Yes...Not only Manik Malhotra and Nandini Moorthy's day, not only Fab 5's or rather Sexy Six's day, not only Pandit and Nyonika's doomsday, its also OUR DAY...
This day belongs to each and every one of us...coz we have seen it all...from the day Nandini was introduced with her smiling faith in true love and fireflies!! We have been witnesses from the day Manik was first seen with his shooting star!! Remember the day, the fateful day, when their destined paths collided...they didn't see each other, but we did!! Or the day when they both met, in the auditorium, or the cafeteria where they both clashed!! The day he bullied her and became the reason of her tears or the day she punched him...or...yes...so many gorgeous, beautiful, memorable days, we have journeyed with them, walked with them every step of the way...from indifference, to hate, to attraction, to adoration, to tears, to patch ups...we have seen it all..sorries, thank yous, hate yous, miss yous, want yous, ... and now we are headed towards the ultimate...I love yous...so its our day too!!
And so many lovely gifts, marking this special day!! Pandit's face...🤣!! That was the bestest gift of the day...(or may be not)!! Manik's jibe found such a wonderful home..if I can't, she can coz she is your 'special student' and how special she was, was so clearly written on Pandit's ashen, embarrassed and fearful, not to mention furious face!! HAHAHA...so Pandit Trilok Chaurasiya aka TK (by the way that's a pitiful effort to sound cool..you buffoon triloki) how does it feel to be totally ousted and jousted by one very bold and very brash Manik Monster Malhotra!! They all warned you, didn't they?? But you, in your ego, in your over confidence and in your devilry, ignored all warnings...and now you pay the price!! The price of challenging Manik, or crossing his path or more importantly, the price of having sick intentions towards an innocent girl, a student, and Manik's Nandini!! Such sweet revenge...it felt so good like the first drops of rain..so satisfying like chocolate cake (reminds me Smiley did you cut your birthday cake, if yes, wheres my slice, if no, what the heck are you doing reading this 🤗)!! Pandit looked fabulous, on stage...he looked exactly like a constipated leech, or a deflated and kicked around soccer ball, or a rotten tomato...take your prick...ooops I meant pick 😃!! His defeat so clearly written on his face like the neon signs in Las Vegas, gave me sooo much of happiness, I gained at least a few pounds!! (all for a good cause)!! Manik had him twisted in knots, he literally wiped the floor with Pandit's pride!!
Nandini's brightening countenance, her sheer disbelief when she heard her dreams had finally come true, and her smile that lit up the whole world...stuff dreams are made of!! And Manik's rare smile..he was so happy..finally!!! He rushed to the stage...to be totally smothered by her tiny hug!! The way she ran to him, and hugged him, in full view, caring a damn about anyone or everyone...the world faded as she saw her man, her guy who had kept his promise, walk to her...and she just wanted to welcome him with love...envelope him with all the overwhelming feelings that she felt at the moment!! He loved it, every moment spent in those arms was a balm to his broken body and bruised soul...oh it was so worth it when you are loved in such a special way!! If only she welcomed him home like this, everyday of his life, he would walk through hell!! But, let's talk about heaven for now!! The heaven they both experienced in each other's arms!! I should have been more focused on them...but Pandit's deadly face and Nyonika's furious map, had me ROFLing!! 🤣🤣Literally...in your face...definitely a slap of the highest order, a kick of highest height...YAY!! 🥳...They tried so hard, plotted and planned and looked like two witches brewing a yucky spell...and yet...it all failed!! BOOO!!! Had to ...cause they were fighting against true love..MaNan!!
So Pandu stomps off in a huff and makes a beeline towards the evidence of his sickness...Cabir..muaah...tells him...Pandit Ji...to back off!! They know how to protect..these Fab 5 guys!!
The performance ( please enough has been said about the song choice by me and others too, but now can we just put it to rest and simply ..enjoy)...was brightened beyond belief by their smiles...such happy, contented, heart warming smiles!! sigh...!! Our babies were so delighted, basking in each other's love...singing together, their souls in fusion!! They made music together, matching melodies, beating rhythms, harmonious symphonies...the music of life!! In sync, they sang like a dream...or may be they were in a dream...far far away from the maddening crowds...they were lost in a world of their own!! The boundaries between real and imaginary were faint, we never knew when real faded and dream took over!! They didn't know either...but then it was meant to be magical, surreal, ethereal...!! The friends cheered with their hearts in their eyes, and the futile foes fumed with their hate in their hearts...while they both sang, oblivious to all!! A lot happened, two ex lovers tried to erase the ex, two friends might be headed towards a new name, and an old flame struggled to be rekindled...but MaNan didn't see any...heard nothing...cause they were singing their hearts out!
She visioned walking up to him, pulling his away, him on his knees (AWW) and of course him lifting her up in his strong arms and kissing her...while he was right behind her, maybe sharing her dream ( I doubt if his were that simple...his dreams would probably be rated A 😳)!! Such a cute couple!! When it was over, and they didn't even realize cause they were lost, simply lost in each other...the crowds forced them back!! Manik, the ever green performer at least mustered enough sense to sketch a hesitant bow and acknowledge the applauding crowd, while the shy Nandini, simply escaped to cover her embarrassment, leaving her Manik alone!! Of course, he followed!!
