@MS -Thing is the moment Manik stepped out and he had Nandu's attention. Dhruv was pushed back. Take the scene after storeroom, Nandu is always cribbing about Manik to him. He actually tried telling Nandu to not make it about Manik always but then there was nothing else to communicate. Just he always had this inferiority complex-coz how protective everyone was of him.
He is a nice guy even now, just going through an identity crisis . He was just suffocated with everyone making decisions for him- like Manik or even Alya's keeping their thing a secret. He just feels he has been treated like a pushover and all these sacrifice thing just adds to it. Now that he senses Manik wasn't all bad or whatever, he is looking for some locus to shift the blame for his feelings.
Both Manik and Dhruv need a talk after this concert to actually share what they felt in this relationship. Both went through inferiority complex of their own.
