People are constantly cribbing about lack of substance and stagnancy in growth, not properly executed back story and side tracks, and they are absolutely not wrong with that, but they fail to realize that to build the building again, foundations have to be strong.

Why did Fab5 ever started breaking apart? Individually they were weak? yes. But was Manik strong enough to be the perfect foundation for years? No. he was unstable too. he needed that one jerk too.

Why couldn't Nandini save Navya on time before Harshad ruined her life? Because she was weak too, in judging people.

The thing is, even though the show is all about friendships and complications, Manik and Nandini are foundation. They are pillar to two separate worlds.

In first 70 episodes writers worked on breaking the whole building and shaking the foundation.

Writers changed.

New writers worked on stabilizing the foundation so nothing can move it but passing it through many weather and heat test.

Writers changed.

The new writer will once gain go back to build and building more beautiful and stronger than before.

Thats how the show is working. Patience is the main key. Agree, these hundred episodes have been slow but again, its growth not change and growth takes time.

I WAS STALKING and a few pages back I saw MUKTI ABHI...
THIS WAS ONE TRACK I WANTED TO HAPPEN IN A PROPER WAY..

SO MUCH MATTER IT HAD..
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THINGS IN DEFENCE OF ABHI AND WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BASH MUKTI!

ABHIMANYU
So much was there in his STORY..
His individual story was very intriguing for me..

He ran away from his house ...faked his death...for what???
EASING PAIN..SPREADING HAPPINESS!!
^ ONLY TWO THINGS HE COULD DO FROM/IN HIS LIFE!!

Such Nice character sketch!!
Writers should have focused on his SIDE of STORY then..
Individual Story!!
He was a crazy cheesy guy ..but very perspective...observant he was!
See his first convo with Nandu!
He was a COUNSELLER without a degree!

FRESH CHARACTER..must say!!
Completely opposite to Mukti character!!
Sensible in true sense!!
He never wasted time...Soo fast...!!
Always there for people...not friends..PEOPLE!!
Nandini and him were a NICE EXAMPLE OF A GIRL-GUY friendship build up ...plain simple friendship!!
HE ALWAYS USED TO PLACE MANIK'S STATE OF MIND OR MANIK'S POINT IN FRONT OF NANDINI..just the way CABIRA used to do in front of MANIK!
NANDINI AND HIM ...they were not best friends..but TRUE FRIENDS...he was never there to be permanent...but he actually made some permanent changes in MANANS life...good changes ofcourse...!!

NOW COMING TO THEIR LOVESTORY

I ACTUALLY HAVE SEEN GUYS LIKE ABHI FALLING IN LOVE AT THE VERY FIRST SIGHT...BUT...MUKTI????!!!

She saw someone who is suffering...she found that mutual ground called SUFFERING..thats it...
she started POOR BABYING (if thats a word) him!
There was no love...
The guy was fond of her..
He loved her in my opinion
otherwise...who could have fallen for a girl who doesn't have a single clue about herself..who hates herself?!

IT WAS ALWAYS HIS LOVE AND HER SYMPATHY!!

Coming to the acting thing...

I THINK ZAIN WAS BETTER THAN CHARLIE...ALWAYS!!
HE WASN'T OTT in his scenes!!
Check out his simple scenes..you will find right amount of cheese required for his character!
He was a bit off in Emotional scenes...but thats ok cos no other actor except PARTH NITI can do an emotional scene brilliantly!
But...I think he was perfect to play Abhi!!
I personally thought his best scene was in the doctor's cabin..the first time we came to know about him dying due to cancer...
The Way he is speaking...
'New treatment ho old treatment ho..ya no treatment at all..koi farak nahi padta...its all the same'
He was soo nice there!
It was simple..the revealation of his condition was not overdramatic..and ZAIN was nice there!
The thing is ..he just never got the chance to GROW as an actor!
His screen presence was good as well!

I totally understand your point of view on not buying ABHI'S love for MUKTI!
I RESPECT THAT!

But...I always have the concept of ONE SIDED LOVE in my mind when I think of MUKBHI! (minus MUK)

The writers are at fault here..they never wrote anything for ABHI...but I could understand from his character that he loved Mukti...not as much as MANIK LOVES NANDINI..but yess...he did..he could see Mukti's inner broken girl..he wanted to fix her...thats why once he asked her to tell HARSHAD and hers story!
The thing is...He never intended to make her fall in love with HIM..he wanted her to fall in love with her LIFE..with herself...he wanted her to know that she is BEAUTIFUL..not only her body...her soul is BEAUTIFUL..he wanted to stop her from sympathising with herself...hating herself...
He always used to ask her 'Do you love me?'
Not because he wanted them to be in a relationship...but because this gave him hope that his effort to fix HIS BROKEN GIRL..the girl he loves..are not wasted.
He wanted her to know what is LOVE!

Ohh m getting emotional for ABHI!! 😆

And about the MILKHA SINGH STUNT he performed...even I did not like it cos it was wrong...they should have focused on this as well...
We could have got a nice AbhiNi scene here..cos NANDINI and him were always good and sensible towards each other!
But I m sad...They did NOTHING!!

One more point is..I LIKED THE CUPID ABHIMANYU..MORE THAN BIRA..

WHY??
I never wanted them to show CABIR having no story of his own!
As much as i liked him playing the cupid for MANAN i was sad there as well!!
I SAW MANY VIEWERS LIKING CABIR JUST BECAUSE HE WAS THE CUPID!
HIS INDIVIDUAL TRACK GOT LOST IN THIS CUPID TRACK!

Cabir -Navya...i liked them initially...Their first sensible convo and the RJ thing caught my attention..but the...FAILURE!
AND NOW...

SINCE HARSHAD IS BACK..CAN SUNNY SHARMA GO ALREADY!
I don't want any useless character in this show!!

HARSHAD IS THE REAL DEAL!
HE IS LOVE FOREVER!



On side note..
NANDINI is going to get another blow..when she'll come to know about ABHI'S death!!