Catching up and holding his dear star, while she, child like, enthused and gushed over what had just happened!! Was it real, she questioned?? He caressed her hands, taking the tiny and fragile ones in his own big and strong ones, and simply places them next to his beating heart!! Does it feel real now..can you sense my racing heart, can you feel my head over heels in love with you- heartbeat, can you hear my heart sing for you...if you can then it has to be real!! And he adds a feathery, gentle kiss on her delicate hands, filled with sensuous tender love and reaffirms the reality!! Picture perfect...so of course it had to be interrupted...😃
I could see the smoke coming out of her ears...and flames pouring out of her nostrils...Mama Monster was on a rampage!! She had been fooled royally..by her own khoon, her own laadla...😈!! He had drawn circles around her ...literally!! She wanted to spew venom...kill someone and that someone was busy romancing a middle class moralistic mediocre girl????!! 😉 They didn't even bother about her, so busy they were with each other, but then Nandini's radar caught the blimp!! 😆..What followed was #EPIC!! MANIK MONSTER MALHOTRA...🤣🤣!! He laughed in her face...chortled in glee...like a kid who had played a successful prank!! I love this strategist...!! Lately his attitude towards mommy dearest had plenty baffled...what was he afraid of??!! The answer...Nothing!! He just wanted her to lie low while he dealt with her partner in crime!! He just wanted her rendered harmless till he conquered the other front...😆!! Oh God...the look on their faces...Manik couldn't stop laughing, Nyo couldn't stop hating and Nandini was trying to figure out what she wanted to do...🤣!! Trying to stop him in his tracks didn't work...coz...well they had did it..right in front of her shrewd eyes...right under her sharp nose (the one she cannot see beyond) and right above her astute brain...Nyonika Malhotra had been defeated oh so royally by one Manik Malhotra...her own flesh and blood!! Manik's challenge...jo ukhaadna hai ukhaad lo!! You can't do anything now Mommy dearest...you could never and will never be able to stop us!! One of the best Manik Nyo scenes ever...gosh it was so good, it should be framed in time...and hung on the walls of memory ...forever!! He is such a brat...but moms are responsible for brats...right??!!😃
She can never be far behind, can she?? She reminds him that his happiness is short lived cause he always makes mistakes and this time when he does...she will kill him!! The girl in the background, you know the tiny one, who was trying to contain the damage, control the havoc that was being wreaked by her darling monster, the quiet girl...heard it all!! Saw her venom, her hate, her undisguised poison towards her man...and Nyo tasted her future daughter in law's spunk for the first time!! The Momma Monster got whiplash from the fiery and protective star's tongue!! Harm her Manik, hurt her guy...really??? In your dreams woman!! 😡 Nyo asked for it...I could have warned her that it was just not her day and if the one laughing in her face was incorrigible and one beside him was indauntable!! Nandini protects her Manik..no one dare threaten him, definitely not when she was around!! How endearing to see such a small wisp of a girl protect a giant so fiercely and bravely!! Manik deserves all the happiness in the world ( and I am going to make sure every day of my life that he gets it in armfuls, more so than he can handle )!! Lets not talk about tomorrows cause we don't care...as long as we are together...Manik and Nandini...we can take on anything...and that includes you!!🤣🤣...and when Nyo tries to slap her down...Nandini lands a punch on her face...I am not talking to you..Monster ki Amma..me just telling you!! 🤣🤣...And with that she royally takes her bemused and totally entertained man by his hand, leaving a shocked...surprised...stunned saasu maa in her wake!! The Malhotra House will never be the same again...Amen!! 😃
Manik was impressed...😆!! Really Manik...what's new!! Mark his words, he was not surprised, just impressed coz he knows his girl and what she is capable of!! Should he be scared of her, he muses aloud...Yup...Nandini affirms...be afraid of the fragile damsel Oh Knight in Shining Armor...coz I have you wrapped around my little finger! He finds her threats interesting, her promises very very intriguing!! So his girl was going to do certain things to him...this he gotta see...😳!! He couldn't wait...as he pulls her closer, her threats take a huskier tone, a sultrier timbre...words can seduce...
Well...it was a college corridor and of course, their buddies had to seek them out!! Ahem...Cabir's warning...hey we know you guys can't keep your hands and eyes off each other and our timing sucks...but there are other things important in life 😆!! All of them...together and life feels complete!! It was a MaNan day...perfect...wasn't it?? Nope...it was their day..it belonged to all of them, cause MaNan could have never done it without their cupids...their soldiers...their friends!! Speaking of friends...one precious one..stands back...ashamed of his words and actions, embarrassed about his thoughts, guilty of betrayal...but Manik drags him in...I am just glad you are back..i thought I had lost you...I told her...in fact all...so casual yet so significant...he is for the first time talking openly about his Nandini..so subtle!!
The Group Hug...I felt I needed it...yes its been a while...such a while!! But this time it felt incomplete, and not only us...he felt it too...she was now an integral part of his life, his frienships, his celebrations, his victories, his happiness...everything is incomplete without his Nandini and he seeks her out...holding her hand...such a symbolic scene...again for the first time...Manik hugs his Fab 5 but he holds his Nandu too...and that is how life is balanced!! Waiting for the day when the Fab5 hug will expand and include !! The cherry on the top...his wink!! Life is perfect!!
P.S...I know its long...blame it on them...its not my fault...😆😉!! Tomorrow they deal with the increasing number of their enemies but no worries...this time they stand united...Beware!!
