manik said "But you all can come and meet her or she can come to you anytime infact I'll come every week to eat your chole bhature.." Manik said.. Nandini hugged her chachi, chacha and Rishabe h and said her goodbyes to them while Manik helped everyone else with their cars and packaging...

Soon Nandini came to Manik and as he opened the door for her he asked "Are you ready?" "More then ever.." She said with a big smile... Everyone left Goa and the beach house with fond memories and were looking forward to start a new life back in Mumbai especially Manik and Nandini.. As soon as they hit the highway Nandini took his arm wrapped it aroung her and settled herself on his chest, her favorite place.. Manik smiled and kissed her head, she looked up to him and asked "Are you in control?" "Better then ever..." He replied and sped off to Mumbai..

After driving for several hours Manik and Nandini finally pulled out in front of a huge cottage... Nandini was still sleeping on his chest, Manik slowly caressed her cheeks to wake her up.. When she opened her sleepy eyes he said "We're home Nandini.." She looked at her watch it was 8 pm and looked outside and read "PARADISE VILLA" . She looked at him and got out of the car.. She could see it was beautiful with a huge garden in full bloom. There was a beautiful swing just like the beach house.. The pathway to house was all cobbled stone with beautiful flowers adorning both the ways.. The entrance had a small but beautiful fountain...

"Welcome home Nandini Murthy.." Manik said and she looked at him with a big smile which told how much she loved it.. "Welcome to PARADISE VILLA " as he lifted her in his arms and she whispered "Thank you Manik for my dream home.." They both smiled as they rested their heads against each others. As they walked into their home leaving the pain, the scars, the fears behind them into the light of their love which shone for them today and will be shining for them always. They left the shadows of darkness behind them as the stars shone a little more and the fireflies flowed a little brighter Manik and Nandini entered their new life, their home forever from this day till they will breathe. This home will see many beautiful small and big moments of their love, will witness them grow more stronger with every passing day and this home will tell their story along with those stars and fireflies as the shadows of darkness retracted into the darkness forever...
